Great service from you, disappopinted with the tool I bought.
You did a top quality job of getting me my Draper tool for removing brake pistons. I will use you again.
The Draper tool was not of the same quality. The grips slip too easily and do not grip well. They do not remove the pistons fom My Triumphs caliper at all well if there is any sort of resistance. They are too big to get the pistons right out as the get stuck.im the caliper before the whole piston is out.

Express service and good backup
I ordered a Sealey pillar drill on the Friday and it arrived Monday afternoon; exceeding my expectations. Unfortunately
a couple of small components had been damaged in transit. I sent an email informing them and there was no quibbling. The items duly arrived a couple of days later. It's this type of good service that gives customers a lot of confidence in a supplier; especially mail order.

Justoffbase offer an excellent service with the lowest price for excellent quality goods. Private customers need a slightly better returns process although my particular event was handled by one of the partners in double quick time.

Purchased numerous items from this supplier, some costing a few pence, others hundreds of pounds - in all but one case the goods were delivered quickly, as ordered, with no problems.
Sadly, just this week, the wheels seem to have come off and one item has yet to arrive, despite having been sent via post some time earlier.
This highlights the only negative point - some items are sent direct from the manufacturers (Sealey products in particular), some are sent via courier from JOB and others by mail - splitting orders can lead to items being missed, either at point of delivery, or when being sent out.

Superb Service & Excellent Delivery
Friday afternoon I ordered a couple of testing machines & some sundry items, including a folding table & 10 litre container with a dispensing tap. The email acknowledgement arrived instantly, advising standard delivery 3-5 days. The goods arrived on the Tuesday morning- they were so well packaged protected & totally secure. However there was no container, so I called the number to query why, and was greeted by a very cheerful young lady who advised it was depatched from another depot - but would arrive on Wednesday. It sure did and she called to confirm that it had. Great Prices-Great Company to deal with. Highly recommended

The dealings with this company (Justoffbase) have been positively
good. The delivery was as stated, the next working day and I am extremely pleased with the service so could not ask for better.
Unfortunately on opening the parcel, I discovered the machine was damaged. I made a call to the customer service dept., who said that the damaged unit would be collected the next working day and that a replacement would be with me the day after that, this is exactly what happened. No-one can ask for better service than this.
The help and courtesy that I received was excellent.

100% excellent performance and service.
Items were delivered well before expected 'normal' postage. Everything was present and correct, no issues; every item worked first time, even the inspection light was already charged. NO HASSLE, QUICK AND EASY TO NAVIGATE THE SITE.
The overall experience was very good, nice and easy manageable site that does exactly what says on the tin. My only negative would be that i paid for next day delivery that wasn't received however a plus to this was that i contacted them via email on a saturday morning and the extra delivery charge was debited back into my account within an hour.
