Juno has got to be one of my favourite record stores, i buy everything from here, all genres, equipment. Most of the time i get the items the very next day.
My only problem is with returns; as it is not very straight forward. You need to contact them and then fill in some sort of return form and the back and forth can take up to 2-3 weeks.

Outstanding service, but at a price
Juno always deliver. Quickly. Every order I have placed with them has been delivered next working day. I'd like to buy all my music through them, but sometimes their prices are much higher than other online retailers. I guess they don't have the buying power. But they do search out and stock items that are unobtainable elsewhere in the UK, so hats off to them for that, and I have no reason not to buy from them again in the future.

Good but only one slight annoying thing
Great customer service, great website, great products, great range of music, everything about juno is just great :) BUT! Things just take too long to arrive in the mail, 5 working days is too long in my opinion. But its all good, has never failed to arrive before :)

Wanted to change my order a few minutes after it was made. They got back to me later that day to say it was to late as the order had been dispatched.
Now is a week later and still haven't received anything.
Tried contacting their customer support again. No response at all after a day of waiting.

If you are looking for an online record store that supplies a quality service and a huge range of both the latest dance records in most genres plus a good back catalogue, you need look no further than www.juno.co.uk. I've been ordering from them for about 2 years now and have no complaints about quality of service or speed of delivery - all my orders arriving within 2 working days of ordering, and no order mess-ups either.

Very good: postage a little pricey
I do think that their postage costs are too high - I can immediately think of a couple of their competitors who offer free postage at £50 and £100 - and then Juno add what appears to be compulsory insurance above something like £100. BUT having said that, prices are good, availability is good, and the speed of service is excellent. Four and a half stars, really.

Quality product delivered quickly
I ordered a replacement headphone lead. It arrived quickly, was packaged well and works fab. My only issue was that when paying by credit card it is not made clear early on that there is going to be a processing charge, instead Juno wait until the final page ok'ing the whole transaction before adding the process charge.

Swift delivery service and reasonably well priced
I am always impressed with the speed at which Juno despatches my orders, and they are comfortbaly the quickest of all the online retailers that I buy music from. Price wise they are not the cheapest around but the promotions that are often run provide excellent value for money - particularly the 'Today Only' promotions. I usually check their site on a daily basis being a music fanatic!
