Cables ordered one evening and sent for dispatch early next day classed as standard 2 to 5 days delivery. Notified supplier of non delivery after 5 days late one afternoon. Mail room error had resulted in non shipment. Replacement order shipped within minutes of notifying supplier and arrived 2 days later in the morning post..
Mistakes can happen but what is important to me is how the supplier responded to the problem and quickly recovered the situation.

When I ordered a 30M HDMI cable after having numerous problems with other cables and extenders/repeaters I was expecting to be dissappointed yet again. However the cable worked first time and flawlessly. I'm happy that my HDMI woes are at an end!
I bought a composite video cable. It's decent quality at a knockout price. It arrived promptly. The internal wiring is clearly specified on the website. The only problem is that unknown to me different equipment manufacturers use different internal wiring schemes for cables that look identical on the outside.. So the cable did not work on my Now TV box which appears to use the manufacturer's (Roku) wiring scheme. My suggestion to Kenable, about whom I have absolutely no complaint, would be to warn people that these cables may not be suitable for quite a lot of equipment nowadays.
never heard of Kenable before, but found it when searching for my product, namely a new set of earphones. The price was half of what I had paid before, the product exactly the same. Delivery w as only a couple of days, even using free post. I shall be using Kenable again.
Web site confusing when placing orders for multiple items. It is not obvious how to do this...spokesman at the supplier said that this is a common fault, and yet they have not fixed it!
Tried to contact them just after 1630 - they do not take calls after this time! Who closes shop at 4:30!!
However, very quick response, and when you do call them, they seem interested.
Could easily be a five star company!

I had a faulty network tester and after ringing them up and explaining the problem, they went and got one from stock and tested it. It was with me the very next day.

I had never used Kenable.co.uk, until one of our Engineers asked me to order some parts from them, I went through the usual process of registering, which was not too much trouble, I soon got an e-mail welcoming me, within a couple of minutes I got another one, telling me the order was being processed.
A day later the product arrived, well packed, and without excessive costs. Good clear paperwork, anyone looking to set up an online business, could do much worse that copying what they do, and how they do it.
I will definitely be looking at their website for future requirements.
Great service - we able to offer help and support, even to an export customer - only issue is regarding VAT. Not able to sell VAT free without a VAT number. Not been an issue with other companies - however it may be the first time shipping to teh Falklands
The product was clearly described. The ordering on the Web was easy. The confirmation prompt. The overseas delivery arrived within 5 working days. Service as it shoud be.
The instructions are rather poor being Chinese in origin with the sort of translation mistakes typical of products from the 1970s. The connection panel from the old unit has 4 connections and the new unit has 6 possible connections??? You also need a special tool to make the new connections which you need to acquire separately. So to complete the job I now have to phone a friendly telephone engineer for advice and possible loan of a tool.
