Having noted the above and that we are very happy with the product and service I must say I find your website quite tedious to navigate as you have such a huge number of products. It would make it easier if there were more ways to narrow down the options by colour, pole size, style, etc.
Had a minor problem with the delivery as it was remarkably efficient. The delivery advice states that standard delivery is 3 to 5 working days, ours arrived the next business day but having been in all that day we had to go out late afternoon and missed the unexpected delivery so the driver was not best pleased that he had to return the next day i.e. 2nd business day. Luckily we were at home but again we were not expecting delivery. Other internet sales sites I have used have provided a means of tracking parcels via the courier service which is really helpful if you are not a business that has people always available to sign for deliveries. This is not a complaint just a suggestion.

The search facility on the website is in development, we are possibly the largest retailer of curtain poles in the country with most ranges on display, but in the next 2 months this should be done and will be a huge improvement. The delivery of the poles in 2-3 days is quite normal, we did email you on the dispatch day at 16:34 hrs to inform you the delivery had left, but we do take on-board the tracking information could be advantageous.
