I have been using just eat for a while and its been OK. However, I tried ordering tonight and my card was declined, tried another card; same story. I had to ring my bank on a premium rate 0845 number who advised me that all accounts were fine and to contact the company. I told just eat the above(via chat) and was told the manager had decided to decline the card for "unknown reasons". I was not told what these reasons were. By this time, I would have gone to the takeaway, (which I have used in the past via just eat)and come back. Why would they do this, was this manager not happy with my name, is just eat only for a select few? Wish I knew this, before wasting hours on a Friday night and leaving everyone starving.

I'm sorry to hear that your card was declined when trying to place an order with us. Unfortunately due to data protection we're unable to see the reason as to why payments are unsuccessful. This being said, I can re-assure you that our managers here at JUST EAT do not have any control over the way which payments are processed so I'm really sorry to hear that you were informed otherwise.
