Comprehensive stock and efficient service
The wed site is good, and easy to search through, Prices were better than on many other sites; delivery time was excellent, and and postage costs were low. This firm will be my first option next time I need something.

Good prices and instant delivery.
I didn't spend much, just a few connectors. The prices were very competitive and they have a sensible approach to postage. Small package just 99p.

Product first class but unable to select Royal Mail 1st Class Packets upto £10 @ 99p and was charged £2.69 + vat.
I read the delivery & pricing details before placing my order but do not understand why I was not able to select the option for Royal Mail 1st Class Packets upto £10, Usually 1 to 2 working days to any UK Destination inc NI, Channel Islands and Scottish Highlands/Islands Price 99p PLUS 20% VAT. The Item weight was only 28gms. and is under £10. I did leave a comment on the order page but it was ignored.

Think you have your weights mixed up a little. The item you bought was 280g rather than 28g. We'd love to be able to send a 280g packet for 99p but unfortunately Royal Mail charge us a lot more.
We've stopped using 1st class packet delivery as it is untracked (we just use the First Class Large Letter service for small 100g or less items). For only a few pence more than First Class Packets we can use the Royal Mail Tracked service which is more reliable and safer.
Hope this clears up the mix-up.

Great Service - exactly what I ordered, promptly delivered
Have used kenable twice now for telephone cables and have always had a prompt service with products arriving very speedily via first class mail. For cables & electronic fittings, there's no one else I'd look at - the go-to guys.
However obscure your cable/electronic accessories needs are, you're bound to find what you need on Kenable with no muss, no fuss and at some of the lowest prices I've seen (not always, but the service and range is worth a few extra pence to find a one-stop shop for this stuff). Not only is the choice bewildering, you might end up realising you 'need' more than you thought - dangerous! Kenable is not really suitable for fashion-accessory browsing; you might want to be clear on what you actually need on here before you look. I usually throw in a couple of extra HDMI cables as they always go missing, but those gotta-have-it extras add up, even at low prices!

Expensive but very high quality product and service
When my son saw the product his comment was quality. He is 18 and techno savvy and I value his comments.
The product was however, twice the amount that I'd be prepared to pay. In fact despite my desire to order a second product I decided not to as the price tag of over £40 for a hard disk daddy was just too much.

Quick service; quality products & VFM
I was building a new gaming PC and need some more appropriate-length SATA cables with locking connections. I found these on the Kenable website. I had notmused them before but was very please with the range of products, the speed of delivery and the value for money. The supplied cables seen good quality and the locking connection work well. As an added bonus the cables were black (rather than the usual red0 which matched my system. Will use them again.

Newlink USB 56k V.92 V.90 Data Fax Dialup Modem Adapter Converter
The item works as it should. Of three faxs sent, only one needed me to use a handset, like you would for a desk top combo phone/fax.
The included BT phone cable is a bit frugal. A longer one at the time of purchace adds very little to the over all cost

Pay to return?
I bought a homeplug Newlink 200Mbps and it failed after a few months. Kenable said send it back but there was no offer to pay the return postage (as would legally be required). i haven't sent it yet.
