In November 2013, I ordered the Raymond Weil Shine Ladies Watch (Model No. 1500-ST1-05303).
Price: The regular JomaShop price on-line was about $400 less than I could find elsewhere, so I purchased the watch.
Customer Service: Several days after ordering, while checking if the watch had shipped, I noticed JomaShop advertising the watch for even less. I contacted JomaShop asking if - since the watch hadn't yet shipped - I could purchase it at the lower price. Ms. Rivkah responded with a "no problem," and gave me the new price. So, I purchased this watch at a steeply discounted rate! The watch arrived in great condition. The watch wouldn't run, but that turned out to be no problem. I called JomaShop's 877-834-1434 number, spoke with Leo, and he told me it was probably a battery issue. Leo explained I should simply have the battery replaced then e-mail him a copy of the repair receipt, for which JomaShop would reimburse me. I had the battery replaced (only cost $32, so it wouldn't have been a big deal under any circumstances), and I've e-mailed the receipt to Leo at JomaShop.
Summary: 5 Stars! I could not be happier with the product, price, and service. Through JomaShop, I now have a beautiful timepiece which I'm proud to own, for an exceptionally competitive price. JomaShop's customer service was exceptional: no problems, just great solutions.
I had an amazing experience with Jomashop. I was looking for an Audemars watch that they have just stopped production....everywhere, Europe and the US. I was willing to pay full price.
A call to Jomashop with a very knowledgeable saleperson ended up in getting the watch delivered to my house at a signifiant discount the next morning!!

I bought a watch from this store when in the US.
I ordered another when back in the UK. Ordered on a Tuesday to be told it should be back in stock within a couple of weeks. 2 days later it was in stock and shipped out on the Friday and delivered to my door the following Wednesday. Great watch, price and service.

I wish I yelped this store before purchasing my watch. It was bad advertised in the website (made in China instead in Japan), and the watch was not working properly.
I contacted customer service that offered me to return the watch without refunding shipping both ways, for a non workable and misleading product. I refused to this and they hang up on me.
Horrible products (probably refurbished or fake), and terrible customer service, never even by mistake opening that website again.
Still I'm gonna return the product as it is defective (after calling Citizen they are not authorized resellers) maybe that is why my watch doesn't work properly? maybe that's why they cannot offer you Citizen warranty?
I recently bought a Breitling Superocean Heritage 42 for our 10th year wedding anniversary. I found that Jomashop had by far the most competitive prices. I initially had some concerns as I read some awful reviews, but Leo and Rivka in Jomashop were brilliant. The watch arrived much quicker than I anticipated and it was perfect. The only snag is that the warranty is not from Breitling, but that was known before I placed the order. Unless you are particularly keen on the warranty issue, I would recommend Jomashop any day.
When a transaction is successful, and you do not need to reach out to Joma, they perform well. HOWEVER, in the event of any, and I mean ANY issue, the customer is out of luck. I have placed several orders with them despite the poor customer service simply because I wanted to save money, but it is getting more and more difficult to deal with them. I now always check Amazon prices first and if they are similar, I order via Prime because they handle issues really, really well. I am a heavy online shopper because I shop for my whole family who lives overseas, so when I compare Joma to other retailers and they fall short, believe me, it's not a good thing! Here is an overall list of Jomashop shortcomings as a retailer which I have experienced: 1. fails to notify the buyer when a product is out of stock (they do not charge you for it, they simply ship whatever you ordered w/o letting you know one of the items is not available). 2. Shipping can be VERY VERY LATE and you will not be notified of anything. So if you are on a timeframe, you might want to consider Amazon. 3. If you experience any problem with the payment method, they email you 3 times (nice!), but they neither respond nor take your calls. Joma offers the worst customer service I have ever encountered, and this is coming from a heavy online shopper. As an example, I called yesterday within their hours of operation and after hearing a recording saying that my call would be next, I was on hold for 1 hour. No one ever picked up. Half hour into this long and unexpected waiting, I called the number from a different line... so I was on hold on two lines. Same result. I tried calling because I had responded to their email about a wrong address 3 times.... I got one answer back which had NOTHING to do with the questions I asked. I used a local debit card with an international address because my uncle lives in Brazil and he was paying for the order. I am no scammer, but Joma makes you feel that way. If the orders continue to come in, I doubt Joma will improve their customer care. Just check out Yelp.com and see their customer service ratings. Again, when the order goes thru fine, the only problem you may have is delayed shipping and lack of notification on out of stock items, but it gets worse when you have a more serious issue. Joma customers may think Joma is great, until the day they have to call customer service. And I really hope you never have to deal with returns. It will be a traumatic experience. I'm giving Joma and extra star because their prices are low and sometimes orders do go through without any issues.
The price is great with a reasonable discount. No sales tax outside NY. Customer service is wonderful. It is very convenient to talk with the specialist about the purchase. I did have a problem placing my order online. The specialist 'Faith' helped me out so patiently and his/her help is very effective. Finally, he/she gave me a further discount to appreciate my patience. The customer service is absolutely wonderful.
Ordered a Men's automatic watch from them after 2 weeks I finally received the shipment only to get a Women's automatic......prior to receiving watch, I confirmed with them that I was getting an automatic not a quartz.....well, called them and told them what had happened, that I am returning the watch, they said fine return it we will pay the postage, just put a receipt into the return shipment and we will sent you a check.....of course I had to go online USPS and open and account with them and print out a receipt along with postage etc....huge hassle, they couldn't care less...anyway, sent the watch back and it took them 1 week to finally credit my account, but they refused to reimburse me for postage after they said that they would, because they told me I ordered a women's watch not a mens. blah, blah , blah..I told them I have the original receipt, but they didn't care, no reimbursement....I told them I would file a BBB complaint, and they just yawned....have you ever heard of such a thing???? .IF I lived in Brooklyn, NY I'd go right to their office, but I don't so we will settle this with the BBB....They are just nasty.. NASTY people.....criminal liars IMO....do not use them under any circumstance.....you've been warned.

