That's what it is...... A big fat joke.........it's seems like its a bunch of kids that have set it up, no respect and very rude. I ordered my food at 14.50 and was told it was would arrive at 15.50 and a confirmation email to follow, I didn't receive the email so rang just eat and they confirmed all the details and rang the take away to reconfirm, while I was on the phone I received the confirmation email. 16.15 no food, so rang just eat, was ask by the customer service person ( sounded like a a boy in mid to late teen) to hold on for a min, I was kept on hold for over 11 min (0844 number from my mobile!!) I ends up disconnecting and ringing again and managed to talk to the same customer service boy, he did not seem bothered and said there was some confusion with the order and order will be with me in Half hour, no surprise half an hour later no food, 4th call and again spoke to the same boy who said the order was accidentally cancelled and I could hear him laughing!!!!!!!

I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with the service that you received from our customer service representative.
We aim to resolve all queries on the first call. However, once the takeaway have received the order, we can only forward the information that the takeaway gives us. We do not have any control over the actual delivery process, which is in the hand of the takeaway. This is way we have created our customer ratings system, where you can read previous customer review about the takeaway.
