Great product, great service, and helpful customer support
I've just purchased a Glycine Combat 6 and the customer support team were happy to discuss price prior to the order. The watch had to be order by them for delivery, and they made me aware of any waiting time (which was also accurate).
They were also flexible on delivery options.
The free watch repair set wasn't very high quality, but it was free, so I'm not going to complain about that.
I would definitely use again.

genuine watch with quality service
watch is as good as it looks on website. It is not like some online retailer which pretend to have genuine watch but when bought turns out to be replica. I am satisfied with my purchase.

Watch was not as per the image on the website
The watch I ordered was not as per the image on the website, checked with the manufacturer's image this is different too! Jura said they would amend the image but it is still the same.
No free gift included, was promised 8 days ago this would be despatched, still nothing.
Delivery of watch took 4 days which was acceptable.

Reduced commercial transparency and limited customer care attention
Have ordered a ball watch - when buying online no clear indication that it was not available in stock
Once ordered - to date (6 days after order) and after 3 calls to customer care no idea of when the watch will be delivered.
Customer care never follows up with an email even though they promise to do so every time.

Just brilliant service!
Nowadays, you can buy almost everything online. However, when it comes to the great and popular watches, we should be extremely careful, as fakes are everywhere.
It should be noted that the "Jura Watches" company (aka CW Sellors - Jura) is an official seller of many luxury watches.
I've been notified via email about every step it took to get my watches (payment, dispatch, delivery ).
A dispatch took no more than a day, so I received my precious watches on the next day. A perfect protective packaging and delivery rate is already included in the price.
Watches were accompanied by the warranty card with stamp of the shop and date (that what should anyone expect from the official dealer).
I would like to note that the parcel was sent by RoyalMail, which I personally prefer. As if you miss a parcel, you can always visit your local RoyalMail office and collect it there.
Strongly recommend to anyone who looks for a genuine Swiss watches.

Great watch, great price, great service, great result.
After searching the net for weeks, undecided on which of three Oris Watches to pick, I found the one at the top of my wanted list on the Jura website. Not only was it my preferred choice, it also was the most discounted, I couldn't believe my luck. Within 2 days following hassle free online ordering it was on my wrist. Free gift to follow following more stock. Delighted.

Luxury product at a reasonable price
The watch was beautiful - even nore so than the image on the internet if anyhting. The sizing was perfect and it came in a lovely box with a lifetime gaurantee. A real luxury product for a reasonable prize. The whole process was very efficient: there was a personal email the day after ordering to confirm receipt and to address sizing and the watch arrived the very next day. I would certainly go back to CW Sellors. Excellent old-fashioned service of the kind one so rarely gets these days.

Next Day delivery
First time I have bought a watch from a website. description was spot on and it arrived the following day. Great service. I have bought several watches from Jura when they were located in London so it is pleasing to know the merger has not affected the quality of service

A good trustworthy dealer
The watch I ordered wasn't in stock, but I was promptly contacted by phone and told that there would be a two-day delay in delivery. There were then regular email updates. I was very happy with the customer service, especially as the watch was an uncommon model.

Efficient, helpful wiht good updates
My order was out of stock so was placed on back order. When the order came through it was delivered quickly and there were good updates by email However the link to track the order was blocked by my security app but going to the post office site direct allowed me to track my order simply. Would definitely buy from Jura again.

Good prices and customer service when called...
When I initially tried to purchase my watch there was a glitch on the website that wouldn't allow me to complete the transaction. I called customer service and spoke to a very helpful young lady who, as promised, spoke to her team and resolved the issue within one hour.
At the time of writing, I have not recieved the watch yet due to delays (weather in Paris and customs in Switzerland).
My one grumble is that the automated system sent an email saying that my item had been shipped on the Friday. However, this was not the case as Fedex had picked up from the store already (11am). This meant the Fedex didn't collect the item until the Monday morning, even though I had paid for International Priority service. Please don't send shipping confirmation if it hasn't actually been shipped and don't promise shipping that day if it cannot be achieved!
So 4 stars instead of 5.

Amazing service - had no idea Jura would be so easy!
I'm new to watches and was apprehensive about buying over the net. I went with Jura because of the great selection - I was interested in a Sinn watch which are hard to find in stock - and also the great offer with service and returns. I didn't expect the watch buying experience to be so easy! I purchased on a Wednesday afternoon and had the watch on my work desk on Friday morning. I'll definitely buy with Jura again. The free gift was a bonus too - my girlfriend loved it!!

