Juno delivers!
No problems whatsoever, often buy records from this website and they're always quickly delivered, in good condition.
Hopefully they'll lower shipping costs though...

Well stocked, prompt dispatch.
Good for ordering physical products (vinyl, cds), but you need to make your download prices more competitive (£2.50 for a WAV is outrageous - I can get FLAC at BOOMKAT for £1 - and usually do). Also, you should have a facility for re-downloading digital purchases at a lter date (as Boomkat do).

as a long time JUNO customer I can fully recommend them in in any way. the only thing I would ask for to be improved is the packaging. from time to time, due to the procedure of international shipping to germany, it happens that the sleeves are suffering from seamsplits which is very sad for a collector as I am. during the checkout process I always fill the "additional instructions" form to ask for extra care in packaging. this normally helps a lot. thank you JUNO for the service and the fantastic selection of good music!!

Don't bother
goods lost in post,rang after 7 days because they didn't reply to my email,have to wait until 10n days elapse before they will consider a refund,you should've sent with signature required

Having found JUNO Records the day before via google as i searched for a amplifier, the price was right.. navigating around the site was easy, and as soon as i had paid i received confirmation email with all details correct, cant fault the service in any way that i have received from Juno Records.

Probably the best around
There are many digital stores in this genre but Juno is head and shoulders above everyone else.
They have a great selection, reasonable prices and great download speeds.
With the client you can even re-download your purchases which is something most digi-stores won't allow.
I'm very happy with Juno and don't see myself switching to a different service any time soon!

Easy to use web page, huge selection of tunes and good delivery service. Period.
I started browsing the Internet with the intention of locating a good company to purchase records from , specifically tech house tunes . I came across "juno records" and I found it so easy to use their web page and was particularly pleased with the big selection of tech house records and they have implemented a really good category system ranging from literally today's new releases to records that go back a few years . And you would need some serious time on your hands if you wanted to listen to all the tunes just in the last 8 weeks category alone . For every record ,you get an opportunity to see the name of artist, names of remixes, record label etc and the chance to listen to every mix on each record . The delivery service and the packaging of goods is excellent. I would recommend them to anyone .

Very professional and dependable
Juno has a very complete selection of music and equipment.
Their stock information is up to date, they have pictures for everything and you can prelisten to almost any vinyl record. These things may seem normal, but they are not obvious to implement in practice.
Orders get dispatched very quickly and are very well packed.
Juno is a well organised and professional business you can depend on!

Very prompt and efficient. One of my discs had a marbled effect and there had been a problem in the pressing process. Juno replaced immediately and I didn't even have to return the original record.
