Bought two shirts from kitbag a few weeks ago and got an e-mail a couple of days after saying that one of the shirts was out of stock. I wrote back within 30 minutes asking for another size and only got a response 5 days later saying that it was not possible.
I then had to re-order the shirt in another size (since it's out of stock everywhere else as well) and pay for the shipping again.
Shipping time with my first order was fine, about a week or so, and I still haven't received my second order (won't be surprised if it turns out it's out of stock too).
Also, the site is terrible! It crashes after about 20 minutes every single time I go there, very annoying!
We ordered a jersey back in November and after 3+ weeks and it hadn't shown up we called. They at first said we were past 30 days from the order and there was nothing they could do about it. Counting holidays and Sundays and business days, we were within the amount of time and the did refund our order (they were out of stock by then of the jersey). We ordered again last month and we called the required 17 days after because we again did not get our ordered. Turns out it was "re-routed" to Tampa, FL (we live in Minnesota). We of course did not authorize this, so it appears someone either hacked their system or an employee along the way is making $$ on the side by sending certain shipments somewhere else. They are re-sending the shipment, but minus one jersey that they is now out of stock. Will see if this one actually makes it here. Will not order from them again.
Really not sure why all the negative reviews. Their customer service helped me with my questions and the shipping was super fast to Canada. I had to pay quite a bit in duties but that's my governments fault not kitbags! You can't find rugby kits anywhere in Canada so I was stoked when they arrived and everything fits great, would highly recommend!
First time buying from Kitbag.com. Bought a Barcelona jacket called "Barcelona Essentials Zip Thru Retro Track Jacket - Black". Got it in size M. Got it for £15 (WAS £30). Item as described and in great condition. Also very fast delivery (express delivery 1-2 days). The packaging was great to. The jacket fits well. Well done Kitbag.com.
I reside in New Zealand and ordered a sports duffle bag from Kitbag.com on the 29th of December. The bag arrived safe and sound on Friday 11th Jan. I would certainly consider buying again from Kitbag.com, their prices are great and international shipping rates are reasonable too.
My husband ordered a football shirt with a players name for his son for Christmas. The shirt arrived with an invoice for the shirt with a name. When he opened it Christmas Day - no players name across the back.
Kitbag would not despatch a replacement and would only accept the shirt back, print it and return it to us. This was not acceptable as it would take such a long time we agreed a return and a refund. We were told to include the postage receipt within the refund and the cost would be covered. It was frustrating to get to this point and took many calls and emails - over a couple of weeks. We ended up buying the shirt, printed elsewhere as we didn't want to keep him waiting for his Christmas present. So presently we are the cost of two shirts down and STILL waiting for the refund.
Today we have received a replacement shirt .... Kitbag in their infinite wisdom ignored all documentation in the returned parcel and countless emails on our account. They have still not refunded the return postage and now are saying we will not get our original refund until we have returned the shirt they have sent to us in error!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! as if we are going to pay AGAIN to return a shirt to them when they have not yet refunded a thing.
This company's service is terrible in our experience - STEER WELL CLEAR!
For all the haters...lets be fair..i agree that some people get issues with delivery..but I ordered from surat,India..a personalized pair of football boots that too by standard delivery...i read some of the reviews and i swear i was scared to death as it had been my first order from overseas ever...so i put in a couple of mails to them and they replied prompltly!I had ordered on 18th dec and my shoes were dispatched on the 20th...i had not paid for tracking...they said that id get my shoes within 20 working days including Christmas and New Year long weekends and i got them today on the 10th after 15 working days!I wont order next time without the tracking id but i will surely do business with them in future!This was to clear some of the negative press!

MY SON HAS MISSED OUT THESE ITEMS FOR BOTH HIS BIRTHDAY AND XMAS PRESENTS. I HAVE HAD TO WRAP A PRINTOUT OF HIS PRESENTS INSTEAD.

I ordered from Kitbag after a night of net buying with alcohol! I ordered from Kitbag as they were 30% cheaper than anywhere and equally the only company with product available (Nike Blazers High Tops)! the following day i looked on Trust Pilot and a few others and really began to regret ordering the shoes! HOWEVER....... I ordered on the Tuesday and received them on the Friday perfect shoes in perfect condition with perfect service! I am glad i didn't go with my gut instinct and start a PayPal action against them!

I ordered the package in October and it is now December, my package has still not arrived.
I contacted customer service and they said they were confirming for a resend, the next day they sent a partial refund. They said I would get a full refund. Which has yet to appear in my bank account.
I am from England but reside in the USA for now so for the Olymoics I ordered some Team GB merchandise. Never showed, I contacted them and they promised to send a replacement, that never showed. Contacted family back in the UK who called their head office to find out that neither the original order or the "replacement" order had been shipped and they could provide no proof of postage.
The item I ordered took two weeks to arrive. They do not use a traceable method for shipping so they could not tell me where the item was although they charged me £4.50 for delivery. One of their competitors from whom I had bought something similar charged £3.50 for next day delivery by a courier!
Extremely disappointed on the service. Feel like cheated because after waiting for 1 month also can't get the product. When i complain to customer service, seem like it is normally will happen. No a proper investigation has been make, when refund also mistake and did twice refund. The refund also not include the delivery cost.
Beside that, when they send international, no register mail and it sure will gone. Poor company service. Better don't buy anything from there.
I was looking for reviews for UKsoccershop and i was curious what people think of Kitbag. WTF? Mostly negative. I had about 5 orders; all sent in to me in less then two weeks (To the Netherlands). Original items, original printing etc.
Only once; i wanted to return a product and send it to the adress given to. After 3 weeks or something, it was returned too me. According too the mailcompany they were moved. (never heard anything of them)
