crap service and awful company
bought a new quinny buzz from them. 2weeks into using it, faulty brake and lever broke. only to be told 7-10 working days before i get it back. so no chair for 2-3 weeks. great hey? so i asked for refund, nope. complained and had to keep complaining as i kept getting fobbed off about when i'll get it back , no doubt to make me keep waiting. got it back and handles foam scratched and massive scratch on frame from repair shop.
disgusting shop, disgusting service and never ever going back there again. wish i'd used the john lewis price match instead.

Terrible! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!
I cannot convey how bad the service is. After 6 months of frustratingly vague emails promising delivery of the accessories I purchased I still do not have the items. Note the money was taken the same day! I have tried repeatedly to contact them - they never answer the phone. They on occasion will respond to emails but the delivery never does arrive. I am now trying to get my money back so I can go elsewhere to purchase but my son is going to have grown out of the pram so there is little point! Bugaboo are terribly represented by this company and I cannot urge you enough to steer clear of them.

Kiddicare ?? More like DoNotCare !!
We visited Kiddicare at Lakeside, staff very helpful (credit where it's due) but even they admitted that Kiddicare's instore & online systems were in a mess as they could not take our order for a Cotbed.
We then tried to buy it online but could only buy it in a set (turns out you can buy it on its own, so we were mislead).
When we did got the Cotbed set, the Cotbed had a bad dent in it, the wardrobe was poorly manufactured with defects & the changing unit was also damaged. Kiddicare did send replacements, some of which were more badly damaged though!!
Although Kiddicare did reply quickly at first, they kept trying to palm us off onto the manufacturer but when pushed, they started to ignore our emails.
In the end we stated we had contacted BBC1's Watchdog programme (which we did do), but we received an email which appears to scoff at the mere mention of Watchdog.
Our problem is still ongoing with only one item in need of replacement BUT..........
..........FOR A COMPANY THAT SELLS TO PARENTS TO BE THEY SHOULD BE AWARE OF CAUSING UNNESSARY STRESS !!
Conclusion: NEVER AGAIN KIDDICARE !!

Peterborough warehouse is just out of this world!
Top marks kiddicare. Did a crazy 170 mile round trip on Sunday to come and see the store in Peterborough...omg...is there nothing you don't stock? I was blown away with the volume of stock on display and the choices! For any first time mum, save your pennies and come and get it all in one go! prices are reasonable but be warned...you'll be spoilt for choice!!!!

Really poor service
Ordered a car seat which never arrived, 4 days after we received confirmation saying the delivery would be the following day, we chased and got a response a few days later. Unfortunately the item is out of stock, why did they let us order, pay for it and then say it would be delivered the next day??? They offered us a 15% discount on another seat and guess what, we got a call a few days later saying it was out of stock (my wife placed the order over the phone with the same lady that apologised for the first one not being delivered and she said there were 35 in stock!!)
Messed around and 2 weeks after paying for the first seat, still no seat!

SHOCKING !!!!!!
I am writing on behalf of my to-be wife. She ordered a in-stock product online unfortunatly putting in the wrong post code, when this came to light it was arranged through kiddicare to be delivered before christmas. Nothing, no contact this time i got involved ringing kiddicare, they blamed the courier service. They offered a £5 refund and said the quickist way to get the item was to get another shipped out rather than chase the origanal item wherever it was. Fine it was agreed and promised with in the next few days delvering on wednesday. Nothing, no contact.
I rang today (saturday) and after waiting a long time on hold, i explained my problem to kiddicare rep, and was told after a pause that no shipment was organised or reference to the name of the person i last spoke to was recorded. I laughed down the phone with sheer exhaustion, promting the rep to say she would hang up on me if i did not stop,. Speaking up for myself i felt we have been done the wrong over by kiddicare so many times now i did not believe her when she said another parcel is on its way to arrive on monday. She gave me her name to report her is something goes wrong this time. Alot of good that will do me if they can't record information thier side. She offered me another £5 off but really i want the item we ordered over a month ago otherwise whats the point in ordering it!!!!!
We shall wait to see what happens Monday even now i have not been offered a delivery time on Monday.
To Kiddicare......Give us the item we paid for!!!!........i would say please but we ran out a couple calls ago.

delivery service is Atrocious
ordered on sunday expected delivery within 2 -3 days, recieved an email as standard with 1 hour time slot for tuesday no one delivered. ring up next day told machine had broken what ever that means!! kiddicare told me they could deliver at 8pm today (wednesday) again waited in nothing will ring up again tomorrow another excuse from kiddicare & interlink express- hope my items come tomorrow but not counting on it - USELESS!!

