Once bitten twice shy!!!! less than 1 star if i could

We had a kitchen 2 years ago form a company that turned out to be from Vince Miller chain of pop up cheap kitchens. When it arrived it did not match had no drill holes was a complete mess. We had a joiner do the best he could with what he had but still not the best. we now after 2 years decided to change the kitchen as we can no longer live with the one we have as doors are dropping off and front are peeling off (should have been solid oak doors!!!!). We looked at B&Q, Wicks etc. and then online and found a company in Birmingham that looked good from the website put in for a kitchen designer to call.
When they came it was a women who was from Rossendale kitchen Designs but was sent an email from kitchensuber so confused!!
She had no idea what she was doing and when I asked after seeing the same kitchen we had in her book if the company was linked to all the cheap kitchens she said they had been online for 20 years and were not the same as the others.
When I asked about payment she said it had to be cash or bankers draft. I said that I would only pay by visa to be safe but guess what they don't take it(funny you would think after 20 years of business they would).

I told her of my concerns and she said she would get her boss to call me!! As if he is going to that.
This is the same company we had the other kitchen from just a different name even the price was the same.

Bitten once was more that enough but twice I don't think so.
Please don't buy from this company save a bit longer and get what you really want.
We all love a bargain in these hard times but buying from this company will bring only tears and disappointment!!.

We have now decided to go with Tesco Kitchens we hope.

BEWARE AT ALL COSTS! I WISH I HAD TAKEN NOTICE OF THE REVIEWS!

I placed an order with UBER KITCHENS but my invoice is for INTERIOR HOME DESIGNS OF ROSENDALE. I had to pay cash at the door when the items were delivered and £100 cash in hand to a designer who forgot to include or order the door which covers the extractor, so I had to go out and buy a stainless steel one. He ordered and charged for three end panels when one was needed, two larder end panels when one was needed and three plinths when two were needed. So a complete waste of my money!.
End panels, cornices and plinths were scratched when plastic coverings were removed.

My kitchen arrived via a very nice courier who took great care to see everything was
included and ticked off on my list .

IT WAS WHAT WAS UNSEEN WHICH WAS THE PROBLEM!

The carcasses are without a shadow of a doubt seconds or returns.!!! They were unboxed and bagged together in bubble wrap. When opened the 600mm sink carcass and its connecting 1000mm corner carcass had no markings or holes for cams and cam pins. They were not included anyway! Well why include them if there is nowhere to put them!!
We had to go to B&Q and buy two replacement carcasses because the phone was on a loop and no one bothers to answer the phones.
At least half of the cams and cam pins were missing for the wall units which did have most of the fixing holes in place. No indents or marks for the hinges in the doors. The drawer fronts were small doors with no way of fixing them to the drawers.

The list goes on and on. If I end up with a decent kitchen it will because I have a good fitter who is literally tearing his hair out!

1 hour on the phone, products all incomplete with no drill holes for drawers or nits

This company has taken us in and cost us £1800 and then cost of buying a kitchen again! The phones operate on a loop and the kitchen clearly comes from returns or faulty end of production line products. Harsh lesson to learn! Our salesman was Barry. We should really have guessed when it was cash only. Has anyone got refunded or parts replaced???

BE VERY WEARY INDEED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We are desperate for a new kitchen; current kitchen designs from wickes/howdens/magnets all coming out at close to £10,000, which we cant afford - so I decided to look around internet on the off chance I might find a fab deal. I came across Uber Kitchen, and managed to organise an appointment for them to come and give us a free quote and design. Luckly we didn't actually buy a kitchen there and then.....and I am glad we did not after reading all your stories - which I'm sorry you all had to go through. But the experience has left me very concerned and nerous about continuing the process of buying a kitchen from anybody to be honest.

