Absolutley a joke trying to get to talk to someone. I've emailed loads of times & you get a bog standard reply that your email has been passed on to someone to look into your email, then your left waiting & waiting for a reply. I managed to get through to someone who said they would call me. Oh they were true to their word...............but they just played music down the phoneline till they cut me off, then sent me a email to say they tried calling & if i wanted to have someone call me, i'd have to go throught the whole process again. Take your monies elsewhere. I am when i clear my account.
The items on sale are varied and so far they have been of good quality, arriving on time. However I was very pleasantly surprised with the customer support. I had a problem with my first order - the website would not accept my discount voucher code. I contacted customer services by email, and very quickly received a friendly response from a lady who said she would fix it for me. This she did, within half an hour it was sorted on my account. Very impressive!!
The orders always arrive when they should unless there is a problem and they always notify you if there is.. It is really easy to deal with any problems and staff are helpful. I do like to shop them as the ranges are pretty good.
I don't think for one minute there prices are higher than most, It's easy to get on the computer find what you want from Kandco order the item and wait for your delivery it could'nt be more simple than that I would recommend them to anyone.
I am happy now as Kayandco have accepted me as an Account Holder. As i hadn't ordered for some time they seemed to have forgotten me although i signed in with my Account number and password they said it was a wrong password which it wasn't, i spent most of the morning saying i had forgotten password,i kept putting the password in which they emailed me but still no good until i rang and explained to a very polite young gentleman everything that had happened and found out that i was an Account Holder after all he couldn't understand why they kept saying what they did, anyway he took my order and everything turned out well in the end. What i bought is an xmas box so if doesn't fit im hoping they will accept it back for another.
I recieved my letter of invitation to get K&co account so i applied was successful. I wan't dissappointed, the service has been excellent and the online catalogue easy to use . spreading the cost is an easy way to shop even if you are paying a bit more but at least you are not getting hammered by massive credit card intrest. the products i have bought have always been well packaged and of great quality and have always been at my house within 24 hours of dispatch. be sure though when opeming an account that you can make the payments as some months you will have 2 payments go out as a direct debit. This is because the payments go out 4 weekly it would be better if they did it monthly but a little bit of budgeting and this is something you can live with.
In summary i would recommend an account with K&co without a doubt especially if you need to spread the cost they have allsorts of payment plans to suit .
I am very happy with them and enjoy shopping with them.
Everything I have bought from K&Co arrives in good time without hassle what more can I say, this company is at the top of the tree
K & Co are a great way to get what you want very quickly and returning items is so easy. Could not do without them.
I ordered 2 new duvets and a pair of slippers for my husband. The slippers arrived within 2 days and the duvets came a couple of days later. All were excellent quality and as described. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Kandco again.
I ordered a duvet set that came with another one free. The package arrived with only one parcel, with instructions that if you wanted to return it the parcel had to be returned in exactly the original way. I rang their customer service and asked about the free duvet. They didn't know where it was & to redo the order I would have to pay again, which I refused. I was just putting the parcel into its original wrapping when I realised that both duvets were in one parcel. Something that you would have thought the two customer service people should have known.
I wish I had returned both at that point. After the first wash both duvet covers are motley, the colours have washed out in places, so they are a mixture of patches white and light yellow, not cream as advertised. The poppers are also awful quality. Every time you move even slightly under the duvet the poppers come undone.
I have had a bad experience with K and Co. They're only interested in customers who shop on line. If you shop on-line once they automatically stop sending you a catalogue. Then, when you request one they send you a Littlewoods catalogue instead, not once but three times. Then when you complain they tell you they haven't got any available!! They are taking your choice away by forcing you to shop on-line which for me isn't always convenient. As a consequence, they have lost me as a customer!!
I love ordering from K&Co because I can spread the cost and usually receive my order the next day. The products stocked are varied and extremely good quality with many major brands such as Dyson & Apple. Buy Now Pay Later offers are great for those purchases which I want right away with the option to pay whenever I want. Overall, a trusted company who always deliver!
Have shopped with KandCo for many years without problem. Convenient if you want to pay over a few months and try clothes on at home.
Recently they have been disappointing - Ordered goods that don't arrive, contact customer service by email (cos it's free) response takes ages but they haven't read what is actually written and have to email again .... and again... and again ... and again, still not resolved the issue.
The courier service is now shockingly bad, parcels arrive smelling of cigarette smoke and returns are not picked up, even after phoning customer service to arrange twice and using automated telephone service. I guess this is a problem with the local courier but KandCo aren't interested in helping me to sort it out.
The website is up and down - used to be able to arrange a return via the webpage but now states I have ring (not a free or local rate call) No longer shows reliable parcel tracking either.
