Good product delivered promptly
I ordered my product with a standard delivery for a stag weekend. Product arrived within 2 days with regular text updates on the location. Sometimes have reservations ordering from sites I don't know, but this has proved to be excellent.

My only problem was the helmet for the costume that I ordered wasn't as rigid as I would have liked around the neck. Easily solved though - I hand sewed a length of fabric stiffener in for improved support.

Great costume for International Day at school.
The costume was better than it looked in the picture. Delivered really fast and within specified time. Comfortable to wear, great fun and very good value for money. I work at a school and wanted something different for International Day. I added long black knee highs. Sure I will use again and again.

Banana man outfit :-)
my son ( steven ) had his end of school leaves year and there could wear anything and he went as banana man well it was really great all his mates and the teacher so thanks again for your help we told everyone how has ask us were we got it from Thanks

Top notch supply
Ordered online with some trepidation regarding delivery. Shouldn't have worried as delivery made to box at Sainsburys within 24 hrs. Fitted well and was exactly as hoped for.

Quick delivery, great selection of costumes. Best prices found on the web.
Great selection of costumes, fast dispatch and quick delivery, also the best prices I have found on the web - including eBay! The outfit was nice but wasn't a good fit, there was also a small fault. Returns were allowed quibble free, and postage was free unlike another popular fancy dress store which made me pay a lot for first class recorded!

Terrific!!
I was searching for a batman suit for my grandson's 4th birthday and found this site. I wasn't sure about sizes so contacted the help desk and the staff were brilliant, giving me measurements of size 3 and 4 year olds telling me that they were quite generous in size. She offered to complete the transaction but I chose to do it online. I was able to zoom into several, detail of materials were very clear and I made my purchase easily, with several despatch options available. I chose 1 day delivery and it arrived promptly. I would definitely recommend this company for product quality, customer care and efficiency and will use them again for future gifts and told my friends

Speedy delivery, quality items
I ordered a Dalek costume and a Darth Vader costume from Jokers´ Masquerade. Both were with me within a week and I live in the Netherlands. The quality and price of the costumes was great.
I am really looking forward to the Sci-Fi fancy dress party now!

Reliable good selection

The 83 year young Flapper
The costume I bought from Jokers Masquerade was just marvellous.
The quality of the dress headband, and long necklace was excellent.
The help of the knowledgeable staff when I placed my telephone order service was very good, and the delivery service I chose was perfect. 2 days from ordering to delivery could not be bettered. Jokers' Masquerade ' now offer a nationwide Click and Collect' service which will be delivered to your chosen location within one to two business days.
Same Day Dispatch Fancy Dress
If you place your fancy dress order with Jokers' Masquerade before 4pm our warehouse staff will lovingly collect your costumes carefully ensconced within our warehouse complex. They will then pack and ship them via your chosen delivery method. This will all be done the same day that you place your order, regardless of whether it is placed online or over the phone with a member of our customer services team. In the event that you place your order after the 4pm cut-off, it will be processed the following working day.
