It looked ideal to fit in my Greenhouse to replace the rotting wooden benches
Extremely please with the expediency and high quality service this company provides. They seem to have covered every eventuality concerning their delivery service, and I am speaking as one whose firm also runs an online sales service. www.sprcentre.co.uk
The only complaint or constructive suggestion one can make is the the assembly instructions are virtually useless and need to be re written by a person assembling these benches. Having not been brought up on playing with mechano and also working with complications of large Packing Station egg graders and battery units, I believe that I would have become very frustrated as to the correct porceedure. The straight cross member at either end is shown to fit in the wrong holes which if copied would not have allowed the cross bracket to bypass it and fit. That same brace at the end when fixed in the bottom hole has to stand upright to be able to get the bolt in, after which it can then be brought accross for its final fixing.
There should be a diagram accompanied by an constructive explanation as to the best way to fix the bench cross members. Having successfully fixed the one side I found the only and quickest way to fix the the other side was to instert the bolt heads in the cross members first and then work the bolts through the side rail before affixing the nuts.
Very pleased with the qua;lity and result, just what I was looking for to replaced my rotting wooden benches.

A Shining Star serving Europe
I tried to buy a greenhouse heater from another retailer in the UK but encountered delivery problems so decided, as I live in France, to buy from a very classy website for a retailer based just north of Lille. More expensive but 'local'. I placed order, on line, paid through PayPal and awaited delivery. After 5 days - nothing. Telephoned and informed that delivery would be within 15 working days from placement of order. Tried to cancel but retailer refused saying they had had to order in this item. Waited for another two weeks - phoned - and was told the item had not arrived and they had no idea when it would do so. Requested money back and was told no problem. I then discovered Keen Gardener who were offering aforesaid heater for €50 less than the French retailer plus a bonus of a free commercial theremostat worth arounf €80. Delivery no problem, cheap and very fast. The item arrived in France in 3 days. I emailed French retailer to ask why money not put back into my PayPal account - told I would have to wait around four weeks for them to generate a cheque which would then be posted to me. So I have had around €270 of my money stuck with this completely useless French Company - parlonjardins.fr.

Well seated !
Excellent efficient service, with rapid turnaround time, from my order which was straightforward and uncomplicated, to possible delivery date by DPD. As I was away on the scheduled date, I was given the option to change the date which I again did very successfully. I am very impressed by DPD Couriers, who gave me a named delivery person, an hour delivery window so I didn't have to hang about not knowing when they were coming on the scheduled date. He came within 30 minutes of the hour delivery window and put the very large heavy, article, a Garden Bench, exactly where I requested.
Well done to all, a very satisfied customer, thoughly recommended.

Excellent Service! Extremely helpful
I first contacted Keen Gardener in November - I was looking for a Water Feature which was "currently unavailable" everywhere. They were extremely helpful and said they would talk to the manufacturers and get back to me. It transpired that the product was newly designed to be released in 2013 . Keen Gardener said they would contact me when they arrived in the country. True to their word they did this and the product was delivered within 2 days. They also honoured the price that I originally saw the product advertised for. Exemplary Service - Thank you!