Very are part of the same group and charge less, offer collect+ (free next day delivery to a local shop) No interest charged if paid over 3 months. Much the preferred option with KandCo being SO unreliable at the moment.
As a "fuller figure" lass due to steroids I find it hard to find anything to fit on the high street, so to be able to shop from the comfort of home and try the clothes on in the comfort of my own home to decide if they suit me is ideal. I also have a busy work life and am a part time student along with being a part time carer for my elderly parents who live with me so I have little leisure time for such luxuries as shopping!
KandCo tick all the boxes as they have a good choice of both smart and casual clothes that extend into larger sizes. After a 'blip' last year KandCo is one of the few mail order firms who offer free delivery (hooray) as well as free returns, and you have up to 28 days to decide if the garments are suitable - for those times when your shape may change ladies!
My latest purchase was a pair of baroque print jeans and a pair of boyfriend turn-up ripped jeans - I liked the baroque ones so much I got another pair, and both were in the sale which made them a double bargain.
I was a patron of Empire before they amalgamated with several other firms and I was dubious whether it would work, but all credit to KandCo, they do a sterling job and long may it continue. Best wishes to all the staff for the pending festive season, I hope they are busy.
I have been a customer of KandCO for over thirty years. The last 12 months or so have
been a little frustrating as either items I try to order are either out of stock or not got the
size so I found myself tending not to bother.
I did actually order a couple of items last week but unfortunately the items sent were not
what I ordered. I hope the service will get better then maybe once again I will use it a
kays are easy to deal with they have a great selection of items at reasonable prices.They do some great deals with their sale items.You know exactly whats going on with your account and if your not sure there customer services are very good.I would reccommened kays to anybody
i've used this catalogue for years under its various names from Marshall Ward onwards, and the quality, efficiency and service provided has never varied from a high standard. Take it from me, and I have used various mail order catalogue companies over the years, KandCo is the most straightforward and trustworthy I have ever dealt with. Long may they continue !!
Kandco offer a good range of products with easy paynent options for when you dont always have the cash available. The service is good and delivery is fast. The only critisism I have is that ther prices are high. Example a sony 32" led tv is £499.99 on kandco website but a quick search on google reveals the exact same model for £349.99 well over £100 cheaper.
They have a good choice of products. Not necessarily the cheapest around but great delivery service. Sale items tend to run out quickly and don't have all sizes but they are good offers. The toys tend to be overpriced and you can get cheaper elsewhere. I'd love to see them do more offers and have a wider range. All in all a good company to pick.
I purchased a pair of Adidas Samba retro trainers. Delivery was excellent - ordered late on the Saturday, arrived on the following Monday. However, the trainers were not fit for purpose, and not as described, so contravened the Sale of Goods Act. They were not fit for purpose because I could not wear them, as although they were claimed to be a size 12, they were really a 10.5 to 11, and an extremely narrow fitting to boot (no pun intended). I must say that customer services at KandCo were brilliant, allowing me to return the trainers and be given a refund, even though I had worn them outside. When I explained via email that they seemed fine when worn for several hours indoors, but when I wore them on a day trip outside, they caused me great pain, customer services responded within a couple of hours, apologised profusely, and as I say, allowed a return and refund. So, to sum up, delivery excellent, customer service excellent, items purchased extremely poor.
Placed my order and was told it would arrive by August 30th. It did not.in fact I am now told it may well not arrive until September 10th. .But I notice that it has already been charged to my account and no doubt that the 12 months without payment is already counting down. Me? Well I am disappointed and waiting for my new computer!
Kandco always have what I need when I need it. Its great that I can pay up my orders if I am struggling to pay the full amount for something I really need. They always have a great selection. Delivery has always been excellent! Couldnt be happier :)
I have shopped with Kandco for many years. They offer a vast range of good quality products. Service is second to none, and having the opportunity to spread the cost over 20weeks, or longer for more expensive items, through my account, is very useful.
I used Kandco for the first time. I found it very difficult to use the ordering and delivery section. Was not able to use the first order discount. Had to call to cancel an item and the item still arrived. I have since decided to keep it...
I ordered a dining table and chairs which came within 7 days which is very speedy. I just need to put it together now!
Mostly everytime i contact Customer services by email, They do not read the message correctly and end up sending a response that doesnt even reflect the issue concerned. Or they say to call our helpline. I do not want to call the helpline as it costs me money to call, Why would i email just to be told that after waiting for a day reply.
Customer service has to get better before i would rate the service any better. A good business revolves around excellent customer service.
I have shopped with Kandco ever since it was Empire stores many moons ago. It is always proving itself as an up to date, friendly, reliable and modern place to shop. The ease of navigating and ordering on the web to the swift delivery , collections and payments. I just cant think of anything easier.
