i wish i would of read the reviews first..that was my fault,i was in a hurry to send my mom flowers for mothers day..the flowers were pretty in the picture but i didnt get anything like that..i paid 100 dollars for something that looks like a 2 year old kid put together...so mad and i kept calling called everyday since mothersday and everytime the assholes hung up on me they say they will call u back and never do...OMG never been so pissed on such a happy day..WORSE PLACE EVER DO NOT USE THIS FUCKING COMPANY
Do Not order flowers from this company! Last week I searched and searched for a company that would deliver flowers on Sunday for Mother's Day, most companies were HONEST and would not allow me to place an order that they could not fill. This company not only took the order they were twice as expensive they had no problem taking the money out of my bank account right away and they sent me an email with a confirmation that the flowers would be delivered on Sunday may 12th. Not only did the flowers not get delivered Sunday they also didn't get delivered Monday. So last night I tried to call them and they put me on hold for about 10 min then i heard recorded message that says to inquire online or call back later and it HANGS UP talk about horrible customer service!!! Finally after trying several times to call i wrote an email explaining my frustration and asking when the flowers would be delivered and I got a response this afternoon saying they cancelled my order for me and I would get a refund in 7-10 DAYS!!! Are you kidding me, I didn't even ask for the order to be cancelled, and why would it take so long to get a refund. Seriously if you want to order flowers there are other sites I've used before that are good, but save yourself the trouble and stay away from this site! Please feel free to share!
Absolutely awful. I paid $75 to have flowers delivered to my mother on Mother's day.
These stupid idiots not only didn't delivery my flowers, but don't answer customer service when I called. I call the day after, and its an overseas calling company. The guy barely understood English, and couldn't locate my flowers due to a server upgrade? Bull shit--- Who does that on top 3 highest selling business days of the year. Never order from them.
Worst experience and quality product that I have ever received from a company. The flowers were the worst I have ever seen, card was chicken scratch, customer service was extremely awful. Customer service tried to prove me wrong, then when I said I wouldn't give them my business again, they retracted the refund they promised me. Just awful. Took 5 days to finally hang up on them since they were not helpful at all.
I blindly chose this company on the internet to deliver flowers for my mother's birthday. I got a call later saying the order would probably be delayed a day, which I accepted since I had placed the order at the last minute. Three days later, I hadn't heard from my mother about the flowers, so I asked her about it and learned they'd never arrived. I then called the company for a refund, got a cursory apology, and then had to spent about 20 minutes on hold waiting to talk to a manager to get a refund. (I used the time to start on this review.) At the end of that, I was told all their managers were busy (with a barrage of complaints, I'm sure) and they'd have to call me back. It was insulting and a waste of my time, which they clearly do not value. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS.
Spent $75.00 on flowers that looked beautiful on-line, but nothing
as pictured when they arrived at the Wake. I was humilated with the
look of my flowers. I would not have even bought them for $11.99!
I complained and they wanted to give me $5.00 credit. Companies
like this one should be ashamed of themselves!
What a horrible experience. My sister and I ordered flowers for our mother for Valentines day. I indicated on the order that they were to be delivered to her office. First I get a call from Just Flowers asking if they can substitute the Hydranga color from purpose to green. I agreed. Then I at 6:30pm I receive a call from the florist indicating that they are standing outside of an office that is closed. Well of course you are you idiots its' after 6pm! So, I called mom and apologized that she didn't get her flowers. She was to call the florist the next day to make arrangements for the delivery. She received her flowers the day after Valentines Day and guess what, they are not what we ordered at all. She received carnations and tulips instead of Orchids and Lillies. I called customer services and told them. They offered 10.00 off. I said no, that is unacceptable, carnations and tulips are not even close to the same quality of flowers, hardly worth the amount that I had paid for the Bouquet. I finally get the supervisor on the line and he said......and this is a quote, "Your lucky that you got flowers at all." Seriously, I'm not lucky I PAID for flowers. GRRRRRR. I am calling the BBB and my credit card Company to dispute the charges. I was going to wait until the company could talk to the florist but after reading these reviews I see that it is unlikely they will come back to me with an appropriate agreement. I told them I would be willing to pay something for the bouquet that was delivered but absolutely not the amount charged for the flowers that should have been in the bouquet. Wow, what a horrible company.
I implore anyone and everyone looking to purchase any flowers from an online company to NOT buy from Justflowers.com.
