I live in Europe and I am really impressed with your service. On both occasions I have ordered with you I had a similar standard of excellence. This suggests stable processes. My recent order was ahead of the ETA. The goods too are very esthetically packed. I also needed advice so contacted your staff and found them helpful, friendly and professional. So far I can only say well done!
The delivery service was poor. The jumper priced at £250 was poor quality, the sticking around the sleeves was of a discount Hugh street store. When I write to Jules B about this I did nit receive any response.
I was disappointed the coat I had ordered did not suit me and dismayed when I discovered you do not have prepaid return labels as other companies have. I will think twice before ordering anything else from you, unless you change your policy. I must say I think you are very short sighted doing this and cannot be the only person who thinks so. Also the package had to resealed en-route !

Never heard of them before. I did a google search for some Paul Smith shoes that seemed to be out of stock in most places. Jules B came up. They were excellent. First class service. I know have their app on my phone !
Whilst the hat is a good hat - made by Barbour,the delivery was awful. We waited in for the designated time and then got a message to say the goods were undeliverable as we were not in!. We had been in all day and had watched the delivery man's progress on the computer but what is the point of all this tracking when the goods were not delivered until the next day. Infuriating! The delivery company is letting down Jules B. I do not intend to shop with them again after this fiasco.
Your website and your service are perfect. Packaging is of high quality and I love the hour window for delivery. I always use your site when shopping for Hugo Boss.

A very disappointing experience having been an extremely satisfied customer for over two years.
Ordered a jumper. Wrong colour sent. Unhappy as I wanted for a special occasion the next day but said I would keep subject to an offer of a discount. Discount offered of an insulting 5%. Then told that they couldn't offer more and the Brand didn't allow. Sent back for refund. Confusing emails then received from delivery firm appearing on glancing to say that I had a delivery due - no they were telling ME that I needed to make sure someone was in at Jules B to accept my parcel!!!!
Finally, just received an apology offering me a 10% discount from my next order. Tempted to re-order the jumper !! :)
Would like to see Jules B improve the wrapping on their ties. The tie needs wrapping in some tissue paper before being placed in the cardboard tie pouch. The delivery service is first rate & product exactly as expected.

I know Jules B - through my son who lives close to their Boutique in Jesmond. I have also bought directly from the shop while visiting and it is a delight now to be able to do this on-line with the same care and packaging as if I had been buying in the shop. I love JulesB, especially The Conservatory. The clothes are perfect for my body shape and my lifestyle. They are super stylish and not ageist. My daughter (18) loves them too and I love them and we can both wear them and look equally trendy. It is the best one-stop shop in the North.
My daughter emailed me with the link to buy a Belgrave Patch Blazer for my grandson for Christmas, noting that there was a 25% discount if ordered by yesterday. I spent an hour having difficulty accessing the website, having to register (did this after 1/2 hour) and then trying endlessly to access the checkout. A notice did come up that having problems and to ring customer service. The next quarter of an hour was spent redialling as this was constantly engaged. Eventually I rang my daughter who stated that she would try to buy the jacket for me, which she eventually did. SO, my first experience does not give me confidence to buy again. However, my grandson has tried one of the jackets on and is extremely taken with it, so it's not all bac.
The item came in a lovely bag, which made it even more special. I was so pleased! Thank you very much!
Bought a Barbour jacket for my wife that arrived in on a very quick delivery. order was processed, picked, packed and shipped within 24 hours are arrived promptly.
