Amazingly efficient and friendly

Ultra quick service
I find it very difficult to find the tools I need for the new parchment craft that I have recently taken up. I travel all over the place to find I can get one thing here and another item elsewhere, all very frustrating and time consuming. Then another crafting companion told me about your company, and that she had bought most of her tools from you in one go. She 'phoned me that same evening with your details and I ordered straight away and received my order three days later. I used the tools straight away and found them to feel really good to work with. I will definitely be using this company in the future.

Excellent Service
I watched a recent Create and Craft progame, which dealt solely with pergamano. I used to do this form of ctrafting years ago, and the programe reninded me of how much I used to enjoy it, so I went on the the found your site, and Bingo placed what I am sure will be the first of many orders, to enable me to start again. Over the years I have , atill kept some of the tools, but nad not got the grids, so now you know why I contacted your good selves. I am pretty sure you will be hearing from me after the Festive Season has passed, for having browsed your site, I can see there are many items, that will be required by myself. Brilliant personal service
I recently made my first order at JGD Crafts and I can't praise them enough.
A lady phoned me before sending out the order to me to explain exactly how I should use the item, a Spellbinders Shapeabilities Expandible Patterns die.
She told me that she had tested the one she was sending out to me and gave me tips on how to use it best with my particular die-cutting machine.
This kindness meant especially much to me as I was suffering from a ghastly cold and my husband has just received some really bad health news.
