Economical Airsoft. A comprehensive review.

In total of two orders from Justbbguns. Both products have arrived faulty.
Initially ordering a HA1170 on the 18th of April, a cheap and economical gun with decent weight and reasonable quality plastic. However a screw was missing from the magazine leading splitting and ultimately jamming.
Emailing Justbbguns I said I could fix the magazine but requested that I receive my express shipping cost of £5 as a good will gesture. I received a prompt email back (next day) informing me to return the item and that postage would be covered (of the return fee) not of my initial request for a goodwill. -For such a minor fault the inconvenience of returning was too high especially having already paid express shipping however they had fulfilled their terms and conditions -Fair.

Secondly an order of a HG170 Gas Airsoft BB pistol and two canisters of suggested abbey gas on the 19th April, again with express shipping. On receipt of the pistol on Tuesday 23rd I found that the wrong magazine type had been supplied with the pistol. -I found this to be most strange as the gas canisters within the order were compatible only for the specific magazine for the gun, not the one that was delivered with it. I immediately contacted their support line and informed them of the issue; they dispatched a replacement magazine and included returns postage of the incorrect magazine within that order.
(Good customer service).
However the magazine was delivered by 2nd class post meaning that it arrived Saturday the 27th -After I had paid express shipping to obtain a the pistol
(Bad service).

As such on finally having the pistol with the correct magazine; I find that the magazine is not holding enough gas, or the pistol is causing it to release too much or the gas bottle supplied is not providing enough gas to fill the magazine. Upon following justbbguns instructions from their website of warming the magazine, even repeatedly trying at different ambient temperatures as suggested the gun still empties after 3 rounds. Being excessively inconsistent.

I have sent a comprehensive email and plan to phone on Monday to ascertain what solution we can come to. The product is currently out of stock on their website and their T and C state that upon a product being out of stock for a return a suitable equivalent will be offered.
As such I have offered to offset the refunded value of the pistol, magazine, and an unused gas bottle on a more expensive purchase; accepting that mistakes are made and that often faulty products are out of control of the distributor and as such that I still wish to invest into their company but as the customer I want to choose on which product my money is invested -Especially considering the inconvenient circumstances their products have put me in so far.

I will update with a further review in light of their response.
I hope that this provides an unbiased and objective review of the service I have received so far.

By far on of the best retailers of airsoft with a fantatic range

Justbbguns is dengintaly one of the most succsesfull and helpful airsoft retailers in the uk . It has by far a perfect range if products for people that dont have a ukara . Which is epic because I unfortunately dont have one and have to get two tone . They also have a very nice staff and I recommend there website alot and will definatly consider justbbguns in the future when buying a new gun because all there guns are good quality

Just BB Guns is a fast, reliable, and all out great website. The cheap prices they charge are by far better than any other business about, and the great delivery is the best value for money. The website offers guns for beginners and for pro's. Overall an amazing site.

My name is Josh and I just want to tell you about JustBBGuns.
JustBBGuns started in 2009 as a BB gun seller, moving along the line Mark noticed that JustBBGuns was getting popular and in late 2011 he opened it up to the airsoft world. JustBBGuns got its name from selling BB guns for the entertainment of garden battles, target practices ect. not airsoft guns. As the site got more popular in the early days he started to get bad reviews because guns were breaking because the new people to RIF's were buying 20 pound guns and taking them to skirmishes and breaking. JustBBGuns got a bad rep from this because of the bad reviews and this rep has carried on to today and probably wont go because Mark will always sell BB guns because it lets all people access the RIF world and because of that I'm proud of you Mark.
People always say that he seems to over praise every gun he showcases. First of all JustBBGuns is Marks job, he wants money to feed his family and take care of his children and also pay staff. Secondly Airsoft/BB guns are his passion, his hobby, he loves the spirit of the Airsoft/BB world and as I said earlier he wants everybody to enjoy what he enjoys.
JustBBGuns has a VERY good customer service, I prefer to use their mobile to email due to getting problems resolved instantly.
I have recently had to use their customer service line and it does take a few times (1-4 times) to get through and sometimes the operator says press 4 to make them call back but when I get through I can get my problem resolved.
The reason behind me having to call them was I was returning my friends first gun, the AK47 (http://tinyurl.com/M86A-AK47) due to him dropping it on concrete when he tripped on his cat when running with it outside and the stock broke off so I sent it back with the postage receipt enclosed (I revived the postage back ) and 2 days later I received an email from JustBBGuns saying that they had received the gun and they will be inspecting it for faults and issue a return. My friend was at my house because he was helping me plan my engagement party at the time and my fiancee enjoys airsofting as much as me (WIN!), so we were scanning the website when he said to me look at that gun the HFC HG193 (http://tinyurl.com/HFC-HG193) and he really liked the look of it so we quickly called JustBBGuns to see if instead of replacing the AK47 they would send the HG193 instead and the person on the other end said yes we can do that for you and we will send it now and it should be with you between 2-5 days.
And now my friend has a really cool gun.
As for bad reviews on this site for JustBBGuns you are making bad reviews because your buying cheap BB Guns suitible for playing around with not for skirmishes. Remember YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.