Long story short, I ordered flowers on Thursday, to be delivered Friday for a funeral. Flowers never arrived so, after trying to contact Justflowers.com repeatedly with no results, I reordered flowers with another company to be delivered Saturday. On Monday, a florist called and said she had delivered the flowers with a note from Justflowers.com saying "Sorry we couldn't get this out on the weekend". I received no calls, no emails, nothing other than that note. Upon contacting Justflowers they offered me a $10.00 credit UNLESS, I allowed the florist who delivered the flowers to go back and retrieve them from a woman who just lost her husband 3 days prior. Rightfully so, both myself, and the local florist refused to do so for obvious reasons. I filed a BBB complaint to which I received a call from Jason who stated that on the weekends they have a policy which states they are not responsible for delayed flowers but will offer a $10.00 credit. Unfortunately, I informed Jason that while I do see that policy on there site, I ORDERED THE FLOWERS ON THURSDAY TO BE DELIVERED ON FRIDAY. I also paid the same day delivery fee. To which this jacka** replied that Friday is part of the weekend for them...
Now, I will say, if you are reading this message and have had a horrible experience with this company, file a lawsuit in small claims court. Without going way in to the legalities of this I will say that because Justflowers derives a fair amount of business in your state (assuming you can show they contract with florists, or have a registered phone # in your state) you can SUE them in YOUR state, meaning, they need to appear IN PERSON in YOUR state for a small claims court lawsuit. Look up "Personal Jurisdiction" online which will explain how to do this. In Washington, all I have had to do is show they have a phone # which is registered with a Washington state area code to satisfy the Personal Jurisdiction requirement which allows me to sue an out of state company in my state. It has cost me about $75 to file the lawsuit, and have the LA County Sheriff serve the papers to this company.
Just Flowers is NOT a florist. They are a call center. They will gladly take your order, which you pay 65.00 for, then they will pocket 25.00 or more and forward the remaining 40.00 to a florist in the recipient's area. Do yourself a favor and find a florist in the zipcode of the recipient and call them directly.
Just Flowers, ProFlowers, Flowers For You...they're all call centers.
I've been a florist for close to 30 years, and I can't stand dealing with these companies.
If the flowers ordered are not identical to the picture, please remember that florists can't have every flower available in their cooler. Many are not in season.
Also, if the order isn't correct, it's useless to call Just Flowers. Pay attention to WHAT SHOP delivers your flowers, as they are the shop that put together the order.
Then found out arrangement of a dozon red and white tulips was subsituded for carnations. Only 4 tulips in arrangement. When i called and complained. I was sent address ,phone, and name of floral shop they used. Little note at foot of order stated ( ok to substitute tulips for carnations). I replied to just flowers, " who okayed this? Not exceptable.)., havent heard from them since. Would never use this service again.
I had a relative die on Thanksgiving Day, I got the news in the afternoon. Friday just after lunch I ordered flowers from Justflowers.com, they assured me the basket would
be delivered to the chapel before the 2:00 PM service on Saturday. The service was in Mansfield, La, I live in Kenai, Alaska. 10:30 AM Alaska time (1:30 PM Mansfield,La
time)
Justflowers calls to tell me they can't deliver the flowers by 2:00 PM (way to late to get another florist) could I give them a home address so they can deliver to my relatives home.I tried to explain it wouldn't be the same and beside that the family lived 20 something miles out in the Country. This is the worst service I've ever had from a
florist in Fifty Years. They deserve a Fat ZERO rating for failure to deliver as promised, for arguing with me about the whole situation. The woman finally agreed to cancel the order and refund the charge, but from what I've read on other reviews I'm not just trusting her
I also notified my credit card company, they backed me on the situation.
Justflowers.com is not a florist company, they are just an order gathering web site, that then contacts local true florist shops and tries to get their orders filled, which doesn't always happen, they then try to get you to change your delivery address, as what happened to me.BIG LESSON, READ THE REVIEWS ON ANY FLORIST YOU PLAN TO USE, wish I had before using Justflowers.com.(TRUE RATING 0)
Not a Problem: Ordered to flower 24 ahead
Problem 1: 24 later Flowers didn't arive - person home
Problem 2: 48 hours later Flowers didn't arive person home
Problem 3: 72 hours later now two days after Valintine Day floers arived
Not a Problem: while she was at the store for an hour they left a note to check office
Problem 4: the lady at the office said the man said they tried to deliver the day before at the office but no one in the office 3 hours before the office closed they had not
Problem 5: the flowers where wilted
Problem 6: the where not aranged but bunched
Problem 7: I complaned someone on other side of world called
Problem 8: did not get my money back and they said they would talk to the flower people
Moral of the story never use JustFlowers.com unless you hate the person your sending flowers to.