The lady came to our house to do the plan - now I feel sick to my stomach, that we let a stranger into our home, offering her refreshments. She was quick in measuring kitchen and wasnt very inventive when we said that we'd like to turn kitchen around abit, move the sink etc. She basically just planned kitchen out as it was at the moment. She had this really old book, like a hard backed thing, with anicent looking pages etc. Anyway, she was a really good saleswomen. She said all the right things etc. Worked out a price for us - it would have been £6500, but she could do it for £4400, as they were able to beat any other quote. BUT if we bought it there and then, we'd get more savings, and it would be £3500!!!!!!!!! Sounded good, and me and my husband were tempted. But we said we couldnt pay now, we'd like to ring her in the next few days, after we thought about it.

A few days later we thought we'd go for it. It was cheap, and we knew that, but thought if we're careful and double check everything it would be ok. We sent a text to the number she had left us, which was her mobile number. No response. So we rang the next day. No answer......then an abusive text came though, saying it was the wrong number, dont ring again!! I then telephoned the 0121 number on the internet for Uber Kitchens, and got a bunch of retards..........no customer service at all, just "hello," no this is uber kitchens, how can i help etc........I had to ask who I had rang and where in the world they were. I was informed it was a call centre for lots of kitchen companies. I felt they were unhelpful and not interested. I then had little alarm bells ringing. This lady comes and quotes for cheap kitchen. Shes has no business card, no id of any kind, that she works for any kitchen company, and she doesn't leave any paperwork. She wants £150 deposit for kitchen there and then. The number she gives us was apparently not hers, How do you end up giving the wrong one out?!?!!?! The people at the call centre gave me another number for this lady, and we call that, and she answers. My husband explained to her the situation and that we're not happy and that we think its a scam and she goes quiet. No explanations. I think she asked him if we wanted her to come back and go through the kitchen design again, but we said we'd come back to her if we wanted to do that.

But the whole thing has made me worried about proceeding with any complany and I feel disgusted with these people. Because we were very close to signing up with this company, who clearly cannot do what they say they are going to do!!!!!!!

I think we will continue getting quotes from different companies and double check things with who ever we go with and check reviews!!!! :-)

POOR QUALITY & BAD SERVICE

Please DO NOT purchase from 'Interior Home Designs of Rossendale'. Their number starts with 01, so please check any kitchen website claiming to be cheap and good quality that have a telephone number that starts with 01, as they are most likely to be owned by same person.
The Indian Designer claiming to be named 'Haroon' came to my house and gave a relatively cheap quoted but promised a lot including long handles, built in cupboard for microwave and longer width worktop. When we called after realising that we did not receive what was stated, they just made up excuses and claim that cannot do anything about this. The actual kitchen plan itself was claimed to be rubbish by several builders but when I phoned Haroon, he kept claiming that they are lieing just to charge more money. This was obviously not the case and the builders were right. I should have listened to them from the start!!
Do not purchase of this company and any similar company.

Don't be fooled by cheap prices

I don't normally get into forums but wanted to let everyone know about Interior Home Designs of Rossendale. I manage a company called Rossendale Interiors, 40 years trading in Lancashire (within 50 miles of Rossendale), very respected. We started getting calls last August from customers all over the UK who had bought kitchens from IHDR and had googled the name and found us. They all told the same story. They were attracted by 'low price kitchen' ad in local paper, had a rep out who charged £100 for a 'design' but said it would become the deposit if they ordered. Those that did order were lulled into doing so by the promise that they could check the delivery before paying. The kitchen was delivered boxed, the driver insisted on immediate payment (cash or draft), the customers unpacked the boxes after the driver left and found the kitchen was far from being right. They googled IHDR and came up with us. The many calls that we got initially have dropped since we put a statement on our website saying we were not connected, essentially they took advantage of our good name. Same goes for Kitchensuber, using a similar name to a respected company called Uber Kitchens in the West Midlands. There is a whole network of companies all connected to Martin Sersen and Vance Miller, trading under many different names. They prey on people hope to get a cheap deal, they lull you in with promises and low deposits, and then take your money. I had one of our fitters check a fairly small kitchen delivery of our own as an exercise - even though he was familiar with our units, which are also labelled, it took him over an hour to check that everything was there and in perfect condition. Even then, he didn’t get to testing the appliances. Nobody I spoke to had any success with getting items replaced, and nobody I spoke to got their deposit or any other money refunded. This isn’t to say it hasn’t happened, just that I haven’t been told about it.
IHDR trading address is Unit 7C Spring Vale Mill, Waterside Road, Haslingden Rossendale BB4 5EZ, 01254-457964. The address is a letter-drop, empty office, and the phone number is not a Rossendale number, it’s a Blackburn number. The service address given to at least one of their unhappy customers is ‘Cardwell Street, Oldham’ which is Vance’s mill.
It’s a clever selling technique, since even people who become suspicious and cancel in time to stop the delivery are still £100 out of pocket, although they are the lucky ones in many cases!
My advice – use a company who accept payment by credit card, then you have some protection. Please pass on any info to Trading Standards.

