Couldnt have asked for better
I have been looking for a decent greenhouse heater for 2 seasons now I tried a kerosene heater from B&Q last year and just finished up blacking out all the glass which took ages & a lot of hard work to get clean logged on to keen Gardner last weekend & saw exactly what i was looking for Ordered Saturday 9th February Delivered Tuesday within a 1 hour time slot installed Wednesday & tested O/Night Greenhouse reached a constant 15Deg O/Night on the lowest setting cant wait for the new season to start all my seeds will be in before you know it So impressed i ordered another for my brother in law who was also equally impressed with the all round service & performance & value Well Done

Gas Greenhouse Heater
This is a very good heater it soon warms up my greenhouse to the temperature I
want ,as long as you put the thermastat (the copper probe behind the fire ) in the place you want the warmth thats the growing area to get a good temperature reading.
The company are very good to deal with and would recomend them to anyone++++++++++++.

I found the web page easy to follow I had no problem finding the product I wanted and there was plenty of information about it.
My order was acknowledged immediatly and I was kept up to date with delivery arrangements at all stages even being given a 1 hour slot for arrival of parcel which meant I no problem of making sure that someone was available to receive it
I have no complaints at all and would recommend the company to anyone

Even Keener to Garden now!
Placed my order online and it arrived the following morning, exactly when the tracking service said it would. If only all delivery companies could be as efficient. Excellent service, excellent product and, what's more, cheaper than on any other gardening website. Will definitely use this company again.

good value if you are in the market for propagators and have plenty of wide window sill space.
The carrier, DPD, were excellent and the best I've experienced. I now do a lot of internet shopping so I think I can speak with some authority on deliveries.

Received a mailshot from Keen Gardener as I like to know what is new or on offer. I spotted a great deal on water features, massive discount. They arrived well packaged on the day that was agreed. (PS: Keep your delivery company, driver was brilliant, carried them from halfway up the road as lorry couldn't reach my door due to snow).
20% discount code (yes I was able to use that as well!) was not applied to one item, spoke to very helpful Customer Service bod, no hassle, refund reached me within 2 days.

Impressed with efficient service and communication.
We recently purchased a parasene botancial propogator and a greenhouse heater. We received the goods within 3 days of ordering at exactly the specified time. Very impressed! The propogator however was damaged in transit. We immediately contacted Keen Gardener who, because they had no more in stock, issued a refund straightaway. This is the first time we have used Keen Gardener and it will certainly not be the last. We were very impressed with their communication and efficient service.

Wrong Wick Not what was ordered
Ordered 3 wicks for Biogreen WM5 as the website saif wicks for 4/5. Wick sent was WM AF whch is far too small. Will now have to return goods at my own cost and hope company will repay P&P.
In contrast I would give a rating of 5 stars for the soaker hose which iis of excellent quality and the prompt delivery

Delivery firm superb for timing and excellent value heater
Great heater does what it needs to do, couple of points might be worth mentioning and thats keep the heater off the concrete otherwise the thermostat is close to a cold area I think about 12 inches off the base is recommended and gas bottles are reasonably large - orange ones.
Excellent delivery and very easy to set up.

Read the Description rather than rely on the Picture!
I feel the picture on the website is rather misleading - it shows two smaller trays each with a width equal to the main tray, and with their own covers. This is not the case as the trays are quite narrow (roughly equal to diameter of the small pots) and there is one cover that encompasses the main tray. Had I read the description fully I would have seen this!
