The Only Place To Shop for Tools
I use JustOffBase because they have an exiensive range of hardware from reputable manuafacturers at really good prices. I live in the Highlands of Scotland and I always receive my goods in just a couple of days.

Fantastic, wonderful, Great.
I ordered the tool as reqired online though the Justoffbase web site. I was quick and easy to set up an account with them, it had taken about 3 minutes. I then ordered what I needed and within an hour I got a phone call from them confirming the order bearing in mind it was late evening. within days I recieved my goodies. I would recommend anyone to this company if good quality tools are required. Thank you very much for the proffessionalism and speedy response.

Fantastic Service
Searched Internet, and justoffbase came up. Went on to site. Quite a good site tools. Had a look around and came up with the product I was looking for. The product was on managers offer, so price was nearly at last years price. Ordered there and then, paid extra for express delivery. Came within two days, excellent service, will use them again.

worst service I have ever seen
While making an online purchase justoffbase's website said that international customers must just complete the online transaction and they will then be contacted about shipping price.
When clicking OK me credit card was immediately charged. I enquired about the shipping charges and as a reply was told that it is too much paperwork to send my goods to South Africa!
The money in my credit card was on hold for about a week by justoffbase while they refused to execute the order.

Shame the product wasn't in stock after I paid for it
Company I'd say is ok but if a product isn't in stock and won't be for months later you would have thought their ecommerce tool would stop me paying for it.
They didn't get 1 star because at least they called me up shortly afterwards and there was no issue getting the refund.

No Stock
I ordered online from Justoffbase and although the website shows stock they did not have any and no planned stock so they refunded my money.
They need to work out their stock levels and list it live on the website to avoid further inconvenience to customers.

Excellent service, excellent product
The trolley jack arrived after 2 days, didn't expect it to be quite so big and heavy. Yes, I noted the specification, but obviously I am not so good at tranferring measurments from a tape measure to a visual representation. Whoops! Works so much better than my last one, don't know what make it was, but not a Sealey. Large rubber covered saddle makes jacking up a vehicle so easy and feels bombproof. The sheer size gives great confidence. (Bear in mind that I am more used to halfords style jacks). Very stable due to the large footprint.
Too heavy to carry, don't drag it over concrete during unsociable hours - unless your neighbours live more than a quarter of a mile away.
Easy to pump up thanks to long handle. Protective sleeve is superfluous on my vehicle as only the low entry part will fit under my car - the handle is still far enough away not to touch the bodywork. However, on a higher car or 4x4, this would, no doubt, be a useful feature.
Lowering the jack is no problem either, as the universal joint allows lowering regardless of the position of the handle.
The service I received from Justoffbase was superb. Delivered in 2 days (free delivery over £75), and a question I had regarding the jack was answered the next day using their 'contact us' option on the web site. Incidentally, the jack appears to be sourced direct from Sealey's who then invoice Justoffbase, missing out the middle man and reducing potential transport damage.
Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Time saving Log Splitter
We are very happy with the log splitter received, it is easy to use, convenient to store and saves a lot of time and effort compared to using an axe! astonishing service!!!!!!!!!!!
I left it too late of course! I needed a trolley jack to change over the wheels and tyres on my TT as the snow was coming.
I ordered in the evening and it snowed the next day. The weekend was looming so I was about to cancel all my plans when the very next day I got a call from a van driver to say he was lost and could I give him directions. Could this be the jack? Surely not already?
After meeting the driver of the van at the point where he could get no further as the road was too icy , I put the package in the back of my 4x4 and eagerly returned to my workshop.
Yes the jack had arrived. Less than 2 days from ordering it and despite the awful conditions. I was gobsmacked. Well done everyone!

Jutoffbase is better than JustOK, it's Justperfect.
I placed the order late afternoon and the finacial aspect was satisfactorily dealt with in no time at all. To my surprise, the courier knocked on the door the following afternoon and I took delivery of the parcel; how about that for online shopping and everything it entails. You won;t be disappointed should you need to Justuse'm.
