Yes it is a easy site to use and they do have a vast range of takeaways BUT 4 times i have ordered a take away and just eat have took the money off my card but it didnt generate a order and when i contact just eat they say there has been no order made and no card transaction made,they treat you like some waste of space and always blame your personal bank hmmm ? more like covering there backs.lots of banks will tell you to stay clear of just eat, but if you dont mind waiting 6-7 days for your bank to refund you the money then i think just eat is the best place, i personaly use www.hungryhouse.co.uk best site for ordering takeaways and they never let you down and theres £5 off your first order

I am sorry to hear that you are not pleased with our services. Whenever you use your card online the money is 'ring fenced' by the bank. This is done so the money is available when it is due to be debited. However, if the transaction has been cancelled then the money will not be debited from your account, however the money may not show in your available balance. This will automatically correct itself. This process takes from 24 hours up to 7 working days depending on who you bank with it can take longer.
