Purchased a tablet from this company and had to return for repair, so far so good. It came back and within a week was faulty again. Returned as per their instructions - APRIL 2012 and no word from them since. No response to support ticket (which is now dead) or to numerous emails. All negative comments on Facebook were taken off and there is now no means of commenting - a transparent company? I think not!
IMPORTANT TO NOTE: As of April 2013 Jexaa Limited was dissolved. Now trading under Tablet Gear Limited - same director, same address. Interesting that I got a marketing email tonight from Jexaa Limited. I have gone to Watchdog. The tablet was a christmas 2011 present for my autistic son - shameful.

Bought a few items from them, no complaints. I did have a dodgy connection with a wire but I sent it back to them and got a return within 3 days. You can't really say better than that. The product is what it is a nice cheaper alternative to the over priced branded products out there and frankly just as good. My daughter loves her 'PAD' as we call it. I just bought the Phantom and for 64.99 it's an absolute bargain!
I bought a tablet and the company said it will takes two days to deliver my address but luckily i got it within a days. I could not believe that they are so responsive. So I am very pleased with this company. Go ahead!
I would like to thank Jexaa for taking a stand against the large corporations such as Apple and Samsung, it is nice to see a local business in the electronics market. I ordered the Jextab Ghost and am very impressed, I watched the video where you compare it to the kinde and in my eyes after seeing that, I don't know why anyone would go for the kindle fire.
I bought 2 android tablets from for my sons, advertised as Samsung i paid the addition for the branded name. First few weeks they were fine, then one the screen started to freeze, at the sometime my other son broke the screen on his, it was a nightmare to get a response from Jexaa but once I did I was advised that the damage fell outside the warrenty, they couldn't fix it even with a charge. I brought it along to a local screen fixing shop who advised me the tablets were copies, it couldn't be repaired or the other one fixed as you can't get parts for copies. I went back to Jexaa, they didn't bother answering my complaint even when I got trading standards involved and threatened court action. If I took them to small claims court I would have had to pay charges and no guarantee that they would pay even if I won. I lost nearly £400 that I worked hard for, my children lost their christmas present theses people have no conscious STAY AWAY DON'T LET THEM TAKE YOUR MONEY!!!
Ordered a tablet from Jexaa within the '2pm for next day delivery' - 3 weeks later, still awaiting delivery. Tried to phone company number on website and each time (uncountable times) their number is unavailable, now it is actually unrecognisable. I tried to trace delivery status via the Royal Mail Tracking Number which Jexaa gave me only to find that it was a bogus number that Jexaa had created.
Through posting a comment on their facebook page, I had a company rep reply on fb and within 5 hours I was in contact via email with the company director Josh Cohen. Initial apologies etc. seemed genuine until another promise of next day delivery fell on its face. All I ever get now is Josh Cohen passing the blame, stating that he is unsure of my intentions i.e. whether I want a refund (which I have never asked for) or, and this is the interesting part, whether he should send me the tablet (this is the tablet which was "supposed" to have been sent next day delivery). Now it seems that the tablet was never sent in the first instance.
I have since ordered the same item from an ebay dealer (which was actually cheaper than Jexaa) and it has arrived within 3 days.
For your own sake PLEASE STAY WELL CLEAR from this company.
PS The good reviews for Jexaa all seem to be 'excellent' for some strange reason. Not one is less than 5*. Judge for yourself.

This web site is really interesting and user friendly. I have found all information about their products. I have talk their customer service and it is really amazing to talk to them. I got my products with quick delivery. This is really helpful to me. I contacted jexaa and received a reply within an hour :) a customer service rep walked me through how to return and 2 days later my new tablet arrived which works like a dream!
Overall really pleased with their service and would definitely recommend to a friend to parched product from Jexaa.

I went to this company to purchase a PC tablet and was promised a next day delivery. Initially, I thought that it was a friendly transaction, but it soon turned to chaos.
The tablet never arrived, even though I gave them more time to deliver.
Three weeks later I am still trying to get my money back. The owner of the company makes broken promises (find him on LinkedIn).
Jexaa Ltd want your money quick, but fail to provide the goods. They are so suspect I am even considering going to the police, as telephone calls and emails are not answered and no refund received. DO NOT USE.
Actually, appalling is not strong enough to describe the crap service from this shower. Once they have your money they lose interest and they have never answered an email from me yet! I have thus far been reasonably polite but on another forum they were described as thieves, which seems to be a realistic description.
They could of course sort out my problem, but I won't hold my breath.
After wanting to find out more information into jexxa's range of products. I found there customer service and product knowledge amazing and was given clear and useful advice that I could apply to tablets for my own company.
Their approacheable business style means you really have someone reliable at the end of the phone to help or answer any quires or questions.

