Two bad experiences, latest one, order was accepted on site, got a call 30mins later and was told that the order hadn't got through and it was going to take 3-5 days to refund it. I won't be using them again now.
I would like to explain the way our system works. When an order is placed online it is sent directly to the takeaway on a device which we provide for them. The takeaway must either manually accept/reject the order. If the order is rejected or we receive no response it will flag up on our system and we will then email/call you to inform you, after we have spoken to the takeaway to try and turn around the order.
