I recently bought a velux window and flashing kit from Ken's Yard. I could not be more impressed. Both were far cheaper than I could have bought locally. I was even more impressed when they arrived the day after I placed the order. I will definitely use Ken's Yard again.
I needed a new velux roof window,to replace my old one which had broken and could not be shut,i checked online locally in Liverpool where i live and found the windows to be rather expensive as well as a delivery charge,i checked kensyard in Scotland and got a brilliant deal,i ordered the window on a Wednesday and it arrived the next day with free delivery,a week or so later i ordered a velux blind and it duly arrived on the stated day, window and blinds now fitted and look brilliant, fantastic customer service from kensyard,i will certainly be using them again and i highly recommend them.
Pleasure to deal with this company - Best price on the internet for the windows we needed and super fast delivery with a difficult to find address with limited access - Absolutely would use them again and recommend. Thank you.
Ordered a velum conservation roof window after searching the internet for the best deal. Kens Yard came up with the best price and I ordered it. Was advised the delivery day by e mail with regular updates of the whereabouts of the window. Received the window 3 days ahead of the advised date and it was installed within a couple of days and looking good. Top class service and will defiantly use Kens Yard again and fully recommend with no reservations. Very informative advice on the phone prior to ordering which gives confidence when making the purchase.
When you pick your own products service is seamless and efficient. Asking for a quote is verrrrry slow in response. Got mine days after I had a delivery date for the order I placed two days after asking for a price.
An operation that's ok in theory but falls down badly where communications are concerned. Calls are rapidly answered by a reassuring voice which informs that 'you're being put through to 'one of our customer service advisors'. Then you're dumped into an ansaphone. Useless if you've got a query that needs a quick answer and even more useless if you're perched on a roof trying to work when they finally call back and need to know the order no. which is on the paperwork in the van which is now two scaffolding lifts away.
