problem with tracking

Shopping was easy, like the website. Did not receive any e-mail from fedex with tracking number and when checked on the website - could not get the tracking update either - when click on track in My account section - it just kicked me out .

Brilliant

The trousers were a perfect fit and were delivered next day, as promised, by a courier who took the trouble to let me know within an hour of the delivery time. And beautifully packed and presented too. Perfect.

Easy website to navigate. I wanted a particular item which was easy to find. Delivery excellent - never have I experienced a one-hour window to receive the goods - added to which they arrived within the specified time ! Perfect.

I recently bought a Barbour jacket from Jules B. it arrived very quickly, beautifully packaged, and the delivery arrangements were superb. I received a text the night before the parcel was due and a further text the following morning giving me a time slot of two hours. Thank you Jules B, I will certainly buy from you again!

Good quality garment as usual, free delivery was a bonus

Although the garment was as expected, on opening the package it reeked of cigarette smoke. I have reported this by phone, but have not received an explanation as yet.

Disappointing first experience

I had a really disappointing first encounter with Jules B - I was searching everywhere for a particular pair of Ash trainers and found them on Jules B. I was pleased to see that I quallified for nominated next day delivery - as I work in London and am in rarely this seemed a really great process, plus I needed the trainers for a day out on Thurs 9th May. I ordered them on Saturday 4th May and was pleased that it offered me the option of delivery on Weds 8th May. I made sure I worked from home especially and waited in all day for the delivery which never came - what did come was an email on the Wednesday telling me they had been dispatched, much to my surprise after specifiaclly selecting a date. When I got the trainers it was 'after the event' as I had wanted them for a particular event. I did consider keeping them when they arrived but I was also disappointed with the actual trainers - the laces seemed to appear taupe in the picture but were a murky green colour in reality. On top of my disappointment, it was made worse by the customer service I experienced when I called to complain. I was told dispatch and delivery cannot be guaranteed, even though I was given the option of selecting a date. I have never experienced this with any other company. I wasn't given a single apology or any indication of being sympathetic towards my experience. I have returned the shoes and like I say a very disappointing expereince which is a shame as on viewing the excellent website I thought I might become a regular customer.

Bereft of a plan; consult Jules Brand!

Two excellent things about Jules B:
(i) If you like a particular Designer, it is very simple to scroll down through their products in various colourways on one page; and
(ii) Cross reference against similar items from other Fashion Houses, again in carefully co-ordinated colour and style schemes.
The THIRD brilliant thing is, when with a bit of extra time on one's hands, to go through everything (I usually do it from the last page backwards, as I think that end must get a rum deal!); two weeks ago I picked up a beautiful (just my thing) dress from Moyushu (sp?), which I never would have normally come across...the added bonus was that it had a reduction of 50%!
So, I shall be returning...

Pleasant Experience

Overall, the purchase was smooth and had no problems.
The delivery of the package was satisfactory and there are no issues with products.

Very nice product, awful delivery.

Product and packaging are first class. DPD made a total mess of the delivery, delivered to the wrong address and dropped it over a neighbours 6ft wall.
I was fortunate that my neighbour brought it over to me.

I was not impressed with Jules B customer service concerning the problem and I would be reluctant to purchase any more items, which is a shame as the products are top quality.

I can confirm that further to your telephone conversation the issue has since been resolved. We very rarely have problems with our courier but on this occasion there was some confusion to were you requested the parcel to be left with the driver.

Very Happy Vegemite

Initially was very reluctant to purchase online an expensive item i.e. leather jacket but was comfortable with the returns policy and pleased with the free freight to Australia so gave it a go and just received my item today and am more than happy. My initial misgivings and feelings of trepidation were unfounded and I will definitely be purchasing future items from Jules B as disposable income permits!
Also shall be recommending to friends.

Ordering from you was very easy. I appreciated the free delivery. The garments arrived beautifully packed. Great communication. I would have preferred Royal Mail to Courier but missed the tick box as it was on the first page (i think) and not very clear, by the time I realised, I couldn't go back.

Your returns set up makes life really easy and it's reasonably priced so that was great.

I would appreciate more images of the clothes on actual models. Its so hard to tell when they're not.
