First time buyer, I had never heard of them but bought a GHD straightner after reading some reviews and feedback left about his company. Very helpful on the phone and email. Although I say that they should speed up their response on emailing. However that being said, I always received a good reply with information that I needed. I would definitely recommend them. Overall I am very happy. Especially with the way my product was packed. You could tell that a lot of care had been taken. Even with the weather conditions they tried their best.

Under strict instructions (from the wife) I had been looking for the limited edition GHD hair straighteners in purple, these proved almost impossible to source. But, thanks to Russell from just beautifully customer services who went above and beyond the call of duty, I was able to get some.

I never find the time to write reviews but I felt as though this company deserved one. I placed an order with them on the 18th December on a next day delivery service. The parcel was not delivered the next day so I called them. I had a lot of problems with couriers over the Christmas period and due to living in a "remote location" they never seem to deliver when promised. I explained this to Just Beautifully who tried to track the parcel for me and surprise surprise no update on tracking. I called the courier service to complain and they were less than helpful and told me it would be delivered. The following day yet again nothing, so I called Just Beautifully again asking for there help and starting to panic now as it was Christmas gifts for my niece. They were so sweet and tried everything to help, I told them the only courier that seemed to be able to deliver to us ok was UPS. They then beyond my expectations booked for UPS to come and collect a replacement order from them that day (even though they don't use them as a courier service usually) and low and behold my parcel was delivered the next morning.
Hermes did eventually deliver my parcel and I have informed Just Beautifully. Why I am so impressed is because 8 of my orders I placed didn't get delivered in time for Christmas because of courier issues and Just Beautifully were the only company that did anything to even try to help and listened to me nearly in tears on the phone. Even John Lewis just sent me an automated response telling me to wait a further 5 days.
So, thank you very much Just Beautifully I wouldn't have been able to get the product on the high street and Tilly was very pleased with her Ghd's and dryer. You have a great service and will be recommending you and using you again.
I placed my order of the 11th December 2012. Not a Christmas present so I was not in a hurry but had no delivery or notification by the 18th so contacted their customer services. A man purporting to be [Name removed] insisted the package was out with Hermes-Europe couriers but they had no tracking number because 'apparently' justbeautifully.co.uk has an arrangement whereby they have a trackingless contract with Hermes-Europe...
[Name removed] said he would make enquiries and get back to me which he did in the afternoon and said the package was with the courier and it would be delivered within the next 24 hour but to contact him if I did not get it by noon the following day and he would then send me another order by Post Office Express delivery. Clearly I did not get it, but having been assured, I gave them a further day. Nothing turned up so I called the local Hermes-Europe depot and they insisted there were no such thing as a trackingless service by their organisation. I called [Name removed] again and he gave me a load of baloney and excuses but he said he would 're-send' the order via Post Office Express that day so I would have my order by the following day.
Guess what? Nothing came. And guess what’s more, their company is closed down apparently until the 2nd January.
Update, 2nd January 2013
In response to this original review I was contacted on 28th December by a very excitable young woman [Name removed] who spent a lot of time talking over me. She was unable to convince me that my order had been dispatched or indeed to trace it herself. She said that Hermes-Europe were lying and did do trackingless delivery and that my order was in their system. She then offered me a substantial upgrade of my original order but I did not want it as the upgrade had none of the features that I needed. She then organised a 'second' package to be dispatched that evening via City Link courier for priority next day delivery and would forward to me the tracking information immediately. Unfortunately the tracking information did not get sent to me until the afternoon of the following day by which time the courier had tried to deliver the package in the wrong part of town because the package had been given the wrong postcode....
Had I had the 'promised' tracking notice on the morning of the 29th I would have been able to redirect the parcel for delivery that day. It took me the best part of an hour on the phone to City Link to get the delivery postcode changed to the correct one. The weekend prevented any further delivery possibilities until the 31st when City Link claim to have attempted delivery in the morning and "left a card" but this seems unlikely as there was no card and I never left the building...! After spending another half hour on the phone to City Link the package arrived this morning (2nd January) shortly before 10:00am. The goods are correct. The postcode on the delivery label is incorrect and thus the fault of Justbeautifully.
All in all a huge waste of my time, at least three and possibly four hours on the telephone, not so much as a simple apology from the company. How an organisation like this stays in business, I do not know. Lesson learned, spend a few pounds extra and buy from online stores you know and trust.
Further update 2nd January.
Shortly after posting the above update, I received a call from [Name removed] (not her real name) to confirm the delivery was made. I told her I was not happy with the overall service I had received and that I had had to reorganise the couriers myself. She launched into a series of verbal abuses at which point I hung up.
A few minutes later I was called a by a man purporting to be [Name removed] of Justbeautifully who told me he had been fired by the company and it was my fault. He then started making some rather alarming threats at which point I hung up. He called back a few minutes later and immediately started haranguing me. I told him I did not believe his dismissal was anything to do with me and warned him that I would report him to his company at the earliest opportunity and hung up on him screaming abuse down to phone at me.
I am not sure that this was the [Name removed] of justbeatifully and the caller had masked the number he had called from. Make what you will of this. The police will be informed after I have spoken to a company representative.

