Extremely professional
This site is easy to use and has all you need to set up a security system from a domestic to a commercial premises. I have done both. The after sale service is also very helpful. Apart from the above they are also competitive.

Good website, product and service.
Good website, product and service. Only down side is the manufacture product manual, which is a poor at describing in detail the camera functionality options. Actual camera is well designed and built.

very fast service
the product were sent out very fast and recived in good order.
have had not time to use the cameras but tried one out it work fine but the only thing found that it didn't pick up black it show it as grey but it may be needs some fine turning

Excellent Cutomer Service
I spoke to the comapny regarding my requirements and they offered all possible forms of solutions. They even thought of the small adapter I required at a minimal cost. Exactly what I wanted and would deal with them again.

Efficient & Helpful
I have ordered from JMC before & found them well organised, and that they process the order efficiently & promptly. I found they respond to email quickly, whether it be an order or a query. I bought a good quality camera and recorder kit from them just over a year ago, and have been very pleased with it. I ordered a couple of extra cameras for the system a week ago, this time spending a little more for even better cameras; which arrived within 4 days of the order. I have just installed the first one, and I am glad a bought a higher specification one. I thought the first ones were good, but this is even better for just some £30 extra. I would certainly deal with JMC again, I found them reliable & helpful.

Quality Product, Good Price
We wanted some simple security and came across this package from JMC. We got information about shipping up to arrival. The kit was well packed and looks a good quality set. I've set it up, which was pretty seamless and it works well. All in all a good experience.

good delivery time but goods were damaged
The box was damaged and when opened the camera glass was smashed. I contacted the website and explained the fault. When I rang the staff were very helpful and they arranged to collect the damaged goods and deliver a new security system the very next day.

prompt delivery
faulty mouse exchanged without quibble; prompt delivery; equipment works fine; despite being a Sony camera I am a little disappointed with the picture quality but perhaps that's to be expected at this end of the price range.

Good service shame about the humm!
The service provided by JMC was very good with advice and quick delivery. However the first recorder seemed noisy and could be heard over the whole house as a dull humm. This unit was promptly replaced by JMC - top marks. I have now placed the new unit in the garage and I am afraid to say it is still humming. Surely the recorder is basically the same as my Sky unit and this is virtually silent.
I will see if the noise remains or gets worse but the quality of the cameras is excellent

Fantastic cameras
I brought 4 ip cameras from jmc 4 weeks ago costing £2,000 they are fantastic night or day they pick up everything what ever the weather worth every penny fitted myself could not set up to the internet had trouble doing that had to hire a computer nerd for that job.

very bad experience
After 2 weeks they come first time live me a paper with next day delivery. Next day i stay home all day, no delivery. I try to find my reference no. Surprise my no does not exist. Email company they call me. Try to sort out. Surprise they talk with delivery company and they say was two attempts first before that with paper witch is written is first. Company ask me for 21 £ (my goods worth 90£) for delivery in weekend. They cancelled the order make the refund after two days not before to email they again. Surprise money will be in my account after 4-5 days that mean I waste 4weeks for nothing.

This means we will deliver your item within 6 working days, i.e on or before the 10/9/12.
Our couriers Interlink Express attempted delivery in 2 working days, on the 4/9/12 and again on the 5/9/12 (we also emailed you proof of this in a link to the tracking details via the Interlink Express website). Both times there was no one at the property to accept the delivery. At this point our courier started the process of returning the item to us as a "Failed Delivery". We are not notified of this, until it physically arrives back in our warehouse.
You then emailed us on the 12/9/12 to inform us you have not received your item, at which point we asked you when you would be available to receive it... You told us you are only at the property before 8:00 in the morning & after 18:00 in the evening, or on weekends.
We are unable to tell our courier to only delivery at certain times, so the only solution would have been a weekend delivery, obviously this is charged at a much higher rate than a "within 6 days delivery", we gave you the option of paying for the Saturday delivery or cancelling the order. You requested we cancel the order 12/9/12 at 16:41, we processed your refund 14/9/12. It can take your Bank 3-5 working days to show the money in your account, we have no control over that.
I understand you are unlikely to order from us again, if you do I think the important lesson to learn from this, is when you place an order online, you need to make sure there is someone available to receive the delivery.

Excellent service
The ordered item was out of stock, JMC Security offered to supply at no additional cost an upgrade model retailing at twenty pounds more than that ordered, after checking that this would be OK with me they arranged for the upgrade model to be delivered the next day.

Too technical for non gadget people
Camera kit described as plug and play.Not so! had to purchase other leads to work cameras.Info on set-up, mindboggling .Far too technical for the lay man.Too date still cannot get into menu to set up system for login etc.TV shows 2 pictures with startup wizard displayed ie
Startup Next Cancel but cannot access them.Really disappointed as had the kit about 10 days now and it is still unusable.

With regards the camera kit not being "plug & play", i have had a look at your orders and see you did order additional cables, but these were for your TV, not our cameras. The "plug & play" cable options are for the cameras, and do not require any additional cables. But due to the fact we do not know what monitors / TVs customers have we do not supply the cables required to connect to your TV.

There was a delay in despatching my order.
Despite being told on the phone that the items I was ordering were in stock, I did not get my goods in a reasonable time.
I called to find out where my goods were due to the facts that I had taken a week off to receive the good and install it before the weekend.
I was told to cancel the order and re-order it again at a better time that suited me.
Not the answer I was expecting.

With regards being told to cancel the order and replace it, this was because you asked us if you could change the address, due to our extensive fraud processes it is not possible to do this. The only way around it is to cancel the order and replace it with the new address details, as you were advised.

Superfast service and great communication
Ordered a CCTV camera. It arrived next day in perfect condition. JMC kept me well informed during every step of the order processing and delivery. I'd certainly use them again. By the way, their prices are competive too!
