It is with trepidation you order an expensive item online without being able to see it, especially a watch. So it is always a relief when you get service like I did from Jura Watches. They originally said the watch would be with me next day however the watch needed to be sent form the maker in Germany , which pushed the delivery back a few of days, Sharon kept me fully aware of what was going on, even to the point of phoning me to say she had the watch in her hands and was packing it off herself! It arrived the next day before 11am and much to the envy of all my colleagues!

Rang again on 30th September and luckily got to speak with a lady who kept me on hold for well over 20 mins trying to come up with a story cos I refused to hang up until I got an answer
Finally put me through to some other lady who said to me my order was no longer in production and that they were planning to ring me with an offer for a substitute
This is 1St of November, still waiting for a phone call to make the supposed offer!
6 weeks JW sold me a bill of goods. Failed to deliver what was advertised; took my money and never bothered to contact me as promised.
I am gutted at this and cannot even explain how disappointed I am!
I ordered the watch early afternoon & it arrived the next day. The bezel didn't appear to functioning as I was having trouble changing the date & the bezel wouldn't push flush to the watch correctly. A quick call to Jura & they explained that it actually screws into the watch & choosing the date could be a fiddly business. I was told I could send it back to be looked at if I still wasn't happy but I think the bezel has now been mastered!
I purchased a Quartz Grand Seiko from Jura - I am not a watch expert nor collector etc I just fancied a nice watch for my 40th birthday, as such I had specific shipping requiements in terms of the date!! and Jura delivered as promised on the day. Again not an expert, but to my eye and taste the watch seems very high quality in its manufacture. More than pleased with the experience and can highly recommend.
The price of my Suunto watch was highly competitive anyway. But being resident overseas I sent an email asking whether a VAT reclaim form could be provided. the subsequent correspondence was extremely helpful and met my request with no fuss or bother. If only other on-line suppliers could match the personal and quality of service delivered. Many thanks.

If its in stock or easily ordered I imagine they are ok. My watch did not say anything about delays and the email confirming the order just said to phone about delivery date. One week later, when I had heard nothing further and the watch still had not come, I phoned them and they told me they had none!
Cancelled the order and they were fine about refunding to my credit card.
Poor service though!
Really impressed with the service I received when I called up, very friendly and helpful. Only minor negative is that I ordered the watch strap to be a particular size so it was ready to wear (it's a wedding present for my husband to be) but unfortunately this was not done so I've now had to order the tool to do it myself! I was offered the option of taking it into a local jewellers and try would pick up the cost - very kind offer just haven't got the time now!
The watch which I ordered was lovely- it arrived safely the very next day and was beautifully packed. BUT.... the address had been written with blue felt pen which sadly had washed/worn off because it had poured down for much of the previous evening and was still pouring down on the Saturday morning. Fortunately a quick-witted manager at the Royal Mail sorting office spotted the fact that there were several cards in the post for us that morning so wrote our address on the package in biro with the suggestion that the postman rang the bell and asked if it was likely to be ours.How's that for the lucky delivery of a present on the morning of our Golden Wedding.?!!!!!

Easy, hassle-free process and you're told when the item will be delivered (and it was!) which makes life a lot easier. Heartily recommend jurawatches to all.
A package was delivered in an ordinary manilla envelope which looked as if it had been addressed by my youngest great-niece who is aged 7 years. Opening it, I found a sturdy cardboard box the contents of which were not immediately obvious. There was nothing else in the envelope to indicate who had sent the package. I opened the box to find a Tissot ladies' watch the same as one that I had ordered a few days earlier from Jura. That explains the package if I make the assumption that it was sent from Jura.
At this stage, the recipient has not received the watch so I am unable to comment on it's function. It was going when it arrived although set to one hour ahead of British Summer Time.
Ordered my watch on Friday evening and received it the following Tuesday as indicated on my confirmation email. I was kept up to date with delivery prgress, and apart from sightly the excessive outer packaging (even considering the largish size of the watch box) this was an excellent experience from start to finish. I haven't ordered a watch on-line previously, and I was a little apprehensive about the getting the bracelet size right, but it was exactly as i needed (I saw I could get the adjustment tool free, but that didn't seem orderable once I'd selected a wrist size.) Overall, highly recommended, especially as the watch was on sale, and was a good bit cheaper than elswhere.
This is my third purchase from JuraWatches- CW SELLORS in two years. All three of them went through without any real problems. Just a few e-mails sorted a small problem regarding a warranty card. All sorted out quickly.
I recently purchased a Raymond Weil Noemia for my wife from a well known wholesale warehouse group, and had a very poor experiance. The watch didnt work. The company had no idea at all how to look after a good watch. I, and my wife in particular was very disapointed. I did however, get a full refund, and, the offer of coffee and cake for my disapointmennt, WOW !
So I returned to JW and searched their web site and found just what I was after, and it was in the sale as well, which was a bonus.
Ordering and payment was easy, and I defered delivery to a time that suited me.
A few e-mails to my friendly contact and all was sorted out brilliantly.
My wife got her watch a few days ago, and is more than pleased with it.

