Bereft of a plan; consult Jules Brand!
Two excellent things about Jules B:
(i) If you like a particular Designer, it is very simple to scroll down through their products in various colourways on one page; and
(ii) Cross reference against similar items from other Fashion Houses, again in carefully co-ordinated colour and style schemes.
The THIRD brilliant thing is, when with a bit of extra time on one's hands, to go through everything (I usually do it from the last page backwards, as I think that end must get a rum deal!); two weeks ago I picked up a beautiful (just my thing) dress from Moyushu (sp?), which I never would have normally come across...the added bonus was that it had a reduction of 50%!
So, I shall be returning...

Very nice product, awful delivery.
Product and packaging are first class. DPD made a total mess of the delivery, delivered to the wrong address and dropped it over a neighbours 6ft wall.
I was fortunate that my neighbour brought it over to me.
I was not impressed with Jules B customer service concerning the problem and I would be reluctant to purchase any more items, which is a shame as the products are top quality.

I can confirm that further to your telephone conversation the issue has since been resolved. We very rarely have problems with our courier but on this occasion there was some confusion to were you requested the parcel to be left with the driver.

Very Happy Vegemite
Initially was very reluctant to purchase online an expensive item i.e. leather jacket but was comfortable with the returns policy and pleased with the free freight to Australia so gave it a go and just received my item today and am more than happy. My initial misgivings and feelings of trepidation were unfounded and I will definitely be purchasing future items from Jules B as disposable income permits!

Great returns set up
Ordering from you was very easy. I appreciated the free delivery. The garments arrived beautifully packed. Great communication. I would have preferred Royal Mail to Courier but missed the tick box as it was on the first page (i think) and not very clear, by the time I realised, I couldn't go back.
Your returns set up makes life really easy and it's reasonably priced so that was great.
I would appreciate more images of the clothes on actual models. Its so hard to tell when they're not.
I would definitely shop with you again.

I ordered a jumper/dress which arrived a few days after my online order. Unfortunately the style did not fit me at all and I had to return the item. Returns are straight forward - I received my refund message already the next day, but the return postage is not included, which I found a little disappointing given this higher end online shop.

Loved it so much, I bought a second one in a different colour!
Fabulous and very stylish lightweight sweater with sheer panels. Looks great with a nude camisole underneath or white under the grey. Getting lots of wear from my first one due to the need for sleeves on all but the hottest days hence the 'need' for a second one. Even took it on holiday recently where it was perfect on balmy evenings.

Canada loves Jules B
I have ordered 3 CreenStone jackets from Jules B. I had to send one back and exchange for sizing. They were fantastic. Order was exchanged and new jackets came upon exchange. I love Jules B and will order again from them in the future, paying the exchange rate is still worth it when the selection is not available in Canada.

Fantastic clothes but very misleading online shopping
I tried to order gift tokens for my sister in law to be delivered on her birthday. It was incredibly difficult to work out where you imported the delivery details in. It really was not clear. I did finally put her address in the deliver to ( not same as billing address) but the token was sent to me on her birthday. She lives in arnside and I in teddington. Then when the paper voucher came it didn't have the greeting words on her voucher and it wasn't clear which was the voucher because of this.
When I did phone to sort it out the young man was sort of apologetic and embarrassed but there was no offer of compensation. A token was then posted but arrived 4 days late.

Super efficient at dispatch and never had any problems with returns - in one word, marvellous!
I do internet shopping quite regularly and I find Jules B to stand out from the crowd - they always have interesting things on the website and I am always surprised how the order would turn up the next day even if I only placed the order in the afternoon the day before! The package always turn up very smartly packed and they always let me know what time of the day it is going to arrive - and when it does, it really cheers me up! I would recommend it to anyone - except that I quite like to keep it as my own little secret....

Fabulous service!
Cheaper than other websites I normally use for genuine designer shoes. Very efficient delivery & i was very impressed at the genuine customer service which unfortunately is lacking with a lot if companies these days. They emailed me to inform me when they were dispatched, the option the change the day or time of delivery if it wasn't convenient. The part i loved the most is i even knew the name if the driver & and an hour timescale to which he was coming! They estimated 12:55 - 13:55 & chris arrived at 13:05 - fantastic!! The Vivienne Westwood shoes that came were a perfect fit. I am a size 5 & have already got some Vivienne Westwood Melissa shoes so was hoping they would fit the same. Free delivery was an added bonus as well!