"Cheated on the price"
I have ordered my Suunto watch from these guys on the 9th of Jan 2013, with promised delivery 2 days.
4 days later I was sent an email to say that they are out of stock and as soon as its in they will send it to me.
Two days after that an email arrived saying that the watch was discontinued.
I got a watch for a very good price £385 and they are refusing to send me one due to the deal I got on a web site, plain simple, they probably made a mistake but...
I have checked with Suunto and the watch is not discontinued.
I have had two watches in my life time from them and this is the way they response, never again.
I have reported this to Trading Standard Agency and they have promised that they will contact the Jura Watches.

Great range, great prices, great customer service!
I live in New Zealand, and was able to order a specific watch I wanted from Jurawatches for exactly 2/3rds of the best price I could find in Australia or New Zealand online stores, even including international shipping costs. The watch was not available from stock so took two weeks to order, plus 5 days to ship UK to NZ. The web site is easy to navigate either by brand or by price, and the availability info given was correct, better than other websites I have used, who let you order/pay then tell you later that the particular item is out of stock. An email query to Jurawatches was answered the same day it was received, and not just an auto-reply either. So, all in all a great website, great range of watches, accurate info, accurate tracking info, and a great price too. Very happy with service, thanks.

This was an excellent on-line buying experience.
I ordered a watch at 3:30 pm on a Tuesday and received an email from you at 4:30 telling me that it had been despatched. The item arrived the next morning by Royal Mail Special Delivery. I started wearing the watch right away and have been doing so ever since. I am delighted with my purchase. Based on this experience I can highly recommend this supplier.

Fast and reliable
I contacted Jura as they had stock of a specific model which I was seeking to get. The service was excellent and I had the watch delivered the following day without any issues.
One thing to watch out for (which may have been a specific issue) is that the front picture of the watch on the site and the 360degree view behind were not the same. In this case, the 360degree view proved to be a far more accurate reflection of dial colour, etc.

Good product - shame about the service!
The lady at the help desk didn't answer my Q re. my net cost (net of VAT and shipping) and instead suggested I go through the transaction page on the website for a quote. The watch was shipped late and so arrived late (and later than initially shown on the FedEx tracking screen) and didn't have the instruction manual with it. I also haven't received the FOC tool kit that was offered with online purchases. That said, the website was easy to use / functional and I will use them again (just taking delivery dates w/ a pinch of salt).

Couldn't really fault any aspect of the order process or service received.
When I ordered the U-Boat watch, the website said delivery in 2 to 4 weeks, which I was happy with.
However, the watch ended up being delivered within one week, I received regular correspondence with tracking details and was also phoned by Jura watches because the black watch winder (which I received as a free gift and, again, wasn't expecting) wasn't available. They were checking if I was happy with another colour or wished to wait for the black, which, again, they didn't have to do.
Overall, every aspect of the service was excellent and so there was notning negative I could say.
I don't buy expensive watches very regularly, obviously, but if I do make another purchase I will be more than happy to use Jura.

After looking around for a Suunto Ambit Silver watch I found that Jura offered quick and reliable delivery - plus a highly competitive price.

Excellent Service and Great Website
After deciding that I would like to purchase a new watch and trawling through various websites and visiting several High St, Jewellers. I came upon the C W Sellors/Jura website. I was really pleased and encouraged to see the vast array of watches for sale with many brands I was not fully aware of. After researching and narrowing my search to several watches (including having a look and feeling them in the High Street) I decided to purchase a Nomos watch from this site of which I am more pleased with.
I found the website easy to navigate with a reasonable amount of information about each watch brand and also accessories. I was then able to visit the watch brands own website for further information. The watch which I was seeking to purchase was in stock, it was very easy to order and pay for and to my delight was delivered the next day. All communications I have had with C W Sellors/Jura have been answered promptly, efficiently and to my satisfaction. One of the reasons I chose to purchase via this site was due to the returns policy and professional attitude/service of the company.

Watch was purchased as a 70th birthday present. Promised delivery Wednesday 9th January - it is now Sunday 13th January and still no delivery. Birthday has now been and gone - one very disappointed lady!