Nightmare

Yep we got ripped off too. Ordered a kitchen paid for it, 2 months down the line we are still waiting for doors. I have lost count of the number of calls i have made, but 5 of them were yesterday and four of those calls were cut off immediately. If I could buy the doors elsewhere I would as this is now causing me serious stress. I have the Oak doors if anyone can help. The staff are rude and lack in Customer Service skills. DO NOT GO NEAR THEM

Sorry to hear about all the people this SHAMBOLICK OUTFIT have already DEFRAUDED, and i could have quite easily been another had i not done my research!!
In brief: Cowboy (or should i say Indian) "Kitchen Designer" Saf came round to my home and ripped me off to the tune of £50 for a Kitchen Plan that WOULDN'T FIT MY KITCHEN!!
Various other issues with his service led me to "Look-Up" on Kitchens Uber (or Home Designs of Rossendales?.. Or whoever they call themselves), and FORTUNATLY found this forum, were ALL MY SUSPICIONS WERE CONFIRMED!!
I'd just like to thank all the people who have taken time out to warn others of these Low-Lives, and thought id join the picket line!!
Also, i went on to purchase through B&Q and found the price to be quite similar, so good advice to all would be to stick with a reputable company!.. Regardless of the cost!!

I'm no different to any other, I've been sucked in. Ordered a kitchen for my mother. Big mistake. I'm waiting on 4 Doors and I had to order a belfast sink of my own because the one they sent was damaged and was holding up the kitchen insallation.

Absolutely everything I've read in here applies to me also.

I'm now 6 weeks since delivery of our kitchen, I have been pulling my hair out. This is Tues 11th Dec 2012. Our kitchen was delivered on 30th Oct 2012. I reported the missing/damaged items on the 5th Nov. Every week there is another story to fob you off. I called numerous times last week and was assured on on the Thursday again, by a confirmation call FROM THEM that it would be definitely this weekend i received my missing goods. Called them again on Sat just to make sure. They said yes the delivery driver was in Aberdeen and would be coming to us in SW Scotland there after. Waited in all weekend, then decided to call again on the Sunday afternoon. An hour later the alleged delivery driver called me on a withheld number and said he ''forgot to contact me on Saturday night to inform us his van had broken down in Perth. Unbelievable.

ALAS! As i started typing this message they have just called again to say that it will be this Thursday or Friday my items will be received. I'm not holding my breath.

I sincerely hope you are reading this review before considering buying. Yes, we actually have saved a fortune on our kitchen, but the hassle is unbearable and the appliances are cheap Chinese made. I only bought doors, carcasses and handles thankfully. We got our own personal fitter to do his own worktops and the sink/tap was cheap crap that is getting sent back.

Go to a LOCAL company or someone recommended.

