Canvasing opinion
I ordered one 16''x24'' oil primed linen canvas. It turned up within a few days, well packed and to specification. Most importantly the quality is excellent.

Peerless Service

The most appropriate word I can use to describe the services offered by John Jones is “peerless”.
Every aspect of their work is first-class; from the consultations with their friendly and knowledgeable staff to the impeccable quality of the frames they produce to the comprehensive assistance they provide with marketing.
Their client-care is the key; all representatives are so friendly, proactive and helpful. All decisions are discussed, every possibility considered and accordingly the outcomes are exactly as hoped for.
I too am now a Client for life!

Truly outstanding service. You have me for life!
I've been immersed in the photographic community for over 15yrs years now. As a student, as an Agent and now as Creative Consultant; it's easy to see how I've ended up with such a large photography collection.
I had a few prints I'd bought that I needing framing and fancied trying out a different company. So as an avid Social Media user I put the word out on Twitter for a good recommendation. And nearly all the replies came back screaming "JOHN JONES!" Of course I knew the name but had just never thought to bring such a small selection of prints to you.
So I swiftly followed JJ on Twitter, was in turn swiftly followed back and after a bit of chatter I decide you were the framers for me. From that very first online conversation, all through the wonderful consultation with the incredibly knowledgeable framer I was paired with, through to the delivery, I was utterly impressed. Every person I came into contact with was friendly & helpful beyond the usual level of customer service you expect. Truly outstanding.
You have me for life! In fact I've just bought a new piece at auction . . .

Top quality, quick delivery!
They have helped me on my portrait project for charity in delivering me 12 top quality stretched canvases. I couldnt have done this without them. I have been using their canvases since degree level, and will continue to use them in the distant future!

I trust John Jones to frame my work beautifully. The quality of their stretchers is excellent. I've always found them to be helpful, professional and knowledgable. And they seem to have a genuine passion for working with artists. Top notch.

Really impressed
Always skeptical of buying artist materials online. However was really impressed with the quality of canvas. Arrived when it said it would. Even called John Jones for help choosing the right primer. Were very helpful. Will use again.