Found the website easy to use which is always a bonus for me! Ordered late at night and the watch was delivered less than 36 hours later. Packaged well, the watch was what I wanted, and I will use them again the next time I'm looking for a watch.
The service was good and hassle free. I would shop here again. Only one minor thing wrong was their sizing guide didn't work. Apart from that an excellent service and my product arrived before the date given.
Jura is a good company to buy things with but I would not recommend to you if you would your items quickly because when I was ordering the items the predicted delivery date was 26th July however I only got the item 31st July. But if you don't mind the delivery time then buy with Jura today!
My watch arrived quickly 3 days after ordering. I purchased a Cuervo Y Sobrinos Historiador watch but the beautiful CyS cigar watch box/humidor arrived damaged. This cigar watch box/humidor is as integral to the purchase as the watch.
I have sent the company 6 different emails, the first within 1 hour of opening the box the day of delivery. Three subsequent messages have included pictures showing the damage upon opening the box. I have only received automated responses (including case IDs). I sent an email back directly to a "Nina Scally" from the company who had sent an email before my purchase (no response). Today I responded to "Matt" who ironically sent a message to rate the Jura on TrustPilot. I responded and asked he please reply before I send in my feedback on TrustPilot. Still no response from a human being. No response to any of my inquiries after one week.
Many of the customer problems described in the Jura reviews on TrustPilot seem to deal with delays associated with deliveries from the watch companies. This is not my case. I can't even get a response from the retailer.
As an authorized distributor for this brand I would have expected more. I am frustrated and disappointed.
one watch is missing from the shipment, the claim procedure still ongoing.
I originally ordered a black ORIS watch strap in January of 2013 for my husbands birthday in February. I received a brown watchstrap in time for his birthday which I sent back as it was not what I ordered and looked funny with the black watch. I live in Sweden so it takes a 3-4 weeks for delivery. They received my returned product in March. Only last week (it is now July) did I finally receive the watch strap I ordered and that is after numerous (about 6 or 7) phone calls in which I got the response, 'I need to speak with a colleague, may I call you back' (which never occurred) and emails which had the response, 'my colleague is looking after your order and I have asked him to respond to you' (which did not occur, either).
It was only after I strongly expressed my frustration to the sales person on the phone that someone took me seriously and I received and email the following day with the response that there had been a mix up at the watch company and that Jura had re ordered my strap with priority status and that I should receive it within 3-4 weeks.
When I contacted this company the response I received was always prompt and courteous but never with any important information, always... 'we will look into the matter and get back to you'.
And when I finally received the package, I thought as a courtesy, I might have gotten some sort of compensation or recognition to what had happened, but there was nothing.
I felt ignored and unimportant when dealing with this company. If I had not continuously called them to figure out what was going on I don't know if I would have ever received the right product, and I felt as though this company didn't care, because they had already received payment.
Plus, they had originally said that I would be reimbursed for the expense of sending back the wrong product, but has that happened? no. and I don't know if I care any more to try and right that wrong.
Edit: Soon after I posted this review I received a response for the company in which they have tried to make amends which I appreciate.
Firstly I ordered a watch - it was delivered next day - I then called to sort out a slight issue - this was promptly and efficiently dealt with.

I have purchased a watch from CW. At the begging i was very upset . Coz the good wasn't turn up at the experts time. But after complain . Customer service are very helpful. Special Lisa . She did try her best. After we received our watch we was very happy coz at the same time we have received more than one item of gifts it was really supplied .
The customer services is very good .
In the last 3 years I've purchased for myself and my sons, 4 watches from Jura,
i.e. Aviator with strap, Engineer Hydrocarbon, U- Boat and a Bell & Ross.
In that time one watch stopped and another I hated with a vengeance after I
took it out of the box. Jura resolved these problems quickly and with no fuss,
repairing one and returning the cash to my bank within 2 days of me sending
back the hated watch. Would I use Jura again ? ...WITHOUT HESITATION!!!!!
The item was easy to find on the website and Jura watches appear to be one of the few places selling official Bell & Ross spares and accessories. Would use their service again.