It doesnt get much worse then being robbed in the street

Waited 6 weeks for delivery when told it would only be one week. Called about 12 times during 6 weeks to find out about progress told on 2 occasions paperwork lost. Requested they double check delivery given how long I had waited. When goods arrived half the items were missing and quality of doors is cheap and not like how salesman described. Called 4-5 times daily for 4 days in a row to resolve and get missing items – put on hold 30mins each time, phone cut off every time after approx 30mins. Spend approx 6 hours on hold and got nowhere. Sent approx 20 emails to all concerned plus faxes. Turned out desinged measured up wrong and missed units in order so kitchen could never be finished. They deny receiving emails to any email address but at some point admit to knowing things referred to in the emails. Have asked to speak to someone in charge about 5 times but no one ever calls back. Called Field Sales manager, original designer, delivery man all said they can’t help and don’t answer phone. I’m out £1,500.00 and have got mismatched of no use goods causing a hazard in my hallway and kitchen just before Christmas. Have reported it to trading standards this morning. Have requested refund under distance selling regs. And sales of goods and long distance regulations but not heard from company. About to issue proceedings through solicitors anticipate having to send bailiffs so could be a long and costly process but cant let them keep my money. Have asked them to collect goods but dont expect response until i get judgment and bailiffs in. This as you can you see is not a professional company so you have been warned! If anyone else needs help please reply here and I will let you know what works best.

Ok so kitchens über "aren't" now at maple mill, Oldham, I "wasn't" there with a court warrant recently, I "didn't" have a ding song with the gorilla they've got on their security at the front gate, none of the above is true. Honest. I'm not letting this info be known so people can go are them themselves and try and get their money back. Honest I'm not.

Beware all CHEAP glossy kitchen websites all advertising cheap kitchens.
Ive been sucked in this week to the 'solidwoodkitchen.co.uk' website. Compared my kitchen quote to B& Q and thought WOW thats an online bargain.

TRADING NAMES all the same sole trader based Manchester or Warrington
(not listed at companies house as not limited):- Solidwoodkitchen.co.uk : Interiorhome design ; KitchensUber.co.uk ; Harvey lewis kitchens; KBBC : The list goes on (all sites linked)

Alarm bells rang for me when placing an order for a white gloss shaker kitchen, and being asked for £100 deposit by bankers draft or cash transfer. I was suspicious of a company who wouldnt accept credit? Why not? (any reputable company can take credit easily)

kitchen was delivered monday... wrong sink wrong tap. come to build it no draw doors no cupboard doors no wall fixings ... 3 days of calls until today, 2 hours on hold with my list of missing things this bitch answered the fone with a complete i dont give a shit attitude .. she refused to take me list n wanted to no what we had instead of what we havent ,. i couldnt tell her as this as all i have infront of me is the list my partner gave me lastnight wen he said to ring them... so im no better off ended up in tears .she customer service woman is shocking , she didnt even answer me wen i said my sink n taps r wrong !!!! i will drive diwn there if i bluddy have to ... how dare they

Feel utterly miserable reading all these reviews. As with everyone else, we have had a terrible experience with these people. Wrong units, bad design, magic corner missing, other units just missing.... All just terrible.

Every time we ring they put us on hold for hours and then cut us off. We have rung numerous times and it is impossible to speak to anyone other than the switchboard person. The company is listed under several names - the two above being the most common - but each telephone number gets you to the same switchboard. They also don't answer emails.

Previous to my making a complaint, I had no troubles at all getting through to them, it's only since I asked for the goods to be sent or refunded that they have started ignoring us/cutting us off/putting us on hold for hours at an end. Totally unethical company.

Dreadful-Dont bother as it will cost double in the long run with putting it all right. Plus appliances that dont work and you have no chance of money back, replacement or even someone coming back to finish missing bits. The telephone customer services hung up 3 times in one call! Thye have no standards so they do not care in providing a rubbish service. Spend more money and dont use them.

Very unprofessional/border line miserable salesman

I got sucked in by Uber kitchens website and thought I'd get a free quote (what harm could it be....right?) - the guy who turned up was miserable - really bad attitude and unhelpful.

He tried the whole sales pitch thing and told me that the kitchen would cost me £10,000 etc but if I signed up today it would be a BARGAIN of £1295. I must admit I was very impressed but figured I needed to do some more research to compare how much Wickes/Howdens/Selco charged etc.