Buyers beware
My daughter ordered a double buggy in April, when it was delivered it was damaged and the handle was split. She requested a replacement a couple of days after delivery as her neighbour took delivery as she was in hospital having an emergency Caesarian. It has taken until this week to get the pushchair picked up. Many phone calls, a request of a photo, bearing in mind she could not lift anything so could not get the buggy out of the packaging, not to mention the stress of having a baby in special care, not being able to drive, having a 19 month old a husband away and then having to deal with unhelpful, useless unkind staff who do not know what they are doing. She is now without a pushchair and you have the audacity to make her wait for her money. You have caused her unesco easy stress and worry at a time when she should be celebrating, you should be ashamed of yourselves. It is your problem to sort out not hers. Why could you. It simply arrange a simple exchange, that is all she wanted. The buggy had nt even been removed from its packaging. Shame on you. If I could award no stars I would.

Everything went perfect.
After finding the product, we were searching for, more than 50% cheaper than we could in Denmark, we though it was too good to be true.
But we took a chance after reading several reviews of kiddicare.com and placed the order Sunday evening. We received the goods on Friday as promised.
So everyone seeing this review from Denmkark - you can safely order from this site.

Happy with my experience

Great service and choice
I've ordered many times from Kiddicare and also visited their store a few times. I've always received my items quickly without issue and their 1 year return policy is fantastic, as we all know that things change when it comes to kids. Most recently I had a car seat delivered but it wasn't the colour expected so I took it back without the box as it wouldn't fit in my car. They were quick and helpful and I had my refund with no issues. Great, my favourite retailer for childrens products and if you need a pushchair check out their top floor, it's immense!

amazing delivery
I needed a pram/buggy to fit into the car for a driving holiday to ireland for our 6 month old. I wanted it rear facing and able to lie flat but small enough to fit in the car boot and not take up loads of room. Kiddicare had a lovely one at a very reduced price.
The next day delivery was fantastic. I had a text and email to say my item at been dispatched, then later another text/email say it would come between 09.42 and 10.42 the next day. It came at 09.42! The driver was very polite and I couldn't believe how smoothly the whole thing went.
Why can't all deliveries be this good?

Good value and service
As a new granddad I soon discovered my new grandson was proving very "dear" to us in more ways than one! To make it easier for him and his mum and dad to stay over (and allow his mum to catch up on her sleep!) we looked in all the usual High St outlets for a cot, mattress and high chair for our own house.
Astounded by the costs of these items - but not wanting to stint on quality - a friend recommended Kiddicare. An order placed ealy afternoon was delivered the next morning. We couold track its progress online - and the courier even told us the specific hour window during which it was to be delivered. It arrived just a couple of minutes into that hour - so we didn't need to wait in or hang about waiting on it arriving (British Gas - take note!).

Great head office

My daughter ordered 3separate baby car seats. all were delived within 2 days (free). also they ring you in the morning and give you an exact time within 1 hour time scale. Seats were brilliant. Service second to none

I think kiddo are are wonderful.
Their prices are very good and they have absolutely everything you could possibly need for baby.
Delivery is quick and easy,they are a real pleasure to deal with.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
Too big for their own good - terrrible customer service, held for ages - agent didnt care - they sent wrong item and the box was damaged. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE - there are far better online companies out there..

Waste of time
I can't argue with the delivery service as its fast, but they sent me a faulty product and I tried to ring up customer service when I eventually got through I spoke to male who seemed like he didn't care what I was saying. I will be shopping elsewhere in future

I recently went on kiddicare and found a pram I liked but could not pay because I didn't have a credit card I e mailed them for help on the 19th of January for help and I am yet to receive a reply. I have since bought a pram elsewhere. Disappointed as I have read many great reviews :|

Dead impressed
I've ordered 5 different items on Sunday 5AM (not a typo, it was a very late night). Did not request any special delivery.
Still on Sunday I received an email that the order had been dispatched.
I did not quite believe it, but true to their word, all items were delivered on Monday morning.
No issues, no hassle, brilliant prices, super fast.

Great Value - Order Updates Could be Better
I ordered a Stokke highchair from this site and found it to be very good value for money. My only quibble is that the delivery was made in two parts, which I hadn't been informed about, so it meant that I thought bits were missing and spent time phoning customer service when this could have been avoided. Had I not been on maternity leave, I might also have been a bit annoyed at having to stay in for 2 deliveries, but as it was, this didn't cause any problems. The value would have made up for the inconvenience, but it would have been nice to have had the option to have everything delivered at once.

Never been let down
From buying my first child's travel system (for a much much lower price than the highstreet) through to food and nappy supplies, Kiddicare's prices, service and delivery have always been top notch. You know when they are coming and get a very convenient timeslot so no waiting in all day. When they say it's in stock, it is and you generally get it the next day. All well packaged and as described on the website. The customer reviews are massively helpful but I could live without the banal staff reviews which seem to always rate something as 5 stars and just be a rehash of the product description. The videos are brilliant and the iphone app works every time. Would be perfect if they sold rear facing grp1 car seats though!

I have a little one and this place is simply the best.
I went to the store in Peterbourough and test drove the pram we were getting over their assault course (we then switched what we were buying to one we are really happy with now - Quinny Buzz 3).
If we hadn't do that we would have bought a pram (online) that would be impossible to take around our local Tesco's. It pays to research!
