I find it so easy to choose and order a quick tasty takeaway using Just Eat. Takes minutes to order and pay and before you know it your food has arrived.

Easily the best!!!

This app and the website to be fair is much better than a certain other one that's very similar but has hidden charges and nothing that delivers in our area!Its so fast to order and you can review the places you've ordered from so if its bad you can let everyone else know!A certain other app lets people who haven't ordered rate the places so you never know what you're getting!Oh and with Just Eat it saves your previous orders so you can order the same thing again!Much simpler :) can't fault it at all! Oh! One last thing...they send you great money off codes for just ordering with them! can't say fairer than that!!!

The only way to order . . .

I don't order takeaways any other way nowadays. It beats the c**p out of phoning the restaurant and getting a guy who doesn't speak good English (and is trying to do something else at the same time). The only time I ever needed them (browser glitch), their live chat agent was helpful and intelligent.
I'd give then 5 stars, but I do feel it would be nice if the restaurants were shown in alphabetical order, instead of randomly, as at present.

We are glad to hear you like the service we provide! It's great to read your comments about it. We do offer the 'sort by' feather on the top right of the page when you are choosing your takeaway, if you click Restaurant Name it will filter in alphabetical order :)

great service

makes life so much easier, not having too cook, on days when the kids have run me ragged all day, i can put my feet up knowing its all taken care of with a great range of restaurants with good healthy options too, keep up the good work!!!

Almost too easy

good range of take-away's (at least in my area) so easy and convenient to use. Customer services are efficient if you have a problem (take away cancelling orders etc). Would definitely recommend!

Easy to use, friendly and extremely efficient!

We never phone takeaways anymore. Always Just Eat!
Great for when you can't be bothered cooking after a long day.
I have had to use their customer service line twice too and both times the agents I spoke to were friendly and very helpful.

Easy way to order your takeaway, I also love the fact my credit card details are stored so no messing trying to find my credit card when i want to pay

Good website with very little wrong

The website works very well on the Apples Safari for iOS it doesn't on Chrome for iOS.

All the food you could want at your fingertips

I have been using Just-Eat for a long time now and it has never done me any wrong
Their library features as much as I could ask for when I simply don't have the time or enthusiasm to cook myself.
If I were to suggest anything, it'd be to implement a Loyalty system of some kind, akin to other similar services, that rewards repeat customers with personalised discounts.

Otherwise, I'd recommend the service to anybody looking for their quick-fix of food.

Thanks for leaving us a review :) We used to have a points system, but it wasn't the best so we got rid of it and now we have replaced that with discounts offered all over the country from different takeaways. You should have a look in your postcode to see what's available. Look for the red discount label :)

Great Idea for online takeaways and very well executed!

Just-eat is a great company, they are trustworthy and have an excellent selection of local takeaways. Have resolved any problems straight away. Only negative I can mention is that they used to have a points system for every order made and these points could be traded for a £20 voucher. Just as I had enough for my £20 voucher they removed the deal and it never returned... Only lame prize draws... Shame you changed the goalposts like that, otherwise I wouldn't possibly be able to find a negative.

Thanks for leaving us a review :) The points shop was ended because we didn't feel like it was working for everybody. So, we gave our customers a warning on our site 3 months in advance about it closing so you guys could spend all your points before it shut. And now we have replaced that with discounts offered all over the country from different takeaways :)

Online ordering has never been easier, quicker or tastier.

Being able to order whilst drving home or from the pub has really made a big difference to my Friday and Saturday nights. I can order anything and have it delivered within 40 mins, piping hot and excellent quality. Really glad JustEat is there for me.

Easy to navigate, excellent service

I find the website easy to use and like the advertising campaign of Just eat. I use the site regularly and have had no problems I can speak of. I would like them to enhance the Android app so that you can choose a delivery time but I mentioned this on their Facebook and a member of staff replied to me straight away saying they were onto it. I have tried to use hungry house but just eat is far superior.

Amazing

I think it is brill the fact I don't have to phone up any more as I hate speaking on the phone and its a brill and so easy to use site with amazing take out shops I recommend all my friends to use it and some do and fell its much better now too

Excellent Service

I've used Justeat on a few occasions and I have never had any problems with it. Website easy to use/order, always delivered on time.

The only thing I would question is the 50p extra for using Credit/Debit card, although I usually just pay COD anyway.