Good Company, Good Workers, Few Mistakes

Ok, I'll start off by saying that the website is very well organized, each product has most of the information you need, but some of it is completely wrong, either done as a scam to rip off customers or they're just plain mistakes. The gun's fps and range are over exaggerated to persuade the customer into buying from them. The prices on the website are decent, especiall with lower quality guns, but if you are going to buy a more expensive gun, for example around £150+, you are better off buying off a different website as their prices are more reasonable.

I bought a gun from their website; the SRC MP5. I payed £135 for it and what did I get? A faulty gun, my first time ever recieving a bad gun from them. I sent it back the next day, except I drove there instead of delivering it there. Why? So I would make sure I don't get another faulty gun. I got an SRC G36 as a replacement when I got there, but they didn't let me test it there. Suspicious, isn't it? I arrived home and surprisingly, the gun was faulty, AGAIN! I called them and complained, they said that they would test my NEW replacement gun, the SRC AK47; so they did. I went back to their warehouse a few days later and picked it up, I asked for a free bottle of bb pellets because of all the trouble I had, but honestly, 2 trips there and back and I only get 1 bottle of bb's? It wasn't worth it. The SRC AK-47 they gave me was actually a very nice gun, very good performances, if only I didn't have to go through the trouble to get it. Apart from the travelling, the SRC AK-47 was great.

I would still consider buying from Just BB Guns, even though I had problems. It might have just been that 1 time they messed up an order, but from my recent experience I would rate it a 7/10.

just bb guns is a perfect website due to their two tone guns up to pro airsoft. i have bought about 15 products from the website and they have quick dispatch and good serveces.

The prices are so much better than any other BB gunning store and plus this also tells you about the guns as-well. They also sell top class accessories with the masks to the mags and speed loaders, but there is an amazing range of Ukara black guns which are nothing but perfect!! overall the shop is the best i have ever seen and i would recommend to go to it to anyone!!!

JustBBGuns Don't Deserve the Hate They Get

Having read some of the more negative reviews Just BB Guns has received, I can safely say that they do not deserve all of the hate they get.

I ordered my Double Eagle M85 G36 a while back from their website, justbbguns.co.uk. I'd done my research on the gun, watching multiple YouTube reviews, and asking for the opinion of others who had the same rifle, or one with the same DE gearbox - and so I understood that for the price, I wasn't to expect that good a rifle performance-wise.

The rifle arrived within days of me ordering it from justbbguns.co.uk - something I really liked about the company. Other value airsoft sites such as bbguns4less fail to dispatch the product within 2 months in some cases, and so I was pretty happy with JustBBGuns' dispatch times.

And after I'd unboxed the rifle, I realised that I couldn't have been more wrong about the performance of the rifle. I found the rifle to be great for backyard wars in my 30m-long back garden, and have even taken it to skirmishes. A bargain for £39.99, I must say!

And because of this, I have to question the genuinity of some of the reviews JustBBGuns have received. Sure, the odd rifle may be a bit dodgy, but, in the end, they're all produced in the same factory and, so, the quality won't be any different to that of any other retailer. Can one really expect an established retailer such as JustBBGuns to be sourcing faulty products to maximize their profits? I highly doubt it.

And on that note, I leave you with a plea to ignore the negative reviews here, and to trust your instincts - that's what you were given them for, right? Go treat yourself to a brand new airsoft rifle from JustBBGuns - you won't regret it!