Ordered flowers from Justflowers.com for my wife in Florida for Valentines day, the flowers never showed up so I called them for 3 days straight phone kept getting disconnected and as I am calling from England my phone bill at this point is getting quite high as it is not free for international callers anyhow I finally got hold of a manager or sounded like a robot who could not tell me anything besides offering me a $10 discount, after an hour of arguing got no where, they finally delivered my flowers 3 days after Valentines and told me it was the local florist who screwed up. So I contacted the local florist after they refused to give me the number for the local florist and they told me that Justflowers.com did not give them the order until today. But after all this effort and hassle oh and phone bill I feel like I just been scammed. If you want your flowers late? and bad customer reps then use this company but I do not recommend them
i had THE worst experience with Just Flowers. i ordered flowers for my best friend's birthday. i picked a pretty pink/peach/purple arrangement that i knew she would love.
1) they contacted me ON THE DAY THE FLOWERS WERE SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED to let me know that they didn't have the flowers i ordered and that they would send a different kind. they said the flowers would be red & orange, & yellow & purple. TOTALLY NOT the color scheme i was looking for!!
2) the day AFTER the flowers were supposed to be delivered, they contacted me again and told me that they didn't have the substitute flowers either and that they still couldn't make the delivery.
3) 3 days AFTER the day the flowers were supposed to be delivered, my friend receives flowers alright. they consist of 2 roses and a lilly with a note saying "sorry for your loss". THEY DELIVERED THE WRONG ORDER!!! i feel bad for the family that it was intended for, that just lost someone
4) i was finally fed up and i just wanted to cancel my order and get my money back. i specifically told 3 different employees, including a manager, that we just wanted to cancel the order and get our money back.
5) after a couple of more days of the company "looking into it", my friend got some more flowers. ugliest things i've ever seen! the colors didn't even go together!! and they were CHEAP flowers, not the orchids they promised.
6) now after A WEEK of waiting, they gave us a $30 refund. they wouldn't refund us the rest of the $25, which is how much the delivered flowers probably cost anyways, IF that!! the frustrating part is that i don't really care how much money i get refunded, but i just really wanted my best friend to have a beautiful bouquet for her birthday, which Just Flowers totally ruined!!!
BOTTOM LINE: this company does not know how to listen to their customers and they don't really care what you order. they just send SOME flowers and think it's ok. and they don't care that they are late! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!
Bought a 60.00 bouquet for my Aunt's 65th birthday and they delivered the ugliest smallest bouquet EVER!!!! I emailed and called customer SERVICE they said in 4 days they would send new flowers but wanted the old flowers back????!!! What???? Needless to say I called visa to dispute the charges. This company is ridiculous and has ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!"
Heidi Warn Evans found this review useful
I ordered my flowers on-line and my credit card was charged. then i received a call and email saying they needed to charge an additional 50% of what I had already paid to deliver the flowers! i order a lot of flowers and have NEVER had this happen. i could not get through on the phone so i emailed them authorizing payment, which they had said would be acceptable. they did not fulfill the order until after i had needed them delivered. when i called and finally got through to someone the reception was terrible and i could hardly understand the customer service rep. they were unapologetic and unprofessional. i have never been so disappointed. i will never use this company again and wish i had read all of the terrible reviews. they should be shut down by the BBB and I will open a complaint with them as well.
Horrible experience...do not use this company!!They truly do not care about customer service. Seemed simple enough with on-line ordering and same day delivery but don't let that fool you. Before the flowers were delivered the recipient got a call to say, "do not accept the delivery they are meant for someone in another town, we will send yours out shortly." When flowers were delivered there was no card. When I emailed company to see if flowers were indeed sent I got an email reply that stated their shop was closed but that they would get back to me in the morning. Of course no one did. Can you imagine the embarrassment having to ask the recipient if she received the flowers? It gave the impression that she had no manners. When I called customer service to discuss the experience, I got a rude woman who connected me to her supervisor at my request because she clearly did not understand the absurdity of the situation. Her Supervisor was even less sympathetic and offered a $7 credit off my next order. Would you have faith in this company to try them again? I may have had they been understanding and willing to even listen. They didn't care! I would not use this company again!
