I NO LONGER KNOW WHAT TO DO!!

DEAR SIR OR MADAM

I HAVE RAISED A WARRANTY REQUEST GOING ON THREE WEEKS AGO NOW, FOR A PRESSURE WASHER I PURCHASED FROM YOURSELVES.
STILL NO ONE HAS BEEN IN CONTACT WITH ME FROM THE WARRANTY DEPARTMENT!! I NEED MY PRESSURE CLEANER TO BE FUNCTIONING!!
I NO LONGER KNOW WHAT TO DO!! I AM SIMPLY BEING IGNORED!! THIS SERVICE IS RIDICULOUS!!