Poor service. If you want a gun find someone more reliable.

I placed an order on February 19th 2013 for a painted AK47 BB gun. According to their website, having it painted meant that it would take up to two weeks for delivery. After not hearing anything from them, I contacted them through their ‘contact us’ page on the March 11th. The following day I received the following; ‘Your order should be ready today and shipped out from us today. You should receive delivery and tracking information this afternoon.\r\nThanks JUSTBBGUNS’.
I waited a couple of days for the despatch and delivery details, but nothing. On March 14th I once again contacted them through their ‘contact us’ page, asking for a delivery date, they replied the following day with ‘I am very sorry you have not received your order yet. I have spoken to the painter and there has been a problem with painting the gun. We have had to order a new one in for you. I am very sorry for the delay, and if you prefer, I can cancel and refund the order in full. The new gun will likely be in within the next 3 weeks.\r\nThanks JUSTBBGUNS’.
I contact them again that night asking how it can ready for despatch in the first email, implying that it was painted, dried and waiting despatch, and then in the next email that there’s been a problem with painting and that they would need to order a replacement. They replied the following day March 16th with ‘I am very sorry for this. We are waiting on the replacement gun to come into us before it back be painted and sent out for you. It should be done within the next 3 weeks. If not we can give you a full refund for the order.\r\nThanks JUSTBBGUNS’
Today March 19th 2013 I’ve received this email from them. ‘I am very sorry to say that, due to a stocking error with our supplier, we have had to cancel your order. I will not be able to fulfil your order. The money you have paid has been refunded to you. At the moment I am not sure if we will be getting this gun back in stock now. Thanks JUSTBBGUNS’

This company annoys me on so many levels, firstly if you contact them through their ‘contact us’ page, they always reply with an email that has a ‘PLEASE DO NOT REPLY TO THIS EMAIL. IT WILL NOT REACH OUR SUPPORT TEAM. ONLY USE OUR ONLINE FORM ON OUR WEB SITE’. If you try to reply to it, you get a failed delivery report from your email provider.
Secondly, they are totally unsympathetic; it would appear they have no concept of good customer support.
Lastly, they lie. Saying the BB was ready for despatch, and then saying there was a problem with painting. I would not trust this company further than I could throw them.
The saddest thing about the whole thing is that I purchased this gun for my son as a late Christmas present, as it was out of stock back in November/December 2012. He was so excited when we received an email from Just BB Guns telling us that it was back in stock, I ordered it within minutes of receiving the email from them. Since then, and after telling all his friends that he was going to get the gun and that he would be able to join in with their outdoor events, he’s gone from disappointment to disappointment.

Great website, especially for beginners !

I got in to Airsoft a few years back, and obviously i didn't know anything about airsoft or bb guns. When I googled bbguns it came up with justbbguns, so I clicked on the website and have been going back ever since. There is a lot of ''haters'' of this website of whom are wrong about it. Mark even said in one of his videos explaining that not all of his guns are airsoft guns, Anyway back to the company, the guns they sell (airsoft) are great i've used many and taken many to skirmishes and have been complimented on my guns. Justbbguns are also the cheapest I could find around (believe me I've looked) I always recommend this website to my friends. I'd rate this company 5/5 any day of the week.

Quick and easy transactions.

Used this website several times for purchases ranging from £10 to well over £200, all my transactions were quick and easy. The items were quickly dispatched and had been described perfectly on the website.

i recommend you go to just bb guns as there is smooth service never any issues with delivery or browsing the website and prices are always fair if i was to rate this out of 10 it wolud be a 10 all the way.

Products Unsuitable for Skirmishes

So I bought a bunch of apparently suitable products such as 0.12g BBs and the M306 tactical airsoft gun, turns out the local skirmish site won't allow these!

Being a teenager, I practically do NOT earn any money, and this was clearly a bad buy.
The item descriptions are ridiculously vague, doesn't give you much info at all.