You should be able to give this company a ZERO....I
ordereded a plant basket and paid close to $90.00 when it arrived it looked like a plant I dug up in my backyard!! I called to complain & spoke to 3 people Claiming to be Managers! The first one hung up on me, the second one lied & yelled at me when I caught him in the lie, the third one threatened me on how they were going to proceed with the billing. I called my credit card company & disputed this bill!!! These People are IGNORANT & LOW QUALITY....DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!
I wish i had seen these reviews prior to me ordering my special bouquet for my daughter!!! What should have been a happy occasion turning out to be very frustrating. Nothing that comes out of any of the customer service represenitives is true, and really all they care about is getting your money not delivering flowers. If you ever recieve any flowers?? Never, never again! Please lets put this company out of business. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!
This was by far the worst experience I've ever had!!' I ordered flowers for a specific date and they never even came! I was on and off the phone with customer service all day, they promised call backs And never called. Bottom line is I spent over 40$ and my mom was flower less! When I called the company furious and asked if this was a legit website she responded " it's your fault for ordering from a website you dont know is legit" FRAUD!!!!!! I called MasterCard and got them to take care of it!! I dont know how these people sleep at night doing the job they do!!! Karma is a huge bitch!! Please do not use this service!!
If you read this review before you place an order, DON'T!! I just got off the phone with their representatives, and I regret about ordering flowers from them.
I live in Washington state, and I placed an order to be delivered on Mother's Day to our sister in West Virginia. It was supposed to be a surprise to her, so on Mother's day, we only gave her a call and wished her happy mother's day; we didn't mention about the flowers at all. Today, a week from Mother's day, we called her, and wonder why she never call us back after receiving the flowers. She was surprised, she told us she NEVER RECEIVE THE FLOWERS!
I was furious, I called the 1-800 numbers and try to find out why. The first representatives told me he will find out and give me a call back as soon as possible. Two hours later, I received an email from them, asking me to give them a call. I once again dialed the same number and was told to hold for almost fifteen minutes, then a woman picked up the phone, told me it was a system's error so they never deliver the flowers. So if we didn't call our sister today, we probably spent a hundred dollars for nothing, and we would be sitting home thinking our sister already received the flowers. In addition, the representative probably sense I was pretty mad, so she said, "I will give you a five dollars discount for the mistake that we made." That's the point where I really want to curse them and hang up the phone.
So I ordered a flower arrangement along with a teddy bear and balloon from Justflowers.com. Then looked up reviews and saw that they were terrible and started to worry! I called the customer service line and made it very clear that my flowers needed to be there on time! It was my mom’s birtday and being across the country, I wanted to do something special for her. Well unlike all of the other horror stories it was there about 2 hours later. The lady who helped me was named lox? or locks? Anyway she was incredibly helpful and remained calm and friendly through out the entire process. She also called to inform me the flowers were on their way. My dad called not even five minutes later to let me know the flowers, balloon, and teddy did indeed arrive.
The only downfall is that the bouqet looked nothing like the photo. It was the “uplifting arrangement.” Well it was more like something I could make on my own. The colors were right, the vase was wrong and also the flowers were only carnations. If you go to their site, that arrangement has various flowers.
There is a box, when you order, for any specific instructions. I just put that it NEEDED to be on time. The only thing I would do different the next time I order would be to state that the arrangement must look exactly as it is in the photo online.
Overall the experience was okay. I may or may not order from this company again. I was disappointed with the arrangement but I am very grateful that I got exceptional customer service. Maybe I got the only good one? Regardless, if you’re pressed for time they’re definitally worth a shot.
I wish I could give them a ZERO! I received an email that the flowers hadn't been delivered (it wasn't even attempted there was no note left). I called the next day to ask which local florist they had used so my dad could go pick up the flowers for my mom. They wouldn't tell me but said they'd call the local florist, see if it was OK, and call me RIGHT BACK. (no call for the next hour, I have call waiting) While waiting I started calling all the florists around my parents area and located the local florist myself. She couldn't have been nicer and went way out of her way to track down what had happened. I had ordered white daisies and the florist didn't have white in so she had asked justflowers to call me for an OK to substitute. They finally got a call back at 4:30 PM saying it they had recieved an OK. That's clearly too late for delivery yet that day and THEY NEVER CALLED ME to ask about the substitution at all. They had both my home and cell numbers so I was available all day. I double checked. No messages or missed calls on either phone. SO JUSTFLOWERS CANCELLED MY ORDER!!! I demanded a complete refund from justflowers and ordered directly from the local florist. I will never use a national florist system again but find local florists on yellowpages.com. The local ones have a business reputation to uphold and care about customer service.