As a first-time customer, I was a bit skeptical, but their customer service was very informative when addressing my concerns and questions. The order shipped on time, and I love my new watch!!! If you need a watch to be delivered on time then forget about it. I ordered 3 Seiko pieces at the same time and I did not receive anything in the mail for two weeks. I called them and they said there a glitch in the system and they had never shipped my order. Ok fine. Got another email saying 1 of the item that they had 'sold' me was noW out of order so they asked me to choose another one. Ok fine. Three days later got my package there is only 1 watch inside. WTF! Called them and again they said it is a glitch in the system and they had now mailed me the other 2. Two days later, guess what, only 1 more watch in the box. Beyond ridiculous, had to call again and the 'customer service' guy talked to me like it was my fault. Ended up cancelling the order. Just don't buy from this HORRIBLE PLACE!

Beware of Jomashop.com I purchased a high end Montblanc in May 2012. Since I have returned it 3 times for the same issue. When Jomashop returned my timepiece it was damaged. I called and spoke with Zal and Issac, and they blamed me for the damage! Now I'm being told the timepiece is out of warranty! They asked me to send the timepiece back but told me "We will not be responsible for any past present or future external damage to this watch." How convenient for them. Beware my experience. I would not recommend them for any Tag Heuer, Rolex, Montblanc, Omega or anything else - especially not to a friend. The money you think you will save by not going to a retailer you will easily spend dealing with sub par customer service! My experience is that they care about the immediate sale only and not the post sale experience - customer service or lifetime value of a customer.
I bought a Seiko 5 watch via eBay store, received just the box NO watch, the box is not even genuine Seiko merchandise, being very upset I called the number they provided on eBay page and receipt I received with empty knock off box. Waited on hold for 2 hours and 30 minutes until I was hung up on, called back, and got a automated recording saying they were now closed!!! Also, they didn't even provide a tracking number that matched the package they sent!! 3 RED FLAGS!!!! I called a jeweler friend of mine, who owns a shop downtown San Francisco, and when I told what happened, he laughed! Even he knew they scam and sell knock offs! Just wanted to get a deal, sometimes its just worth it to save and buy the real thing and not hassle with scum!
I purchased a Breitling watch from this company and attempted to return it and they denied my return because they said it had signs of wear and the links were taken out. The watch was brand new!! Worn for two hours. I am stuck with a watch that we paid $5800 for because Jomashop does not honor their return policy.
They took pictures of the watch with some type of close up lense that made it look terrible.
On another note, they claimed the value of the watch to be $9800 COMPLETELY FALSE. I could have bought the same watch here at a local jewler for the same price.
Be careful when purchasing from Jomashop. Read the fine print about their return policies. They will hit you for 8% restocking fee. Their site looks great and they post great deals, but I was decieved.
I bought a Chanel diamond watch from them and it was not factory original. I had it checked out by authorized dealers. I tried to returned it and they made it difficult for me to return it. They finally let me return it because I disputed it with my credit card company. But they still slap you with 8% restocking fee. For a $10000 watch - thats $800 stolen out of the pocket.
I thought I was getting a genuine watch, but it had aftermarket diamonds in them.
