Before the change to K & co I used to get 15% back on all of my purchases. Since the change I only get 15% back on full price purchases. As a result I have reduced my spending as there are other home shopping catalogues outside the littlewoods group that are now better value. Its a shame but I will always look for the best value and service which now isn't K & Co.
Had no problem with delivery, it is just the after sales. Would rather purchase items from an outlet that allows you to return items. Bought a laptop and after 1 day charger packed in, reliant on Samsung to sort out problem, as yet still awaiting resolution and Laptop useless. I would not use them for regular expensive purchases with a result. This has happened before
I have been shopping with kay&co since it was just Kay's Imust be over 20 yrs now and I have never had a single problem except once when I went on holiday and forgot to make my payment before I went, I in the meantime ordered something, can't remember what, was refused it because I had failed to make my payment. Which I had honestly forgotten about, but I paid it, I didn't even have to re-order the item I wanted it was sent straight out to me without any questions asked, so a big thank you to kay&co for all the years of excellent service and value you have provided to me and my family :)
I would buy more from K & Co if the prices were better. When I look to purchase a product I tend to compare prices, and although I do not mind paying a little extra, especially if I think the product is good, I begrudge paying wildly over the odds. I have found this to be the case often when looking at K & Co, even paying interest free payments the cost is clearly inflated from say High Street prices. This for me is not good enough
Great item which was to have been delivered 1st july then changed to 29th july so I had practically a whole month without furnature to sit on. I could have gone over and carried it home myself in half the time. Delivery times need to be adhered to or people will shop elsewhere.
My last order i asked to be collected from a collectplus store, when order was confirmed it said it would be delivered by 31/07/13, i recieved no email to tell me it was ready for collection, so tracked it through your website, said it had been delivered, need to bring ID, went round to pick up point, no-one there seemed to know what they were doing, showed them my driving licence with photo, one assistant said it was ok, another said i needed an email or barcode!. I rang customer services, after answering many security questions, she would not give me my account number so i could ring collectplus to get a release code, it was very frustrating, all i wanted to do was pick up my order, she asked me when did i make last payment and how much? which was ridiculous as i was on my mobile in my car at the garage which i had explained, most unhelpfull :( i was going to just leave the item to be returned, i myself called collectplus who was very helpfull without my account number, gave me a release code so i was able to pick up item, but the whole process took over 45 mins to get sorted, the place where i picked it up from were blind leading the blind, at first said item had not come, when he was stood beside it, lol, very complicated process which could of been avoided if someone had sent me an email. once i have cleared my account, i will not be shopping with this catalogue in the future!.
Orders can be really quick even though it may state will take longer. Always send letter to explain if an item is out of stock, though that does take a while! Happy to keep ordering and would recommend to a friend.
Love k and co have used them for years, like to sit and have good look at things I might like to buy, and if it doesn't fit right I can easily send it back. Good for the larger items too if you need to spread the cost. Brilliant will use for years to come .
My recent purchase of garden furniture is a delight. However when there were no instructions in the box, customer services said it would take a week to get them to me, when i would like to try and get them quicker, they gave me an email address for a company in germany, i emailed them and there reply was they were a price comparison sight, for on line companies.
I did my own on line search for the manufacturer and one phone followed by one email to the correct spares dept and two hours later i have an email with all instructions.
Over a week later kays finally sent me a letter with no instruction, saying they unable to get the spare part i required!!!!!!
The turn around from order to delivery is extremely good and no problem returning unwanted goods. Such a shame that your courier lets you down. I ordered a vacuum yesterday and it stated that it would need to be signed for on delivery - no problem as my husband is at home at the moment. Imagine my surprise to find the vacuum had already been delivered today but my husband was unaware as it was left on the doorstep!!!!!!!!!!!! No ring of the doorbell, no card to say it had been left and certainly no attempt to obtain a signature The vacuum cleaner is great but the service by Yodel leaves a lot to be desired - if I asked you to leave parcels on the doorstep you would state it was inappropriate.
Have always had good service from K and Co. God to be able to spread payments, quick delivery of items and easily able to return if they are not right. I especially like to be able to specify where parcels c an be left if I am not home for a delivery - something which is not available with Royal Mail etc,
I Just love shopping with KandCo such and easy way to shop. Payments are Interest free over a Period of 20 weeks, the Quality of products is A*. I just love the sales. starting my Christmas shopping early. I have bought with this company for 25+ years when it was GUS stores. The service is A***** and Delivery is fast Superb . I recommend this compay to all my Friends. Keep it up KandCo.