I cannot return my items as they are not faulty, the policy is terrible (faulty only).
The JT mask does not work with glasses, and it was slightly chipped in the side.

awful cheap products and they tell bare faced lies when they review their products

i bought 2 guns off justbbguns a 6 shot revolver and an mp5 ,, the revolver broke after just 4 days and when i looked inside the problem was that the insides were made of cheap plastic that had twisted and snapped under the pressure of the spring inside ,, after some messing about i got a replacement after i was told they were really very high quality and this was just a one off ,, the second one however only lasted 3 days and i have been waiting for my money back for a while now and have not been getting any responce from justbbguns when asking. also the website and reviews on the youtube channel jamwow ,which are made by the owner of justbbguns, are extremely misleading and in parts bare faced lies. when i bought my first gun i was told it had a range of 40 metres by the website but on the box it had max range 25 metres. on the review videos he claimed it was strong and sturdy and good quality when it was flimsy and cheaply made. he also claims things like "all metal construction " when refering to his products when they are not my second gun was an all metal construction when it was actually all plastic with the exception of the screws. the trigger has snapped as it was only plastic the motor sounds as if its burning its self out and the plastic end on the barrel shattered into pieces when i was actually firing it. i have no chance of returning this because as i found out justbbguns have a month long returns period after which they will not refund your money. this basically means that you shouldnt expect any of their products to last more than a month. other issues are the restrictions they put on people reviewing their experiences with their products on their web site. i tried to review the revolver by simply explaining what happened and how it broke but i was met with a message that user reviews are managed and my comment may not be displayed by justbbguns. my comment was not displayed in their supposed "live" feed. although on further research countless people on the internet are also complaining about the same product as me their "live" feed has not one single bad review for any product on the website that i can find. justbbguns clearly get alot of bad reviews and have had to put these restrictions in place to stop the wave of complaints that would show their potental customers the real poor quality of their products. the same can be said for their youtube channel comments are held for approval of justbbguns ,, there are only 1 or 2 comments on each video usually by people who say they might by this gun and therefore havent even seen it in real life yet!!! in contrast videos where people are critical of justbbguns have countless comments and discussions going on by others who have had bad experiences with cheap bad quality products too. i will not use justbbguns again and once they have returned the money they owe me i will be closing my account with them.

I received my items when I was supposed to and they were exactly as described. Very happy customer.

Unacceptable customer service!

I brought the hg170 gas gun from the just bb gun store for about £100, The gun worked for about 100 BB's, Then started playing up and letting gas shoot out of the barrel!! I called the customer service line up for some advice and was told they did not know what was wrong with it and they would call me back the next day, After waiting a week and still no phone call. I decided to make the 1 1/2 hour trip to their store only to be told they would not do anything about it and were not willing to help in anyway! So i am stuck with a bb gun that dose not work but still cost me £100 with no refund! I asked to return the cleaning kit and torch for the gun that i brought online, But was told that because i brought them online i had to send the items to the store to return them... Made no sense what so ever!! Ridiculous company. Will NEVER Be shopping here again! Defiantly taking my business elsewhere!! Recommend " http://www.surplusstore.co.uk/ " Much better then Just bb!!

Poor Quality faulty products and no refund for postage.

I ordered a BB gun from justbbguns a couple of weeks ago. The item turned up quickly but was faulty out of the box. The trigger was jammed and it would not fire. I sent it back next day at a cost of £11 recorded delivery and they agreed to send a new gun. Turned up two days later and lasted less than a day before the trigger mechanism jammed. Less than a 100 BB's used. Sent the second gun back and demanded a full refund for the gun and for the cost of the return postage x2. I have received my refund for the gun but not the £20 for the postage. Not happy with the quality of the product or the service received. Go elsewhere!

Possibly the worst service in the world!!!!

Order from them - they fail to deliver unless chased.
Your item arrives - it doesn't work properly.
You e-mail them - they don't respond.
You ring them - they fob you off.
You send your item back - they lose it.
You ask for recompense - they ignore you.

Given previous comments from Mark, the MD, you would expect that this company's act was being cleaned up - but no! They have no honour and they do NOT care about their customers. Totally unacceptable. Do not give them your custom.

Fantastic company and service. Web site is outstanding.

I've used their web site countless times, and also find it very easy to find what I want. Our friends use JustBBGuns as well, as they have a very good reputation for honestly, quality and their videos are pretty damn good as well.

I always recommend these over the other BB retailers, as their site seems easily to get around, and the service, specially by phone, is also top notch.

JustBBguns is a very good company, they always have the latest and greatest deals available. Their service is great and is as it should be. If you are wanting high quality guns or equipment i extremely recommend this company.