Even though I had a bad experience with the salesman, I figured if I wanted to buy from the company, I'd call back and request another salesman!!!

LUCKILY I reviewed the company and found all these nightmare stories, so thank to everyone who have shared their story - you've saved me from getting trapped and just sorry to hear about the cr@p you've all been through.

I agree with one of the other reviewers that this company need to be booted if they're as bad as everyone is saying - maybe a case for Anne Robinson ;-)

worst kitchen ever

salesman promised kitchen bits missing no answer to calls to kitchenunits.co.uk 0161 no promising best way is to slash the guy salesman, and they will stop ripping people off... please dont buy nothing off them as it just pure rubbish from carcasses to doors , that why they want cash when delivered as if u paid by card u would get your money back, you will spend 3 times the amount of time putting it in better go to B and q there stuff is 10 times better than the muck they sell... dont buy anything off them as it will cost you more to try to fix it as there stuff is shite

Thank you for your reviews, I am sorry to hear that some of you well most of you have been RIPPED off. However some good news has come out of this thanks to your reviews i have just turned away a supposidly a so called kitchen designer/planner from my front door after reading your reviews. Once again thank you again for saving me some money and wish you all the the sucess in getting back your money from these RIP of merchants.

Excellent very cheap kitchen

If you want to buy a cheap and cheerful kitchen you might as well use these as any other company! Check the measurements yourself and check the item list! It's worth ordering extra lengths of plinth etc to make sure! It's only £100 deposit, and the balance to the delivery driver! Just you make sure you have every item before you pay him! I did all the above and have a great kitchen, delivered on time and only cost me £1800 about a third of any other quote!

Hi All, I have been given another date for the hearing against these creatures for March 2013. They sent yet another 'rep'(who by the way is as scruffy looking as their 'kitchens'!).Please check out the facebook page........Vance Miller Exposed.......or Vance Miller Kitchen Cons. Please fight these rogues to prevent more people being conned!!! Had this been done previous....we wouldn't be £3k down!

NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

We were sold by the cheap price of the kitchen and the lovely sales man who drew up the design, we checked over every single box before paying and everything seemed ok until our kitchen fitter started the actual fitting!! the only reason we ended up with a kitchen at all is because our fitter (indpendantly found!!) was so brilliant. Most of the units were the wrong size which he had to somehow make fit!! There were missing items which were sent out but after 4 months im still without a hob!!! The one they sent was faulty and theyve failed to replace it on numerous occasions. The people answering the telephone are so rude and ive spent hours trying to get in touch with them.

We had to order extra cornice and when they sent out the incorrect stuff our kitchen fitter gave the driver the extra cash to send the correct bits out via courier and its still not arrived (about 2 months ago!!) We've given up on it ever arriving now and have ordered a hob and some cornice from elsewhere but something really needs to be done about this company!! Please do not be sucked in by the cheap prices because its not worth the hassle and stress!!!

If the price seems too good to be true, it most likely is.
The staff are rude and unhelpful when dealing with queries and rectifying problems; placing you on hold for long periods and if challenged, cancelling the call.
When you complain your details are taken (or so you think) and are promised a call back by Manager; which never comes.
Ant attempts to elicit the details of Managers are met being the call being terminated or put on nerver ending hold.
WHAT EVER YOU DO AT ALL COSTS, DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!

i wish i had seen these reviews before i ordered my kitchen!!! what a rip off!! disgusting service i advise anybody not to buy from this company!!!! thought i found a bargain but half of the kitchen is missing> noticed on delivery as we checked every box but the delivery driver who seeemed lovely rang the office straight away and got it sorted said they would deliver it 2days later by courier so we paid in full..this however did not happen. i have since sent emails...endless phone calls and no luck...the people you actually get through to are really rude..stick you on hold for stupid amounts of time then eventually cut you off. i am fuming!!!! i cant think of no other way to get hold of them except go to trading standards which i will be doing monday morning if that dont work i am going to phone up with a different name and address pretend i want to order a kitchen and whoever comes will not be leaving the house until this is sorted..it makes me feel sick to think i have been ripped off as i saved hard to get the money!!!! i dont know how they are aloud to get away with this..i didnt even want to give them a 1 star as there service after they get their hands on your cash is totally disgusting!!!

