i will admit that its a quick ordering system etc, but the problems arise when you have substandard food and there is nothing you can do about it except leave negative restaurant reviews bin all the food and go and buy else where.

As they are all individually owned it is their prerogative whether they will compensate or refund - but we do try to negotiate what we can on your behalf if you contact us about an order.
