Very fast, efficient service with sms notification of delivery time and option to change.
Ordered a group 1 car seat for our 8 month old daughter from Kiddies Kingdom and it was delivered the next day. I received a text notifying me of the delivery time (literally a one hour time slot so no need to wait in all day!) and giving me the option to change the delivery date. Car seat arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. Would definitely recommend.

We ordered a buggy on Friday, which was confirmed by email the same day,, we were then updated on Monday and goods delivered on Tuesday, all with no probe and. very happy with purchase.

Good product, great service, speedy delivery. Can't recommend enough.
I've just ordered a Trunki suitcase for my daughter. The website was clear, easy to use, and fast. The delivery policy was clear and easy to find, and the charge was reasonable. I've had an email updating me at every step of the order, and was given a 1 hour delivery window, which was spot on. Delivery was fast too. I will be book marking this site as I will definitely be using them again. So nice to find an online retailer that does what they claim to, with no issues, and good communications.

Bought two spider man car seats from this company and I was bery pleased with them they are good and safe with a beep alarm of the harness undose which I think is an ideal thing to have thamk you so much kiddie kingdom x

Our order arrived in good time with great text reminders so less waiting around for orders to arrive.

The nicest pram from kiddies Kingdom, £50 cheaper than other shops especially the big chain ones. Free delivery even to Liverpool from them which I didn't expect as its not close to their store. Ordered it on bank holiday Monday in the afternoon had it Wednesday morning. Excellent service would use again and certainly recommend to anyone.

No customer communication or service!
We ordered an expensive 'bunk cot' (a large piece of furniture), particularly interested in the next day delivery over £50 that this company boasts on its website. After no communication beyond accepting payment for the furniture it just turned up when it wasn't expected, although luckily it was so late in the day we were home from work to take delivery. Unfortunately it was late enough in the day to wake the baby up. Delivery man also refused to carry the furniture up our street to our first floor flat so my husband had to do that alone. It is heavy flat pack and not a one man job to carry it.
Would not use this company again as unreliable delivery is no use to busy working parents.

We Sincerely apologise for all the troubles you have faced.
As you may be aware, this was an item dispatched directly from the manufacturer, and the procedure for 'directly delivery' items vary from product to product, depending on the supplier. Therefore our standard Next-Day Delivery was not applicable, as it wasn't something that was to be dispatched from our warehouse.
The Delivery Icon is quoted on each of the Product Pages.
We are utterly disappointed with the service you have received from our Drop Ship Partner, and have already addressed all these points, after reading the above review.
On all items that have Shipping Icon of 'Next Day Delivery', you will find the service is second to none, as the items are released from our warehouse. The Drop Ship partner in question has assured us that the delivery service for their items will be thoroughly improved in the future.

Speedy deliver - came the next day!
I ordered a travel system for my baby due in a couple of months: 1 - the travel system I wanted was on sle, a two thirds of the price of anywhere else I could find. 2 - I ordered the travel system in the afternoon and although it said next day delivery, I expected it to arrive in a couple of days as it was so late in the day when I ordered, but it didn't! I got an e-mail telling me that the system had been dispatched and to expect it the next day. 3 - It was true, it did arrive the next day.
Really speedy service, I would highly recommend this company to everyone.

Great experience with Kiddies' Kingdom
I recently ordered a child's bed from Kiddies' Kingdom on the basis of next day delivery. I made the order online but I did receive a telephone call that evening advising that the particular bed was not in stock but a very similar one at the same price could be substituted. To this I agreed and I also noted the bed would be delivered not the following day but the day after which was acceptable. On the day of delivery I received an email and a text advising delivery would be between 1300 and 1400 hours. The bed was delivered at 13.25. I found Kiddies' Kingdom to be very helpful and also that they fulfilled their promises.

Excellent service and products
Having never shopped from kiddies kingdom before I wasn't sure what to expect. I was extremely happy with the service and products received. The communication was excellent and free next day tuned delivery was superb.
The cot and mattress we ordered is if the highest quality and we're extremely happy with it.

Ordered on Sunday, delivered on Tuesday!
On Sunday afternoon, I found the narrow stairgate and child's car seat I needed at Kiddies Kingdom. The price was right and I qualified for free delivery. I received a text at around 8.00am on Tuesday to say the parcel would be with me between 10 and 11, giving me the option to change this.
I would recommend using Kiddies Kingdom. I received the goods more cheaply and quicker than I could have collected them (43miles away). 5 Stars!

Quick delivery . Product met expectations
I bought this buggy to sample against another I was toying with. Unfortunately, the buggy wasnt for me but the price of it was the cheapest I had found anywhere else which I was very impressed with. On delivery it was very well packed and in the condition you would expect.
The only down side was that to return the product I had to foot the bill. It was my fault for not checking this before hand and I also understand its a bulky heavy product to pay out for twice.
But that said it I was certain of the item I was buying to to have to return it I would definitely recommend using Kiddie Kingdom. But the return cost to me was a let down.

Good company and quick dispatch but disappointed with the delivery company used.
The company itself was good - the order went through with no problem and dispatch was prompt. Unfortunately the delivery company was not as good. It accepted an (admittedly late) instruction to deliver to neighbours so I went out and then they tried (and obviously failed) to deliver to me. Their customer service when I phoned to sort it out was slow and not massively helpful.

quick efficient service
THe items arrived promptly and we are pleased with them. I am really pleased with the cosy toes and the buggy bag is great. It did not however fit our pushchair but as my daughter had to get a smaller one for holidays the holdall is perfect for putting the buggy in the plane hold as it will protect it. All in all a very happy customer.

Incredibly Customer Focussed
We purchased some bedroom furniture and unfortunately two of the three items arrived with damage to some panels.
These things happen but the way it was dealt with was first class. At no stage was this a problem to Kiddies Kingdom, they kept me informed throughout and fully arranged the collection and new delivery.
I would not hesitate to purchase from them and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Checking on line through a price comparison site Kiddies Kingdom came out the cheapest and in stock!!!
I received emails to confirm my order and emails to notify me that it was to be despatched - it was to be delivered to my daughters home address - they even gave a one hour time slot for it to be delivered (and it arrived exactly within the time slot)
I would recommend this company for further purchases
Also I would like to mention that I live in Crete and it was peace of mind that my order arrived promptly.
