I made an order that was later cancelled when the takeaway arbitrarily closed earlier than the time stated on the menu. I was still charged for the order. I asked for a refund which takes a lot of time with my bank, and wasn't even compensated with a voucher by the customer service staff, which would be easy and fair for them to do considering they had taken my money, told me to wait patiently while they give it back, meanwhile I get nothing but a massive waste of time.
Edit: Also the guy on the phone was the worst customer service agent I've ever talked to. Just because you don't outright swear at a customer doesn't mean you have any idea what you're doing in your job. He was condescending, arrogant, and rude. Incompetence.
