Helpful and reliable
Purchased 2 Velux windows at a good price that arrived in perfect condition (exactly when they said they would). Helpful staff, and a good service - I'll buy from them again.

Excellent service and fast delivery
I phoned first to check availability and delivery time of item. Very helpful. You do have to order online though, no telephone orders. This was very easy and as promised on the phone my purchase arrived next day.
Will definitely be using again.

customer orientated
Ordered a velux window, Flashing and Blackout Blind. Apparently I ordered the wrong Blind but phone call and email from Kensyard put me back on track. They advised which blind I should have ordered and even helped me choose the colour. Every twist and turn was covered by an update on my order. Everything arrived together as planned. Window and flashing fitted now but yet to fit the blind. I have other velux windows to replace and will definitely use Kensyard again. Thank you.

Very poor service, unable to supply my order.
The company gave a very poor excuse for not supplying the product I ordered and did not notify me for several days causing a great deal of inconvenience.

Excellent service and good on price
I was going buy these doors locally, but decided to take a chance with an Internet order for 13 doors. Pleased I did because they were delivered quickly and a lot cheaper too. Girl called Kaila was excellent and answered my questions promptly when I needed her. If you need doors these guys are a good choice.

Best price on the interweb!
Looking online for Krono laminate flooring, found the best price to be from Kens yard and with very resonable delivery charges too! delivered quickly and was top quality as described, plus as a bonus came with 30Mtrs of 'Quickstep' underlay free! Will be using Kens Yard again.

Only let down by Unhelpful out sourced delivery company who were too quick to pass the blame for not following instructions that were attached to orders. (Night Freight 1 Start for customer service.)

Efficient, friendly and helpful-- with the bonus of the price being right.
I`m so glad that I found my goods at Kens Yard Ltd.
They had to order them in as a special order but that was no problem.
They gave me a delivery date and that was when the goods arrived safe and sound.
The goods were spot on and cost a lot less than they would have from some places.
I`m 100% happy. In my opinion a trustworthy company.

Kens Yard - Willing to go the extra Yard
After being let down twice by other suppliers, i now needed my goods 'the day before', the ladies in the office made arrangements within 1 hr and I had my door the next day as promised. Terrific service.

poor delivery and packaging
The parcel was left in my front garden up against the front door. The top of the box was open and there was no fixing instructions insode.

Best price doors l could find.
l looked for for ages for these interior doors,style & cost being most important. l came across the Emral doors at Kens Yard & phoned for advice on how much could be trimmed off the top,bottom & sides.The friendly adviser contacted the company which make the doors for information, which was emailed to me.
l placed my order by phone & the doors were delivered a few days later.
Delivery cost just £20 !
l would definitely buy from Kens Yard again.

If you want a good loft ladder the FAKRO is the answer.
If you want good delivery service KENSYARD is the answer.

Friendly ultrafast service - what more can you ask for
the website is easy to use, the prices are excellent and the delivery was ultrafast; Why look elsewhere. When I made a mistake ordering the wrong piece they offered advice and where honest with costings. Again the replacement I ordered was delivered ultrafast. Comunication
Ordered items to arrive, I hear nothing. So I assume everything is okay and item is instock and dispached.
Emailed them 2 days later asking where my Items were. Reply, sorry we are out of stock!
Result, Builders twiddling thumbs.
If they had told me at the time of buying, or had live stock levels on the web site I could have avoided this.

Very helpful and arrived within specified time
Very helpful when I emailed for advice. Goods delivered within specified time. Terms and conditions state to check goods before accepting. This is not an option on Velux windows so hopefully they are ok. For some items I can appreciate this clause but for some it is not practical.
Anyway very good service