Ordered an item on 10th December, and selected the Free delivery as the order was over £50.
It only states the delivery time on the confirmation email, which says 10 days. When I said this to the Customer Services, she laughed and said that's how [link] do it....
I still haven't received my order, despite 3 calls to customer services who were totally useless. They said delivery had been attempted on Wed 19th (even though somebody was here all day) and it would be redelivered on Fri 21st (but can't tell me what time - it is my work address so somebody here all day everyday, but not evenings.)
It is now 24th Dec (Christmas Eve!) and still have received nothing. Customer Services is closed, I have no tracking number for Hermes who are delivering, so I am lost for things to do.
Will never use again!

I have received a full refund from the company, however I would not believe a single thing that you are told. Apparently, [name] only started working at the company on the 2nd Jan (he told me it was his first day, even though I'm sure I recognise his voice from the first 2 times I rang before Christmas). However, reading other reviews, other people have spoken to [name] before this date!
Communications and honesty are 2 essential things when running a business - these are non existent at Just Beautifully.
I had reason to speak to Russ (and sorry I keep forgetting the lady's name) my delivery of products hadn't gone according to plan with issues with courier. The response I received was excellent and they both couldn;t do enough to sort the issues out. I would defintiley recommend Just Beuatifully and will be using them again in the future. Always someone at the end of the phone, being friendly and understanding and reassuring. I receved my goods exactly on the date they promised once the other issues had been addressed...I haven't had chance to check the products as they are gifts.

ORDERED GHDs FROM LOOKFANTASTIC.COM, THEY WERE NEVER DELIVERED AND EVEN THOUGH I HAD PAID FOR THEM THEY RESOLD THEM TO SOMEONE ELSE. TELEPHONED JUSTBEAUTIFULLY AS LOOKFANTASTIC COULD NOT GUARANTEE XMAS DELIVERY, THEY WERE MORE THAN HELPFUL ON THE PHONE AND PROMISED TO DELIVER TODAY. PARCEL JUST ARRIVED AS PROMISED, WELL PACKAGED, EXACTLY AS DESCRIBED. WILL USE THEM AGAIN. COMPANY SERVICE WAS EXCELLANT TOO.
I love the range of products available on the site! Also, I was purchasing an item for a gift and was worried it wouldn't arrive in time for my friends birthday- I spoke to Russel in the Customer Service department. He was incredibly friendly and assured me that he would personally see to it that my order was dispatched promptly. Needless to say the item arrived on time and my friend is very happy with her new O.P.I Polish!!

I ordered a diffuser and despite managing to speak to customer services the product was supposed to have been sent out and still has not arrived ! Tried ringing again and just answerphone and they don't ring you back, I've emailed them and no response. Would never use this site again and would advise anyone to stay clear, it is a complete con!!!!
Long story short, my order is 20 days late they are impossible to get a hold of, iv sent e-mails, left voicemails and used there customer service messages on their website. No one has got back to me and its not the first time iv had problems with them. Wether it's their fault or royal mails fault it is their responsibility to fix this problem and I have been ignored. I will NEVER be using just beautifully.co.uk again and highly advise others to do the same. Their explanation is irrelevant and apology won't be accepted.
I ordered a babyliss dryer from justbeautifully.Unfortunately my order was lost by the carrier.
I spoke to Russell ,he was very apologetic.They did not have the one I had ordered in stock, he did offer me an alternative dryer.
He called me the following week to say there was a problem.Babyliss could not give him a date for despatch.Russell gave me the option of trying another supplier or a refund.I tried other websites.They all had the same problem.
Russell called me again that week with a date for despatch.My dryer arrived on the day he had given me.
These days people often don`t have the time to be polite, you feel more like a number than a person.During the contact I had with justbeautifully, I felt like Russell had become my friend.

