Johngreedjewellery.com is a very trusted store in my opinion. I have used them a few times and orders have turned up as fast as 24hrs later. They secure your items safely and I have never had a single issue with them. On some items you have free delivery and even then orders are very quick to reach you. I will continue to use them.
They have a great range for you to chose from and this store is great for everyone as items can start at a low price and the quality is not effected.
I purchased a Pandora Theatre Mask Charm for a friend as a Christmas gift. They advertised it can be returned within 30 days, but has been extended due to Christmas. So I purchased it, as it was the only place I could find with stock of the Theatre Mask Charm.
Having then seen my friend on 26th December we exchanged gifts. She is very happy. The next day she noticed only 5 dots that make up each eyebrow on the left, smiling face. The other three eyebrows have 6. Not being happy she calls me and asks for the papers so she can return the item. We also email to let them know thats what we are doing. They said no problem look out for a refund.
Once returned we wait for the refund, I notice only a part refund. Not happy I contact them to be told there is not fault so delivery is not refunded. They never contacted me to tell me to tell me this, maybe I could have spoken to them to explain the problem and that they will have a better look.
I email them back saying there clearly was a fault and that we had explained the fault to them in an email. They email back saying that we took too long to send it back, they got it on 6th January (well it was a Christmas gift and obviously over Christmas and New Year the post takes longer) and they only offer 7 day returns (it says 30 on their website) But if I can prove that the item was posted back they will refund the postage.
I find it impossible for them to have received and inspected the charm if I hadn't posted it back. They clearly are trying to rip us off, three people have seen the fault here and they say their 'Experts' cannot.
Ordered £95 worth of Pandora charms which never turned up, had to replace them after shopping in Norwich, probably wont get my money back, so its cost me £190 for 3 charms....not happy to say the least! Oh and [Name] are telling me to ask the postman or the sorting office where they are!!!!!! probably were never sent more like! AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I ordered a Hultquist bracelet at an unbelievably cheap price, received a confirmation email, but was later emailed to say it was out of stock. I signed up for an email to notify me if it comes back in stock. Upon receiving such email I immediately ordered the product again. After that was done I noticed it was changed to out of stock, so it seemed I did indeed buy the one bracelet that came back into stock. I received another email again saying it had to be cancelled because it was out of stock. It appears that they have a substandard stock system or do not update their website. I felt yanked around. I won't be shopping there again, would rather buy from somewhere else at a higher price knowing that I would get what I ordered.
Made a large purchase of pandora jewellery on the web site (£ 800) through topcashback. They were offering 12% cash back on all the purchases conducted online if you clicked through the topcash back web site. After the purchase was completed they refused to pay cashback motivating that they did not pay it for pandora jewellery. How about telling the customers in advance? Now they put a disclaimer but there was not one when I ordered back in Sept.
Their web site appears to be inflexible, your card has to be registered to the same address as the delivery address. Again, no information about this on their web site.
Finally, they did not provide the pandora boxes for a few jewellery items and did not include branded carry bags either. They, however, advertised on their web site that all items come complete with pandora branded box and a bag. They also show pictures demonstrating that.
I was disappointed with my experience mainly because I felt they mislead customers in order to get their business. No need to mention, I will not be buying from them again.
I had never heard of John Greed Jewellery before till i found them via google. I signed up and brought some items and the process was soooo easy and simple. From the day of ordering, til the day i got my items was a weekend. They were super quick and when contacted, they responded quickly. They were polite and very easy to deal with. The items were tightly wrapped and were secure. I will be ordering from them again, it was a pleasent shopping experience.
I had left my Christmas shopping til the last minute ( won't be doing that again). I found 3 perfect gifts on here and if I wondered before 2 I got them the next day. They have an amazing range of pandora. I now get emails when a new range is out. I will def be using them again
First came across when considering pandora bracelet. Website is excellent, postage is quick and, depending on purchase, free. Customer service is flawless, eg. quick response to queries, email communication at each stage of order process etc. Also worth looking out for their excellent occcasional special offers via website or, even better, 'liking' on facebook to get 2 amazing daily offers! OK, not all will appeal but fantastic savings as they they clear stock etc. No hesitation recommending this fabulous company :-)