I ordered a wreath online to be delivered to my boyfriend for the holidays while he was working away from home in Hawaii. The delivery date was set for a Saturday. When I received no word from him about the wreath on Saturday, I called the customer service line on Sunday and received an apology and promise it would be delivered that day. I came home to an email that evening apologizing again for the delay and that the arrangement would be delivered on Monday. Monday afternoon I received a phone call from Just Flowers telling me the arrangement would run an additional $15 to be delivered in Hawaii. After speaking with a "supervisor" I was told the cost would be waived and the flowers would be delivered that afternoon. Three hours later I noticed I had 18 missed phone calls from Just Flowers and the arrangement I had ordered could not be made for the amount of money I had paid, however a "candy cane" wreath could be delivered instead. When I told them it was unacceptable, they promised the arrangement I had ordered would be delivered the following day...are you following along? This is now day four. On Tuesday (day four), I received another call telling me they could do the "candy cane" wreath or else it would cost me an additional $30 to send the original wreath I ordered. When I told them to "eat the cost" and fix the problem, the "supervisor" offered to give me $10 off. Needless to say, I told them to shove it and cancelled my order. I don't know how these people stay in business, but the left hand doesn't seem to know what the right hand is doing, their customer service line connection sucks, and their common sense on handling customer complaints is appalling. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! You've been warned!
This was the worst experience ever. Used them once before which was also a mess but I figured I had to give them another chance since there were only a few companies able to deliver to the remote location. Should have went with my instinct and NOT used them. I will try to sum this up quickly since the saga has been ongoing and as of yet, still no resolution. I ordered the "happily Ever After" arrangement and paid the extra $20 bucks for the "deluxe". What my sister in law received (on her wedding day) was a very small arrangement that did NOT have the gorgeous wicker basket it was supposed to have (it had a little glass vase), nothing of the color it was supposed to be and there were numerous stems with broken off flowers. what the justflowers representative told me was they had to pay extra since the florist charged THEM extra because of the distance, so they instructed the florist to just go ahead and send a smaller arrangement. Don't you think they should have at least given me the option to decide if I wanted to send a small arrangement with a basic vase or perhaps pay extra? I know they are in a remote area and would have been understanding to that. Nope, instead they took it upon themselves to not be out a few bucks and send a crappy little arrangement. Luckily the recipient told me. Unfortunately I have been on the phone arguing with justflowers outsourced representatives (sure you can imagine they are harder to understand and don't know how to sympathize since they can only read off their script). They even called my sister in law (the recipient) to drill her with petty questions because they told me "well how do I know what you are saying is accurate?!) I did not even ask for a full refund at first, but of course after all the back and forth phone calls, accusing me of lying and drilling the recipient, I was so upset that i just wanted my money back. I told them they can have their flowers back since i will be buying my sister in law a new arrangement. Such a joyous day and I have been arguing on the phone since. They actually offered to give me 5 dollars back or a discount towards my next order (like i would ever order from them again!). I am going to have to dispute the charge with my CC company so i can get my money back and purchase a new arrangement. absolutely disgusting customer service. please beware!
When I ask what their delivery charge I was told $16.98 And I said cancel the order because all local florist charge only $10.00. The man said he would refund $5.00 so I went ahead with the order. I got an e-mail for the full price 916.98] for delivery. I called back to customer service ant the lady said she would refund the $5.00 dollars. Well they charged my credit card the full amount. I will never use them again and will tell all my employees and friends to never use justflowers because they are in my opinion dishonest.
Delivered extremely late. No notice. Paid expedite fee. Poor communication, even after I contacted them to ask why the flowers I ordered had not been delivered 3 hours earlier as promised. Was told on 3 separate occasions that the flowers were in route. All lies. I finally got the name of the florist and contacted them directly and received the truth. The order was turned in at last minute and they were rushing to fill the order. Delivery truck had not even arrived, much less left for delivery. Justflowers.com customer service had NO CLUE or they were LYING!! Either way, they only offered to credit back $4.99! Horrible compensation for (FINALLY) delivering Anniversary flowers at 5p! I was told that had I called the florist directly, they would have delivered them in the morning and cost less. I don't mind paying a little more for convenience. This was definitely not convenient. I paid more, got less, and had to spend over an hour tracking down my order. I will never use again and I am seeking all forms of media to ensure they get the lowest reviews possible. I hope NOBODY ever has to deal with them. Very troubling that they showed up at the top of a google search. shows that $$ for advertising takes precedence over quality of service.
