Shockingly bad company

I spent a lot of money with these people on hair products. After researching a little more about their suitability for my hair, and discovering that they were unsuitable, I asked to return them when they arrived eventually by post. I hadn't even opened the packaging! I was informed by e mail that hair products could not be returned! It does NOT say that on their returns policy. Also there is no returns address on the packaging. I ended up throwing the products away. I was not even convinced that they were the genuine article.....probably fakes. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Can you please contact me directly gemma.groves@justbeautifully.co.uk or on 02081331218 with your order number so I can discuss this further with you as if our returns policy did state you can return the items, I do not understand why you would have received an email stating otherwise? Plus our returns address is on the website and the packing slip you received in your parcel.

Furthermore none of our products are "fake", in fact we really do take this comment to heart. Please always feel free to contact manufacturers to verify we are fully authorised to sell.

Company have been in touch and quickly resolved this problem

The Company have now refunded me for the items after explaining they have recently acquired the Company and had some teething problems. I am very pleased with how they have handled my complaint and wish them well for the future.

Hi, As your order was delivered on the 12th July and the 3 emails we received from you were all on the 29th July, we replied to your emails stating that we couldn't accept a return of these items, as per our returns policy you have to notify us within 7 days of receipt if you wish to return. If there is a genuine reason for you not being able to contact us within this time frame, please do contact us asap.