I returned a product on 30th Nov 2011, I noticed a couple of weeks later that a refund hadn't been processed on to my credit card. I contacted Justbeautifully and they informed me that they hadn't received it and maybe I should wait after xmas due to delays with Royal Mail delivery.
I called in the new year a couple of times and unfortunately they still hadn't received it, I contacted Royal Mail for compensation and they offered me six 1st class stamps which didn't even cover the cost of sending the item.
I spoke to Russell at Justbeautifully and he was really sympathic to my dilemma, he offered to see what could be done by Justbeautifully. He called me back and to my delight and surprise he offered to refund me the current value of the item as a gesture of goodwill (it was less than what I paid but it was alot better than what Royal Mail have offered).
Words can not explain how grateful I am and I would definately be recommending Justbeautifully.

I contacted them on the Monday before Christmas, desperate to get hold of a specific item, that I couldn't find anywhere. They went out of their way to order it for me, place it on special delivery.
Needless to say that the item arrived in time for Christmas, and we know what a challenge that can be with Christmas post, and I am utterly impressed with everyone I have had contact with.
They are also one of the few companies that I have dealt with who when operating through email, respond at times within mere moments.

I ordered a waxing kit online, and was very very impressed with the customer service that i received. Although initially, through trying to send me a better product, i received the wrong type of wax. Russell was extremely responsive to my request, and immediately rectified the situation by sending me through another pot of the correct wax, he was consistent in replying to emails and proactively ensured my delivery arrived on time via next day delivery! The products i received were perfect, and i even got some cheeky extra products because of the better kit he had sent through originally! I orderd a hairbrush and due to a Paypal hitch the information wasn't sent through to Trust Pilot.
Russell in Customer Services pro actively e-mailed and called to resolve this. He missed me on a couple of occasions, but continued until he managaged to get through.
He was a delight on the phone - very friendly and helpful. So ten out of ten for customer service, for being pro-active, persistent in trying to reach me and resolving the matter.
Ordered on the 23rd November. Nothing delivered by the 7th December. Email not responded to. Line dead when trying to call customer services.

I was certainly unable to get through on the phone lines for 3 hours this morning before this initial review was posted and a chase up email sent 48 hours ago to the above email address. Hence my frustration. Thank your for your offer of the refund, all I would really like is it delivered by the 9th December, which in fairness to me is 16 days after the date of order. If it can't be delivered by then a refund for the paid amount is sufficient.

I´ve ordered 16th november.... I didn´t receive the complete products. After that, I tried to contact the company either by phone and email....No way. they never replied me back trying to solve the problem with my items that "were incompletely" (I´ve made the payment and received half the products...) ....Even today, 10 days after, I don´t have any news from them.

