I ordered two costumes from them and they was here with in 2 days of ordering and one costume was to small so I contacted them about what to do and there customer service was very helpful this is a great website to use and helpful all around

Great value for the money

The top hat was great, stayed in place well with the clips and you felt like there was nothing there, Really good value for the money + it looked really cute.

56yrs old and still have laughs wif jokers fancy dress.

My 1st time ordering on line your system was very easy lots to choose from loved the text U sent so I new exactly when my delivery was arriving brilliant would recommend you're company to friends.

On a separate note, we are sorry to hear the item was not suitable. The Mario costume is manufactured and supplied to us by Rubies Masquerade under their official Super Mario Bros costume. the choices of outfits were fun!

the order we made came in good time and it was of good quality. However, the colour of the outfit (prison babe convict costume) was not exact to the picture which was a shame. Apart from that everything was fine :) thanks

Excellent Service

I chose the click & collect option as I needed the items quickly but did not want to pay the express delivery charges. Had never used this method before. Was informed that the goods would be ready to collect from my chosen destination within 2 working days but they were ready the next morning, not even 24hrs after I ordered. Excellent service & good quality products. Would definitely recommend company & this delivery method to others.

Needed it in a rush and they delivered.

Going to a last minute fancy dress party and needed a costume fast and Jokers delivered quickly. They were also the cheapest we found on the web. Spot on service.

Great Shopping Experience

I ordered a Pirates fancy dress outfit for a work party. It was easy enough to place the order and I was kept up to date with regular tracking emails for delivery. When the order arrived I was very happy with it. The dress fit perfectly and the accessories were good. In all I was very happy with my order and would use Jokers Masquerade again for a future party.

I was mighty pleased

I bought this saloon girl dress on line from Jokers' Masquerade and was pleased with the choice, service and the dress which I ordered. It fit me perfectly and I had so many comments on it at our Wild Western themed 40' to noughty's dance.

As promised

Arrived quickly and was of good enough quality for fancy dress - easy to add white trousers etc and make an effective sailor look!

My husband looked really cool

I bought this for DH to wear to a friend's 60th birthday fancy dress, despite being nearly 70 he looked the part and loads of compliments! Good value and service, only draw back the jacket had strange smell! We hung it out on the line til it smelt almost normal! I guess it was a combination of the material and being packed, but all in all a good buy. Thanks.
