Very professional

Bought a Bremont watch from Jura last Friday. Excellent service and guidance. I turned the shop upside down as I tried on numerous watches and then, having picked a watch, went throught numerous different straps. The salesman was knowledgeable and courteous without being obsequious. Highly recommended.

Why go anywhere else

Knowledgeable staff who have a passion for chronology and are a pleasure to do business with. Made my buying decision easier and if it hadn't been for the good service I was intending to buy from another store.

Very knowledgeable staff

I spent a very pleasant hour with these guys in their Mayfair store earlier this week discussing many different watch options. They patiently went through many different brands with me and I was impressed at how much they knew about each brand. I was put under no pressure and eventually settled on a Bremont. Top service!

Fantastic customer service, needed to ask a few questions before purchase and where answered promptly. Then delivery was extremely quick. I used them as the website was clear and prices were competitive.

This is the only store in London which sells Sinn watches so I had no choice but to use them but got great advice from Patrick over the phone about the different watches in the collection.

Friendly, knowledgeable and great value

I found Jura Watches after coming across their excellent website on google. The website helped me to find my perfect watch and it was significantly cheaper here than anywhere else I found. Service in the store was excellent - beautifully designed with exactly the right mix between luxury / prestige and friendliness. Helpful sales guy who was happy to tell me all about the type of watch and gave me tips on how to use and maintain it. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Excellent customer service talking me through the options and calling me back with sensible recommendations when a product was unavailable. Delivery as promised on xmas eve. Only slight issue was the wrong colour strap was fitted but my husband liked it anyway so we kept it!

It's a pleasure to deal with guys who know (and I suspect love) their watches as much as I do. I spoke to one of their reps on the phone and it was refreshing: he knew the answers to all my (sometimes quite involved!) questions. I wish other Retailers would sit up and take note!
