Excellent online service with product delivered within the week.
Easy to use website and good range of products across various price points. Delivery terms clear and confirmation emails received notifying product despatch. Our product was delivered within a few days which was much sooner than the 1 week anticipated. Overall a good high quality service.

I had to change my order as I had ordered the wrong weight tartan but it was not a problem and Kinloch Anderson sorted it out with no trouble. The tartan is lovely and I would definitely order from them again.

Professional, prompt service and impressive product quality.
I ordered a wool scarf in Oor Wullie on a Friday, received notification that it had been shipped on Saturday and it arrived after a week's time. Very swift and professional service. The item was also packed with care which is always an added bonus. The scarf itself is softer than I expected and very well-made. I am very pleased with my purchase. Plan to purchase more in the future.

Good quality item
I ordered online a silver Westie pendant and chain. It was delivered within a couple of days. It was smaller than I expected but a lovely piece of solid silver in the shape of a West Highland Terrier on a curb chain. I will have no hesitation in recommending Kinloch Anderson as a reliable company to shop with.

No complaints about the service but the website needs someone to ask, '' Can we improve the appearance of all of our products especially the colour values?''
I know it's the bane of Internet businesses but poor photographs ( ties in this case) make products look poor.

A taste of the Highlands!
The quality of the product I bought was excellent.I Purchased Royal Stewart Hunting tartan.Was ordered on Friday and arrived on Tuesday. Like the online site and video shows a lot of thought has gone into the marketing of authentic Scottish products and quality of service. Will definately be using them again!! Highly recommend Kinloch -Anderson.

Good selection of good quality kilt accessories
I bought a Clan Crest kilt pin for a birthday gift. I was a bit anxious about what I was recieving as there were no pictures of my particular clan crest to see before I bought it. I wasn't disappointed though, as it was a lovely heavy pin, just what I was hoping for. I would be happy to recommend Kinloch Anderson - my transaction on line was quick and easy, and I recieved a great quality product.

I have just bought a pair of Lovat Hose to go with the kilt etc. that I need for Burns Night. They arrived quickly and are just the colour I required. Maybe a bit more expensive than some others advertised on the web but they are of excellent quality.

A brief 'phone call to enquire about delivery times was a pleasure - very polite, helpful and efficient. I was anxious to know whether a present for a friend would arrive in time and I was assured standard free delivery was suitable (they even promise to look out for my order so it could be processed as quickly as possible). Fantastic tartan ribbon!
Was thrilled with the Cameron tartan ribbon that I ordered which will be used in a corsage on Burns Night I was particularly pleased with the quality and the fact that it coulkd be ordered per metre. Far better than I had Expected
Like many internet transactions these days, my modest purchase from Kinloch Anderson went without a hitch, with the goods being delivered promptly just a few days after placing the order.
What I had not expected was the quality of the item. It was a relatively chaeply priced pewter based brooch, but I was delighted at the quality of the item, including its gift box, on receipt. The on-line picture really did not do it full justice.
i would not hesitate to use the company again, and recommend it to others.

Fantastic!
I was just cruising for a Christmas pressie for myself when i discovered the website. Saw a super scarf. Ordering was easy and there was no postage to pay, which was a bonus. Product arrived swiftly in a lovely presentation envelope.
