A Loft Ladder in a box
If you want a good loft ladder the FAKRO is the answer.
If you want good delivery service KENSYARD is the answer.
If you want my opinion,I made the right choice for both.

Friendly ultrafast service - what more can you ask for
the website is easy to use, the prices are excellent and the delivery was ultrafast; Why look elsewhere. When I made a mistake ordering the wrong piece they offered advice and where honest with costings. Again the replacement I ordered was delivered ultrafast. Thanks. i'm already planning on using them again. Saved to "My Favourites"

Comunication
Ordered items to arrive, I hear nothing. So I assume everything is okay and item is instock and dispached.
Emailed them 2 days later asking where my Items were. Reply, sorry we are out of stock!
Result, Builders twiddling thumbs.
If they had told me at the time of buying, or had live stock levels on the web site I could have avoided this.

Only negative was the rudeness of the idiot of a delivery driver for the last leg , but nothing to do with Kens Yard.

very prompt and professional service
only one negative comment - asked for pm delivery and it arrived at 11am.Luckily the person awaiting delivery had arrived early otherwise big problem and expense would have accurred

Very helpful and arrived within specified time
Very helpful when I emailed for advice. Goods delivered within specified time. Terms and conditions state to check goods before accepting. This is not an option on Velux windows so hopefully they are ok. For some items I can appreciate this clause but for some it is not practical.

I was a bit worried at first about using a company I had never heard of before. I found Kens Yard on a google search and found the prices for Velux windows to be excellent compared to Velux list prices. The communication and delivery service is very informative, I would recommend Kens Yard and I will using them again.

Very helpful staff and great service
Obtaining quotes and advice by both phone and email was easy, efficient and prompt. Ordering and delivery was swift and on schedule. Our contact at the office, Caroline, remembered the details of our order on follow up enquiries and was extremely helpful and easy to deal with. An over order,caused by a change in the plans, was dealt with speedily and efficiently . I would have no reservations in recommending them as an on line company to deal with.

We found Kens Yard Ltd very helpfull a very efficient pleasent woman who took our order,and it was delivered promptly.
We ordered 10 Velux Windows and the price was not over inflated like other places i had priced.
We would use them again and would recomend them to others.

excellent service - prompt response to queries and the BEST prices I could find.
Ken's yard are very quick to reply, are very helpful and update you on delivery and prices.
However, the consignment number quoted in their e-mail was incorrect which made it difficult for me to track the package through Nightfreight. Also, the Velux flashing kit box was damaged and a very small part of the contents slightly bent( but this did not really matter as most of the kit is under the tiles !!). The Nighfreight driver was happy for the delivery sheet to be marked "DAMAGED". However, none of this was Ken's yard fault and I would most certainly highly recommend them every time. Their customer service is exceptional !!

The weather was the only spoiler!
Excellent respnse and communication throughout the transaction with Kensyard. Delivery was affected by the recent snow otherwise all was as promised. Happy to recommend.
