What a change to have service like this on a Budget Airline, but why not. It does not cost anything to be pleasant. I missed the organised structure of Globespan boarding but Jet2 has addressed this issue. Shame Jet2 does not do Malaga during the winter, even once a fortnight would be good. Keeping customers loyal throughout the whole year I think is important. JET2 ARE interested in their customers - others will take note if their numbers fall.