I was shopping around online for a company that could deliver flowers to my girlfriend while she was doing a summer study program in a different state (she's been having a rough time, so she really needed something to cheer her up). Just Flowers guaranteed (both on their site and in a confirmation email shortly after) that they could deliver on July 3rd, a Saturday. I specifically chose this company for that reason. Not only were the flowers on the expensive side, but the service fee (which I could not see until AFTER I'd confirmed my order) pushed the price up past that of other sites that I'd looked at.
The flowers never arrived. I provided two phone numbers in case they had any sort of trouble and even indicated in the "special instructions" box that I wanted to be contacted if there were any problems. Despite that and numerous voice mails and emails after the flowers didn't arrive by their guaranteed time, I received no contact from the company until earlier today (Monday), telling me that they had been unable to find a florist to deliver the arrangement on a weekend. After calling customer service to confirm that the arrangement would actually arrive today, I received an email just late enough that I cannot actually get on the phone with anyone until tomorrow that the arrangement cannot actually be delivered today, but will be tomorrow.
Nothing has been offered in the way of compensation, no one has been able to provide any help or any real guarantee that the flowers will arrive on Tuesday (or ever), and the only contact they have initiated has been in the form of cookie-cutter emails simply telling me my order is going to be increasingly late.
I would advise against EVER using this company or any company associated with it, as you will likely pay a lot of money for poor customer service and late flower delivery.
I ordered on Fri for a Sun Mothers day delivery. When I talked to Mom the Thursday after Mothers day I found out no deliverys were made. I talked to them the following Fri and they said the florist ran out of flowers. No call, no email, nothing. I eventually spoke with a manager who agreed to double the order or deliver it for free and would call me the next day to let me know which it would be. I still haven't heard back 3 days later, nor has anything been delivered or my card been refunded. Worst business ever!
i am very dissatify with this company they are as bad as ftd. order for mother day never got or refund
We ordered flowers for our granddaughters 16th birthday over a week early when we wanted them delivered/ 2 days after the guaranteed delivery date still no flowers. Customer service people read off a script when I called 5 times asking for a tracking number and or when they were to be delivered. . The supervisor did the same thing even though asked for t he phone number of the vendo so I could calll. Stay away poor service!
We ordered a $75 poinsetta to be delivered to a big holiday party, the plant was delivered but the card was not signed, therefore our friend never knew it was from us. Tomake matters worst, the plant DIED the very next day.
When we contacted Just Flowers, they gave us their standard line of since we were past the 4 day re-deliverey period, there was nothing they could or would do. They have absolutly no customer service. They are pitiful DO NOT EVER USE THEM
Horrible experience. Looks like I am not alone here. Wish I would have lloked for some reviews before placing my order. I ordered the how sweet it is bouquet. On the website it is a beautiful arrangement. Check it out. What was received was a single rose with aproximately 6 one inch diameter carnation type flowers. I was disgusted and called Just Flowers to ask what happened. They agreed to resend the arrangement. The Just Flowers rep stated that they would personally view a photo of the flowers prior them being sent. Upon reciept of the second arrangement I found that they had increase the flowers to 2 roses and a few other flowers. Still a pathetic looking tiny arrangement. I again contacted Just Flowers. They agreed that the flowers were nothing like I had ordered. They again resent the flowers. The 3rd try had a few more flowers. Still not even remotely close to the arrangement that was ordered. The arrangements were all tiny. Probably about 8 inches. Customer service is horrible. They did however offer to give me $5 off my next purchase. I have finally decided that I am wasting my time. I have given up. This place is a joke. I will never do business with them again.
They failed to deliver the flowers on a Sunday, my parents' anniversary, nor did they notify me in advance, as is stated in their policy. They couldn't even get in touch with the florist on the delivery date, to verify why the delivery wasn't made. They were supposed to call me back as soon as they spoke to the florist, which never happened. They refused to respond to the 3 emails I sent them requesting an explanation. They failed to provide the service on time, failed to contact me, and failed to offer an explanation or apology. They're incompetent.
