My experiece of the service was appalling. Waiting over a week on a product, attempting to add additional charges and then insulting me with a 'Dear John' email. I ordered a trolley jack and was immediately given a delivery date which I thought was great. I received a customer feedback form (via email) approx I x week later asking to put my comments down on what I thought of the service. As the trolley jack never arrived on the date stated to me I wanted to wait on completing the form until the product had arrived. I then received an email from the distributor to say my order had been cancelled and offered no explanation. I immediately emailed them back and asked why the order had been cancelled and they quickly reponded to say they had been trying to get in touch by email several times (hard to believe given the fact I received their customer feedback form) and that If I still wanted the trolley jack it would be an additional delivery charge of almost £19. This annoyed me so I emailed back to say absolutely not, if there was an additional delivery charge on top of the charge already stated by them, this should have been stipulated at the time of purchase. Justoffbase then contacted me by email again 'Dear John' not even my name which I found completely insulting, to claim they make it clear on pricing on their website.

The feedback form is not sent to you from Justoffbase but from an independent company "Trustpilot" Unfortunately due to delivery charges varying based on weight our checkout is not able to, at this time, calculate your delivery cost.
