Great Service
First pair of golf shoes too small (I guess its because most are made in
China) no problem as soon as I contacted them they sent a size larger
which are OK.
The negetive side is their email service would not work.

Delivery Problems
I ordered some shirts on 7th December, they had still not turned up by the 20th, after I had contacted them they got straight onto Royal Mail who couldn't be bothered to answer them, so justgolf contacted me to tell me they would dispatch the order again with next day delivery which turned up bang on the alloted time.
We are now in the second week of Jan and the original order has still not turned up, to my knowledge Royal Mail have not explained why. If only all customer service could be as good as justgolf.
Royal Mail take note.

Spot on Customer Service
Brilliant bunch of people that keep you informed every step of the way. Ordered a waterproof top that was in stock on their website but not in the warehouse, immediately called me to let me know. They sent me a size larger to try with a free returns bag should it not fit and sent it express delivery. As it turns out, it fitted ok so I kept it.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
Have bought a golf top and waterproof trs. for my husband, trs. arrived next day, however order for golf top was incorrect in the first instance, but the customer service was excellent, was sent a prepaid returns bag and the correct top sent out immediately. Would recommend this company to anyone wanting good value with quick deliveries. Will buy from them again. Given 4 stars instead of 5 only because initial order was incorrect.

Bad Experience from Just Golf
Just golf offer a good range of golfing equipment which I bought often. Unfortunately on the one occassion when I had to return an item it took a full month before my money was refunded back into my account as well as numerous emails sent and received. A bad experience made worst by Just Golf not wanting to refund money.

Good price, excellent delivery service
Very prompt delivery, with 1 hour delivery slot - excellent. Was a mix-up over putter spec, problem sorted straight away: putter collected the same day, and correct putter delivered the following day.
Really excellent customer experience. I can order form them again, knowing that if there is a problem, it will be corrected as a top priority.
