I have made 2 orders to Just Poles in the last month. The web site was a bit iffy as the search function did not seem to recognize the specific poles I was looking for and I had to trawl the site to find them - twice. After that the process worked pretty well up to the point where payment was taken. At that point the process and the web site tracking page froze. For both orders I had to ring or e mail to find out what was happening. For the first order, the poles had been despatched but the website tracking page had not been updated. They arrived the day I made my 'where's my stuff ' query. For the second order the same information freeze happened but when I called it seems the poles had been sent to the wrong place and no one had noticed. After my call they were found, despatched and I got them next day. In summary, a good e trader with some irritating gaps in their order handling system.

We had had our account department check the transactions, and both were made by yourself and payments look as if they went through without any problems or assistance from our sales staff. Both order were dispatched within 5 working days, your first should have been delivered on the 4th day but the carrier did miss you, and re delivered the next day. The carrier did email you the day before delivery, but you must have missed the email, hence your email to ask where the order was. With regards to our search, we do know that at times it can be slow, we have over 100,000 versions of products, and can be tedious at times. We are working on a new search facility, which should have been launched last month, but will be live soon, this will make searches faster and more specific to customer searches.
