You charged about 30% of the order price for delivery. This was justified by saying the Post Office would be slower. The delivery man arrived at 8 am on Bank Holiday Saturday more than a week after the order was placed and acknowledged by email. Your comments would be welcome.

Hello Mrs bell We try to dispatch all of our orders in 3-5 days where possible, unfortunately your order left us on the 5th working day. Due to the delay and bank holiday we requested our carrier to deliver some of our parcels on Saturday as they were urgent, yours being one of them. Sorry for the delay.
