Prompt, easy overseas shipping!!
I ordered wedding shoes for my sister worrying and crossing my fingers that it would arrive on time to Australia...boy was I surprised when it came a week earlier than expected!
You lovely ladies from the store answered all of my questions regarding the shipping timeframe.
Couldn't fault the shoes purchased and service!!

delivery is a joke
i ordered a shirt and paid next day delivery as was going on holiday the day after . I received a text asking different options and I chose to leave with neighbour, the next thing is , I get an email saying that they had taken the parcel back as there was nobody in our house to take delivery , and are not allowed to deliver to a neighbour !!!!!! I phoned up jules b and asked if they could drop it off at my works address 4 miles away and they told me they couldn't . So had to cancel the order and do with out a new shirt.

We have spoke to DPD about your parcel and they have confirmed that they had attempted to deliver the parcel to a neighbour. For security all parcel require a signature so if there was no one available the delivery was be refused.
We confirmed we could change the address on your parcel but due to the drivers schedule and time slot deadlines they were unable to redeliver your order to a different.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

problem with tracking
Shopping was easy, like the website. Did not receive any e-mail from fedex with tracking number and when checked on the website - could not get the tracking update either - when click on track in My account section - it just kicked me out .

I recently bought a Barbour jacket from Jules B. it arrived very quickly, beautifully packaged, and the delivery arrangements were superb. I received a text the night before the parcel was due and a further text the following morning giving me a time slot of two hours. Thank you Jules B, I will certainly buy from you again!

Disappointing first experience
I had a really disappointing first encounter with Jules B - I was searching everywhere for a particular pair of Ash trainers and found them on Jules B. I was pleased to see that I quallified for nominated next day delivery - as I work in London and am in rarely this seemed a really great process, plus I needed the trainers for a day out on Thurs 9th May. I ordered them on Saturday 4th May and was pleased that it offered me the option of delivery on Weds 8th May. I made sure I worked from home especially and waited in all day for the delivery which never came - what did come was an email on the Wednesday telling me they had been dispatched, much to my surprise after specifiaclly selecting a date. When I got the trainers it was 'after the event' as I had wanted them for a particular event. I did consider keeping them when they arrived but I was also disappointed with the actual trainers - the laces seemed to appear taupe in the picture but were a murky green colour in reality. On top of my disappointment, it was made worse by the customer service I experienced when I called to complain. I was told dispatch and delivery cannot be guaranteed, even though I was given the option of selecting a date. I have never experienced this with any other company. I wasn't given a single apology or any indication of being sympathetic towards my experience. I have returned the shoes and like I say a very disappointing expereince which is a shame as on viewing the excellent website I thought I might become a regular customer.
