The bag was beautiful but I had bought it for a gift and was hugely disappointed that it wasn't delivered in one of your usual boxes but in a carrier bag instead. By the time it had arrived, the carrier bag was crumpled and even ripped. After spending £450, i think it deserved to be wrapped better. It's the first time I have ever received something from your website that was not beautifully wrapped. I do hope it's not the way you will be sending purchases in the future.

What packaging is selected does depending on the item and also it's volume, however we have passed on your comments to prevent this happening in the future.