All I got to work out now is to get the delivery driver to come through my door and present me with my food without me having to get up and complete my laziness :-))

I'm so happy that you enjoy using our service! It would be lovely if the driver could bring it in and serve it up on to the plate as well, shame they can't do that :P

With regards to the 50p charge, this is something that we have to pay to our payment provider for handling the card payments. We do give the restaurants the option of absorbing some or all of the cost but some choose not to do this :( I am sorry about that.

Great services but just eats live chat (help) is poor.

Pros :
1) Web site easy to use. Features searching for searching via post code and takeaway cuisine makes it easy to find a takeaway.
2) With user ratings finding a new restaurant that suits you is great
3) Menus online for takeaways are easy to use and order
4) Paying by card is very useful if you havent managed to go to bank but a 40/50p fee is a little off putting.
Cons:
1) The main problem is just eats customer service help. I have attempted to speak to someone online a few times but you just cant get through. A complete joke/amateur customer services if things do go wrong.

FANTASTIC SERVICE - CANT FAULT THEM

I have used Just Eat many times and always receive a great service. I accidentally ordered twice, and they rang me straight away to let me know and check with me whether i wanted to cancel my 2nd order. Fantastic!

excellent

the android app is great, its so quick and easy to order. Only thing i would change about the app is the option to log into account and see all previous orders and current order, also be able to change from delivery to collection at restaurants and still be able to pay by card. Internet ordering is excellent.

Number one in online ordering.

To be honest I've tried quite a few of the online food ordering companies and Just eat is the best. Yes I've had a few problems but they have been sorted out straight away with out delaying my order. All I want is a quick easy to use service which results in my belly being filled and that's what you get.

Order Takeaway the easy way

Love that I can order from my laptop or iphone app and get my local takeaway to deliver. I have used this service for years and never had a problem. No hassle paying at the door and needing the right cash. I just wish they would accept PayPal like Domino's pizza does.

Just Eat, Got it just right

Awesome service, Love the website. Everything I need on one site. Gone are the days of raking about in draws looking for menus.

When I want to try something, new I can check out what others think before I order.

I'm not keen on having to talk on the phone. So this site is brilliant for me.

Why cook? Just Eat

Just Eat is the best thing since sliced bread, whenever I am hungry and want a takeaway the first place I go on is just eat where I am able to search through many takeaways in my local area and pick what ever I feel like eating, it is especially handy when I don't have any cash on me as I can just pay by card (although the 50p charge annoys me sometimes). Whenever you're in need of a takeaway just eat is the place to go.

I have used Just Eat in the past and now have moved to an area where they have very few restaurants.

I have tried on loads of occasions to unsubcribe from there emails but they continue to send them :( Yet another one tonight.

Customer service, what customer service?

Thanks for you pointless reply to my recent post, clearly you don't check your records or you will know I have already spoken to your useless representatives who spurted the same rubbish at me.
Spend less time scanning social media and more time on customer service and you may be a company worth using. In the meantime I would advise anyone to use Hungry House instead!

I'm sorry to see you feel you've been misguided by our service.

The JUST EAT website works based on postcode sectors and the takeaways confirm to us which postcode sectors they deliver to.

However takeaways generally base their delivery areas on a miles radius from them, due to this on occasion they may deliver to the majority of a postcode sector, but some of it will fall outside of their delivery area.

If an order comes through that is outside of this radius they do have the right to refuse the delivery, or some may ask for an additional delivery charge. This is all stated in our terms and conditions.

We always advise takeaways to inform or ask the customer before hand if they are going to add the extra delivery charges. This is why we give the takeaways the option to reject orders if they are too far. At this point we will contact the takeaway to try and turn around the order, if they do require further delivery charges for the driver we will relay this across to the customer. The customer can them make an informed decision as to whether they wish to proceed or cancel. Sadly, not all takeaways do this but this is an issue we take seriously as it's highly unfair to the customer.

So if you don't mind please drop us an email with your order number and we'll get in touch with the takeaway.

Great company, let down by the takeaways

Brilliant system, always works well and it's easy to use. My only complaint is about some of the takeaways themselves, who give themselves good ratings. Has Nick from Devon really been to the same restaurant 5 times in a week, given everything 6 out of 6 but left no comments?! And he has only visited just after the restaurant has received an honest, negative review. What a coincidence! Shame there is no way to stop this. But justeat is brilliant and we have found some really great local restaurants that we wouldn't have known about otherwise :-)
