Very professional and dependable
Juno has a very complete selection of music and equipment.
Their stock information is up to date, they have pictures for everything and you can prelisten to almost any vinyl record. These things may seem normal, but they are not obvious to implement in practice.
Orders get dispatched very quickly and are very well packed.
Juno is a well organised and professional business you can depend on!

Great service: overnight delivery and great product
I ordered a set of inner record sleeves which arrived the next day and were very well packaged. A very good quality product.

Brilliant service ... on delivery to Ireland
Completed my order on line at around 3.30pm on Thursday ...... did not expect to receive until Monday but to my surprise and delight we received the order before noon on the Friday!!

Although I had a faulty vinyl in my order Juno replaced free of charge
Very prompt and efficient. One of my discs had a marbled effect and there had been a problem in the pressing process. Juno replaced immediately and I didn't even have to return the original record.

Juno for Vinyl
Have shopped with Juno for years now. They have a massive selection of stuff and for me a good choice of reissue vinyl on a wide variety of labels. Their prices are good, LP packaging excellent and customer service very reliable. Recently I bought a sealed LP with a manufacturer's pressing fault and Juno happily allowed me to return it and credited me the cost and postage. Just bought a fabulous replacement LP to use up my credit and am extremely pleased. Highly recommended.

Good shop, good products
Juno was good, all items were in stock as advertised (unlike the increasingly useless decks.co.uk) and arraived next day. No problems.

Great service, and improving.
I am very happy with Juno and I buy regularly. I like the possibility of monitoring releases, buying them with a click and receiving them in very short time.
I love the fact that 7" now come in a plastic sleeve. That helps preserving a collection.
One minus though: I have used DHL for shipping twice.
My opinion is that DHL not only sucks, it also sucks big time and, at least in Belgium, is a really lousy service. The first time, the delivery guy delivered to my neighbour (who has the same surname as I) even though he could have rung my bell.
The second time, they declared that they could not access the premises, which was a plain and big lie. I was there waiting...simply, it was Friday and the drivers wanted to go home early. In fact, since I could not use the records for my set yesterday, I would appreciate if either DHL or Juno could compensate me for the lousy service DHL provides.

Put simply, an excellent service.
Order was dealt with almost immediately after it was placed and on a bank holiday! Double vinyl album received in high quality, safe packaging and exactly on time. Worth paying the extra couple of pounds for next day delivery. A very fair price - I won't be buying music from Amazon any more!

Brilliant since 2001.
Been dealing with juno since as early as 2001 when on dial up modem in South Africa when it took me a whole day to listen and choose music. The records always arrived around two months after I purchased them as it was cheaper to send them surface mail than air which I didn't mind.
The records were always in tip top shape. Thank you for being the best where quality comes to mind.
I have been shopping around on Amazon for more of the quality Mobile Fidelity vinyl care items because juno have priced these too expensive for me.
I am glad they still sell all the Technics parts.

Amazing site for all DJ's!
I've been a member of Juno for so many years and have flirted with vinyl purchases all my life. Juno has an amazing and vast collection of records and can clearly compete with any of its rivals. Recently, I visited a competitor website to purchase a few records to find I had a minimum spend of €20 and a delivery schedule that would not meet my requirements. I looked on Juno, found the same records for cheaper and got them the next day (on a weekend) which I was totally impressed with.
I'd recommend Juno to any vinyl junkie.

I find the buying process always easy and the delivery is always efficient and quick.
I think the website itself could do with some work to make it a little more user friendly, its a very different experience to say buying digitally on beatport. Being able to buy vinyl through a website like beatport's experience would be great.
But that aside I am always very happy with my experience with Juno