I ordered a hooded hairdryer on a floor stand for my Mum who is delighted with the product which is of really high quality.
Initially we had a problem with the delivery but this was totally the fault of the courier company Yodel who are letting down many big companies with their inefficiency, it's good to hear that Just beautifully are aware of this courier company's failings and are doing something about it.
The customer service side of Just Beautifully (it was Russell that dealt with my particular case) was extremely helpful in sorting out the courier problem and got the hairdryer delivered and a lovely bunch of flowers sent to my Mum to apologise for the delay, so many so called 'customer service' departments these days should be ashamed to list themselves as such, not so Just Beautifully who couldn't have been more helpful and did what they said they would.
Living in a fairly remote area I shop a lot online, but carefully, and check out reviews etc on companies and products I haven't used before, one thing I have learned to do over the years is to take some of the 'bad ' reviews with a pinch of salt and know for a fact that some of them have come from rival firms, and so far my gut instinct to pay heed to the positive reviews has proven the right thing to do.
My experience with Just Beautifully has turned out to be excellent, I'd use them again and also recommend them without hesitation.
Overall: In the beginning I had problems of not knowing where about is my order. After 2 weeks i started to receive information from the company over the phone and email. Now received my order in perfect condition. The person who has been dealing with my case also sent me, as a compensation, a better model and more goodies to compensate for the problems. Thank you Russ. I am planning to return those.
Here is my experience in detail of ordering from justbeutifully.
I ordered on the 14th of Nov a waxing set.
24th of Nov: i have not received any shipping information or where about is my order. I gave them a call and after a 3 phone calls got a call back. On a call back I was told that my order was shipped out an that i will get an email with the details today or the day after. Did not get any emails
28th of Nov: I called again asking for the shipping info. Been told i will get a call back the same day. Did not receive any phone calls or emails.
29th of Nov: I contacted my bank on how to get money back as i thought I will not be receiving anything and also I wrote my bad review on this site. In the evening, after the bad review, i received finally the information with a tracking number for Yodel.
30th of Nov: I get a phone call from the company and get told that they send me another pack with even better model and more goodies through Yodel and that the original pack has been sent through Royal Mail last week ( 24th Nov). I am also told that manager is not happy with my review. I explain that it is not appropriate not to provide shipping information for days after declaring that the product has been sent. I also call Yodel with the shipping number that i was provided and they tell me that the pick up of the goods has been scheduled, but they never picked any goods up. I call the company again and tell them after getting the shipping info I am still no closer on finding out where the goods are. I am told that what Yodel says is not true and that the goods have been picked up. It is not my place to discuss Yodel here, neither would I ever know if they have or have not picked up the goods. I started getting a bit tiered of it all by this stage.
02 Dec: I receive the parcel, and I can see from the shipping information of the Royal mail that it has been send from the company on the 28th of Nov. I also get an email saying another parcel has been send now through Royal Mail, special Saturday delivery with goods, just to make sure I get my order this week. Which I thought was good of them.
03 Dec the other parcel does indeed arrive, but it is still currently at the post office as I was not home when it was delivered.
I think what would really improve customer service of this company and will take away any possibility of unhappy customers, is the provision of the shipping information as soon as the product gets dispatched. While it is not dispatched it is good to let customers know that the company is still waiting to obtain the product themselves or that they are still processing your order.
I just got a pair of GHD's from Justbeautifully they arrived the next day and I got £20 cash back on them from Quidco!!! They were cheaper than anyone else too. I also got the OPI Muppets collection they were the first people to get it in really nice colours. Will be using justbeautifully again soon.
I ordered a HoMedics clock which had various sounds such as the ocean, thunder etc. and I was sent one that played lullabys as I didn't know there was more than one choice. I called the company to tell them and a very pleasant and helpful guy called Russell apologized and said he would sort it for me which he diod and promised me a delivery the following day with the one I wanted. Sure enough the guy called next day and delivered me the one I wanted and also picked up the one I didn't want. I was amazed how quick and easy it all happened. The following day Russell called me to make sure that I was happy with everything and i have to admit I was really impressed with the customer service. It's one of the best I have ever received. I give them 10/10
Wasn't sure which Waxing Kit I needed, the gentleman I spoke to was very helpful and I am very happy with my product. He took time to explain the differences, and really made me feel like a valued customer. I am not used to this level of service and will definately shop with justbeautifully again !
My husband placed an order on my behalf. Our order was initially sent with RoyalFail; it was lost... I called Just beautifully who sent out a replacement to us straight away, no problems. The replacement order was sent with Yodel, who failed to deliver the order for two days, even though their online tracking showed "On Delivery Van" both days. Again Just Beautifully sent another replacement package to us before we even called, as they were keeping an eye on the tracking for us. This time as Express Next Day Delivery, it arrived within 18 hrs of dispatch. Thanks to the delivery company failing to show up I wasted two days sitting at home. To apologize Just Beautifully kept to their name and sent me a beautiful and thoughtful bunch of flowers! The only thing that made the flowers even better was that they arrived on the morning of my birthday! After I got the flowers I called them to say thank you for everything and had a lovely conversation with I whom I assume is the manager (Russell) . All the staff that we have spoken to have been lovely and very professional. I would highly recommend them for online shopping. I do 90% of my shopping on-line and I have never had a higher level of customer service than I got using Just Beautifully.
I thought I would update this since I can not post another review. I got another order from Just Beautifully- this morning I got a text message from the delivery company telling me when the order would arrive! That is always a bonus! Everything was very well packaged.
there are some bad old reviews of this site but it is now under new management who i phoned and spoke to, the bloke who answered the phone took the time to explain this and asked for my thoughts (have not looked to see if any changes were made but made me feel valued!) on my ordering experience.

i used a few seach engines to find the best non domestic use rechargeable hair clippers and the Wahl Belissima came out the best for around £100 then searches to find the best prices online. Just Beautifully came out on top with delivery, They did exactly "what is says on the tin" the latest model the right price and delivered qiuckly, i'm a happy shopper
