Time wasters I will never ever come back to them again!

I have just cancelled my order with them because the way they do business is absolutely not acceptable! I wanted to buy Nikon D600 from them and I applied for the finance at the same time. First of all I was asked few question by the finance company they work with which is fair enough and when they approved the decision I received an email from their customer support asking me to contact them. I phoned them and they said they are not sure if they can release the order and I asked why is that and they said because the manager needs to approve it. The guy over the phone asked me what is the street name closest to my place of living and when I said one he asked about any pub close to me! What sort of ridiculous questions these are!? Then they said there is some sort of problem with my bank and they have to confirm some things with them. I was given a call by my bank asking whether the transaction I made was legitimate. I said it was. Then obviously nobody from Jessops bothered to give me a call so I called again. They asked me to provide a proof of address and my photo ID to make sure they sending camera to correct person. What on earth does that mean !? They were trying to turn that against protecting me as a customer and not sending a valuable item to someone else but this is a bunch of lies! Anyway I calmed down and I did what they wanted... guess what ? Obviously nobody called me back regarding my order. Sent few emails this morning and nothing back... I gave them a call and asked what is going on with the order. I was told it's STILL waiting for the manager to release it and they not sure if they can do it.... I asked to cancel my order what has been done. Someone here said that they don't want anything from you but your money. I would say they don't want anything from you,... even your money now! Absolutely no level of any service. I'm not surprised many of their stores have gone bust if they operate in the way like that. It's easier to open a brand new bank account rather than buy something from them. As I said I will never come back to them again I also sent an official letter to the Citizens Advice to find out whether that sort of practice is legal at all because when I requested to point me into proper sections in their T&C I heard nothing back.