I have used Jexaa twice now, once for a present and just recently for me. I had a friendly chat with them via their "live chat" and was given advice on which model to choose. I ordered shortly after and the package arrived the next day. much better than driving into town to the shops!
As other people have said they give no customer support, ignore emails and phone calls. Returned a tablet to them beginning of December and still waiting for a response from them. As someone else said lucky the law is on MY side. PLEASE DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY YOU WILL END UP WITH A LOAD OF HASSLE AND BE VERY DISAPPOINTED.
They have ignored customers, low quality products cheap Chinese imports not their own products as advertised, therefore they can provide no customer support as the say other than point you to some rather dodgy sites to flash your product and hope that it works. avoid at all costs.
Not going to alert jexaa either of this review as it looks like they then flood the review page with made up reviews to counter.

I ordered a tablet and paid for it to be delivered for Christmas, but on 23rd December I received an email staying it was out of stock! even though it was in stock when they took my money out of the bank.
I have phoned and emailed but with no response, very poor service and would advise that no one use this company!
Extremely poor customer service, actually non existent since I am being ignored, have tried to communicate by all means possible including facebook, they removed the comments but surely should have used that time to communicate instead, I am £400.00 out of pocket and still no tablet to show for it, it had been sent back for repair, 2 months down the line not repaired and not returned!! Thank god for laws in this country!
Had my tablet for a few weeks now and i have to say how fantastic it is, much better than i thaught it would be for the £140 i paid. The Samsung processer is so fast and the capactive (a must upgrade) screen is a joy to use. Hooked it up to wifi and the internet is a breeze i have downloaded dozens of apps, music, video and pictures all easy to do and of a high quality.
My order from Jexaa came in two days ,not next day as expected no big deal. The only negative i had was the app market was in dollers, spoke to Rupert on phone about it, arranged to send it back to alter, sent on Wed got back Fri all sorted. Nuf said.
I recently ordered a Jextab 810 capacitive screen, it arrived the next day well packaged and presented.
I cannot praise Jexaa enough on their top quality service and Tablet, it suits me perfectly and runs like a dream! I actually even prefer to my Ipad due to the size and the style of the tablet.
I'd recommend anyone to use this website!
My Flytouch 3 Tablet arrived with a battery fault, After contacting Jexaa, I was advised to return it. Jexaa sent my replacement tablet the same day as receiving the faulty one! Good straightforward service, Well Done Guys!
My jextab 710 arrived today only 20 hours after ordering which was a very good delivery schedule. The device has proved to be very impressive with an excellent and responsive capacitive screen . There is a huge range of apps available and the speed of operation and downloading is excellent . It is easy to use and has surpassed my expectations in operation so I am delighted with this purchase and recommend it unreservedly.

Firstly I would like to say it is great to see a new British company growing in this economic climate, and people are getting behind them. I recently ordered 2 tablets for my sons for Xmas, they arrived the next day - one of tablet screens had cracked... I was worried, could Jexaa sort this out or would I need to claim with the postal service. I rang Jexaa and spoke to Rupert, he informed me to send the broken tablet back and they would send a new one out. Sure enough 2 days after I had sent mine back I received a new one with extra bubble wrap! Smooth sailing, great products great service - I hope they are here to stay
I am not to sure on my technology but like to keep up to date, have seen tablets are all the rage at the moment and fancied getting a few for the family. I rang Jexaa to ask what they thought was the right choice for me and the fam. It turned into a very in depth conversation about our needs, what we do most online, whether we watch video, music etc - was on the phone for over 40 minutes! I ended up with going for the Jextab 812 for me and my son for our media needs ( we watch a lot of videos ) the Jextab Telstar for my wife as she needs internet on the move / work and the 808 for my 8 year old daughter. We got a great deal and the tablets were with us the very next day! I was not too familiar with the Android system so called technical support for help setting them up, connecting to wifi and downloading my first app, the jexaa team were very helpful from start to finish and over all I am completely satisfied with all 4 of my Jextabs! I have recommended to my friends and family for brilliant Christmas presents. I will also be making a video review to take advantage of the jexaa £20 back for video review. woohoo!
We received our products and at initial sight were very happy with them. Unfortunately the item received doesn't match the images above. The Flytouch 3 should have 1 micro SD slot not 2 which shows the wrong item is referenced above. When the boxes arrived they were labeled as SuperPai 3's and not superpads. This product is trading on IBEX (the manufacturer of the Flytouch tablets) reputation. Jexxa were very helpful when returning the goods however state the product is as the Specification advertised and charged a 20% restocking fee as per their T&Cs which we feel was unfair.
We've been looking for a tablet for a while now, and Jexaa helped us choose a tablet that suited the needs of myself and my wife. Not once did they push us into the sale, but were honest and open about the uses for each tablet which we found rare to come by. The order was placed, and we received the tablet 2 days later.
The 'Jextab' works great; has some nice features too, and cost a fraction of the other tablets out there which put a smile on my face :)
