I have been a loyal customer to KandCo for many years. Sadly I feel very disappointed and upset that I cannot get a satisfactory reply from Customer Services and reassurance that the problem with the warehouse that dispatches the goods has been resolved. I just get told "Please re-order". The same 'wrong item' gets sent again and again.
Very poor. When I have cleared my payment on my account, I will no longer shop with KandCo.
Ordered 2 sofas and a chair ( all matching on same order), after 4 weeks got a call to arrange delivery. Was told that they could only arrange delivery of sofas, someone would ring me later to arrange delivery of chair ( they were all ready for dispatch) so to tell them i had already arranged a delivery date so they could add the chair to it! Got a call the next day to arrange chairs delivery and was told no, that had to come separately unless i paid £10 and then it could all come together. Disgusted i refused and emailed k&co to let them know how disappointed i was, they emailed me back to apologise and arrange for the chair to come with the sofas. Checked my account online and they had charged me £10, even though i had specifically told them that was not what i wanted. After lots of emails back and forth (all had different foreign names and very poor English) i finally got them to deduct the £10. Received confirmation email and text msg day before to confirm delivery time and that all my items were coming together. Gets a call the next day to tell me my "chair" is on its way. Received 1 chair, no sofas but delivery guys told me it could be on another van as it had been added later. Gets a call to tell me my sofas are NOT coming as they have both been damaged at the warehouse but they will express order my replacements?? I take the packaging off the chair and hey ho, its the WRONG chair!! At this point, fuming as i have booked a day off work! Emailed K&co, no reply, 6 hrs later emailed them again, no reply! Finally that night after my 3rd unanswered email i rang them, i was on hold for ages and passed around departments (46 mins from a mobile to an 0844, thats gonna hurt).. They tell me i will have to go through the whole order process again but as i have already received a chair the order will exceed my credit limit!! Now feeling slightly hysterical, i get them to agree to reorder everything but have to book another day off work for them to collect the chair and another for the re-delivery??? I now have to wait another 4 weeks with no furniture, sitting on the floor and the customer service team could not be less helpful! Avoid at all costs!! I will never use them again after this and am terrified that my new order will be a disaster too!!
* my new order is supposed to come tomorrow, another day booked off work, tracking has said "despatched from supplier" since 6 days ago but no one can tell me where my order is, or indeed when i will receive it... It is my partners birthday on saturday and looking like we will have to cancel the party as we can't expect people to sit on the floor... I am now past angry, i am really really upset...
Been shopping with k&Co for years ( about 20 maybe more) spent thousands. Built up cash back to pay for hoover i had on a buy now pay later then noticed on December statement that it was about to run out so quickly phoned them to use it to pay of some of hoover. It never used to have a time limited if you have earned cash back it should be yours no matter when you use it.decided to pay of all my account didn't want to have to pay interest they put on hoover around £200.00 on a 189.00 hoover for buy now pay later. was told i owed £106.50 so i payed £107.00 at the post office thought i cleared account until yesterday got statement saying i owe £2002. apparently because post office charge £1.00 fee i was 50p short. thought after being loyal customer they could of let me know by phone or text instead of sending statement + postage must of cost more then the 50p. won't use them again bet i get offers sent for discounts now account is clear but they couldn't let me of of 50p.
30 year service and what do you get i now wonder, i ordered beauty products 2 30ml bottles, on arrival 2 15mls were supplied, they were reordered and yes the same happened again, yet again phoned up to my astonishment i was told to send them back as i wouldnt get an answer for ten days and did i really need the headache and added expense of phone calls, until i was disabled i have always worked in retail and this is not what you call customer care or sales, i think its better just to stop using them.
I am usually very pleased with my whole kandco experience you are very helpful and efficient HOWEVER i recently ordered wardrobes for a customer, one of the boxes had the wrong colour so i got in touch with you and you agreed to change them. My customer then had to take time off work for you to pick up and later replace the wardrobes but once again you sent the wrong colour. Now my customer has cancelled the order and they are very upset about it all as am I....
Ordered a new bed delivered on time. Bed actually looks better than when viewing on website and so comfortable. Service from K & Co first class. Made a big mistake when ordering had ordered twice got on the phone to K & Co and they sorted everything out straightaway excellent service.
Great products at great prices. Ordering is very quick and easy and the delivery is always well before the estimated date given. Returning items is just as quick and easy with the free courier collection. This is a great place to shop when you don't have the cash in your hand or prefer to spread your payments out over a few weeks. I have already recommended to lots of friends and family who also love to shop with this catalogue.
I have had no problems buying from KandCo.Prices are improving and are very close to what you pay in the shops and the interest free option is a bonus when you need to buy a electrical item such as a laptop,washing machine etc.
I'll start by saying after numerous phone call's & still not getting the problem sorted i'm very frustrated , i bought 2 item's on the 18th of december 2013 over 20 weeks agreement term's & i've still not receieved my rewards , i'm a platinum rewards holder & i get quite abit rewards once i've paid my minimum payment , i've even asked to speak to a manager in the company but they just keep saying their in a meeting and that the problem will be passed onto a customer services advisor via E-Mail , but i still hear nothing . I'm usually very happy with the service , theyve really let me down after 23 years as a customer , they should really have a department to deal with just problems , that actually get sorted there on then while your on the phone .
I ordered some jeans for my hubby for a late Christmas present - it must have been around 9 pm - When I got home from work the next day the parcel had been delivered. I was very pleasantly surprised. I would order again with no worries about delivery. - brilliant!
I called around 10:20 am on 14/01/14 to ask about delivery dates for two different furniture items. I introduced my self as being a new customer and was interested on more details in regards to the delivery dates. The response I got was negative, she wasn't interested on what item I want to order she just wanted to terminate the conversation. She repeted herself few times by saying we can't change the dates but how did she know if she didn't asked what items I am looking for? My experience so far with this company was dissapointing.
I have been a loyal customer of Kandco for more years than I care to remember and through all the years have had no cause for regret. Always been treated with respect and courtesy. Ok they may on occasion be a little more expensive but with free quick delivery rewards and quality you save money in the long term What more could I want Well a millionaire would be nice but hey Kanco is there to make me feel like one.
I have been a loyal customer With Kandco for many years.. Ive recently had an issue with some products and I am horrified at the treatment I have received. No one seems willing or able to deal with it and I was spoken to very rudely by someone who said he was a manager! The dispute is ongoing and I am currently writing a complaint to the relevant persons. So much for goodwill towards a very lonstanding and supposedly valuable customer!
I am affraid on this occasion I am quiet disappointed, after several phone calls and £14 worth of calls as you can expect I am not happy at all. When ordering two jackets I quoted a £30 off code,after receiving the items I returned them as they were not suitable. So I placed another order and was told the £30 would be applied to my new order when the two jackets were received. After the order arrived I called only to be told only one jacket had been returned and credited to my account! Which is impossible as they were both in the same parcel. Finally get through to customer service only to be told I had to wait 14 days before they could raise the issue with the courier. By then the code was out of date!! Which is why this review is not a good one.
