Good communications and fast despatch
I ordered a buggy and a car seat together, the car seat was out of stock and the company notified me very quickly and gave me a timescale of when they would get stock. In addition they also offered me a different car seat in the same price bracket which was available immediately - this was ideal as I needed the item quite quickly.
Good customer service and good sales technique - too many companies these days wouldn't bother to find a equivelent item for a customer.
I was slightly dissappointed that the seat was not in it's original box when it arrived, which made me wonder if it was a display one - however it was in good condition and i have kept it.
Both items arrived very quickly.

brilliant service, will definetly use again
first time ordering from here and got to say it has been brilliant service. we ordered the tommee tippee cold water steriliser as it was at a reduced price and better than other stores. the transaction was quick and easy. i also recieved an email telling me exactly what was happening with my order (order processed, order dispatched) and was given an hour time frame of when to expect delivery which was very convenient saving alot of time waiting around all day. it was delivered exactly when they said and was very happy with my purchase. overall really quick, easy, no hassle, providing the customer with brilliant service. would order again and recommend to others!

Great, would recommend!
Had never heard off or ordered from hear before so l was not sure what to expect. Decided to go ahead as the Winnie the Pooh Moses basket was the cheapest I could find anywhere and l had my heart set on the one. Item came when expected and in good condition. The whole process was fast and easy. I love the Moses basket and stand and have already recommended this company to a friend. Would defiantly use again.

Perfect service
Amazing site I ordered a quinny zapp extra and received it the next day! They also give a one hour delivery window so you no when it's going to arrive, not many companies offer that service, I will defiantly be ordering from them again.

Brilliant Online Shopping Experience
My daughter-in-law found this site for me and found this very good value for money buggy, no postage and packing to pay and I received it two days later with an email even giving me expected delivery time. Excellent service would recommend to anyone. Love the buggy too to keep at my house for my little grandson.

This company gave an excellent service from purchase to delivery and couldn't find cheaper anywhere else
From paying for the goods to having them delivered, this company notified me by email of every stage. The delivery company even text me to give me a time slot when the goods were to be delivered and asked if I preferred to have the goods delivered to a specific neighbour. I will definitely use this company in the future and would recommend it to anyone.

excellent customer service
This is rather a belated review, as I purchased a Troll bedside crib from Kiddies Kingdom before Christmas. However, I recently had unsatisfactory dealings with another online retailer and it reminded me that I really should make more of an effort to celebrate the good guys. I found Imran in customer services friendly, helpful, understanding and responsive. An absolute credit to the company and exactly what you want customer services to be. Not only that, but Kiddies Kingdom provided a quality product at a competitive price and used a courier who delivered when they said they would. Wholeheartedly recommend.

Fantastic - this is how internet shopping should be like !
Initially ordered a Kiddie Cruiserfix Pro from Bambino Direct (£10 cheaper)...but ended up waiting and waiting for over 3 weeks and eventually I had to cancel as they kept moving the delivery date.
Same night I found it on Kiddies Kingdom and ordered it. Within 2 days it had arrived. I received 7 emails to notify me of the order status - Welcome, Order Confirmation, Pending, Processing, Dispatched, Delivery time - and one when I requested it to be delivered to my neighbour !

Best Internet service I've experienced so far (better than Amazon) and well worth the extra £10. I'd happily give them £20 !!

An elegant service
I was impressed how easy it was to place the order. Delivery was on time and as instructed. My only concern was a text message that I received on the morning of delivery to say that I needed to be at home to sign for the order. This was the first time that you had mentioned that condition. I sent a text back asking that you comply with my delivery directions and I am pleased to say that you did, despite me not being there.

Very good service!
I was searching for a certain car seat and after contacting the manufacturer they told me kiddie kingdom had them instock. I checked online and they weren't yet loaded onto the website but one quick email to kiddie kingdom and they loaded the car seat online that day ready for me to purchase! Now that's great service!! :)

Very quick and efficient delivery
We brought a stroller for my baby to use on holiday.
Found this website to be the cheapest and once ordered the item was delivered really quickly. Great customer service, updates by email and text messages to advise the name of driver delivering. Would definatly recommend.

Great price, quick delivery, quality customer service
Ordered two items from Kiddies Kingdom which together represented fantastic value they came the next working day, within the timeframe indicated. We did however see another website with a slightly cheaper price for one of the items, and after a couple of emails to Imran in customer service Kiddies Kingdom fulfilled their price match promise.

Great price product online delivered with ease
I found kiddies kingdom by accident when looking for a particular car seat online. They offered the best price for last years design and despite a few reservations as never heard of them, I ordered. The item arrived as quickly as it said and they kept me up to date via email. I was very happy so have used them again. My only slight comment would be that the car seat I ordered does not come in the correct branded box which strikes me as a little strange but can only assume its how they receive from the manufacturer. They do you a great courier service though- the kind that text you the hour they are going to arrive.

Great service
I bought the maxi cosi Elea pram as this site was selling it the cheapest and I must say I was extremely impressed with the service! They kept me up to date constantly via e-mail! Told me each step of delivery progress and overall just fab! Didn't have any problems!! Will definitely be buying from here again! :-)

Affordable and quick: highly recommended!
Was looking for a specific car seat for my baby, searched high and low with limited success until I found this website.
Not only was it cheaper than anywhere else and free delivery, but delivered really quickly too!

This is a great site, lots of products avaliable to you , the pram i purchased was £100 cheaper than the cheapest i found elsewhere. Easy to use and prompt delivery , no complaints at all, great site.

Price was good and delivery was quick and efficient.
My only criticism would be that the website didn't mention that we'd need to buy adaptors to fit our existing BabySafe car seat into a B-Smart stroller, and doesn't sell adaptors separately. So when the stroller was delivered we couldn't immediately use it and had to buy adaptors elsewhere.

Outstanding service!!
I ordered from Kiddies Kingdom for the first time shortly after Christmas. The customer service was outstanding. Not only was the gentleman (I'm sorry I should have asked his name) helpful and courteous in addressing my query, he promptly found out the information and returned my call within minutes, he also price matched for me, altering the price online so that I could order immediately.
My travel system was dispatched and I received it the following day.
Excellent service. I would not hesitate to recommend this company again.

I was impressed with range and easy-use web site. Prices were good and I was happy with quality of my purchase (bed). The bed was delivered very quickly. I was a little disappointed that I was not contacted before my order was dispatched to arrange its delivery, so there was a little confusion. I was impressed with the email updates and I was pleased with the option and apparent ease to change the delivery; however they took no notice of my request to change the delivery I did via email and text, and they delivered it to my neighbour instead. It turned out ok, just a little embarrassed that my neighbour had to store a huge parcel in their hallway all day for us!

Best price online, very fast delivery eventhough it was during Christmas period, the highchair was delivered on Christmas Eve which was perfect as I needed it for Christmas day. Great quality high chair. Would defenitely recommend to everyone.