THIEVES LIARS AND CHEATS

We have been ripped off to the tune of £1500 in addition to paying for a fitter. Half the kitchen is missing the other does not fit and is damaged. 3 days of calls to rude people who cut you off or pretend to place you on hold. Clearly we have been totally ripped off having saved for months to afford the kitchen in the first place.
Trading standards know of these thieves and apparently are not prepared to take them on and the police are not interested so it seems us people that have been scammed have no where to turn to while the crooks who take our money are obviously lapping up a life of luxury.

100% Scammers

These guys promised to deliver and install. They have not delivered, nor installed, and they are not willing to even pay back the deposit we agreed upon. Please if you are wise stay away from these people. I will however inform the police about this scam. And how they lied to me and I will point the police to this site with all the evidence, I have collected regarding this company. Please if anyone can provide more evidence about them these scammers need to put in jail for this type of business.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE A BUNCH OF THIEVING RIP OFF MERCHANTS. Unfortunately, I have purchased a kitchen from them (so called liquidation stock), the wrong handles delivered, which I am still waiting for the replacements some 3 weeks after the delivery. No predrilled holes on any of the units for the door hinges, the drawer unit has no holes for the drawer runners, wrong door sizes, I am on the phone to them as i type this review, and the ignorant woman is telling me that the doors are the only liquidation part of the kitchen, the rest can come from anywhere. She has actually just hung up on me. She stated that no units are pre-drilled because the doors are from different manufacturers. This is why they only accept cash or a bankers cheque, so you have no means of getting your money back. BE WARNED, NOT BUY FROM THESE THIEVES. P.S.......they are only getting 1 star because there is not the option for no star.

I have four children, one of whom is 20 months old and haven't had a kitchen for 2 months. After reading all of your reviews on here all I can say is..........WE NEED TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS ASAP to stop anyone else getting this same treatment we all ahve had to deal with. Everything from down right obnoxious switchboard, recorded delivery letters being returned, wrong measurements, no worktops, no screws, incorrect screw holes, no screw holes, wrong belfast sink unit, wrong fridge freezer unit, substandard units and doors etc etc etc. They have our money. We need to stop this from happening. I am now contacting consumer direct, trading standards and my solicitor. If we all stick together we will win this one. Even the surveyor, Phil lied about the report he took after visiting my house. I eventually spoke to a manager Becky Lewis, who told me to send a letter with pictures and that she'd rectify the problem!!!!!! Yeah, right of course she will...my recorded letter has now been returned to me due to the fact it couldn't be delivered. I have been on hold for most of my life these last 2 months with this rogue company. Even the surveyor Phil gave us a bogus number for himself! I will not let these people beat me. Let's do something about it.

Poor quality units and customer service

The sales pitch is good, of course it has to be to get you to part with your #100, but the after sales is appalling.
But the standard of the units is the worst. I really wished I'd check every box on delivery. The 2 plinths were damaged, missing handle and 1 incorrect unit. But alarm bells didn't ring at this point i just thought i was unlucky. The delivery man made a note of all the problems and said the replacement items would be sent out to me.
The next day (4th October) my fitter opened the first box to find no screws or fittings. So onto the second box which seemed complete. He put it together but the drill holes were all in the wrong place, so it was diamond shaped!!! My fitter then refused to open any more.

I spent all Tuesday either waiting in a telephone queue to talk to customer service or waiting for them to call me back. I managed to speak to 1 guy, Josh, who was very rude and unhelpful, telling me i'd have to pay extra to get it sorted out basically. I asked for a Manager, then went on hold for another half an hour. No manager called me back.
Wednesday morning I sent an email, to which I've not had a response yet. I've managed to speak to someone today, another rude girl who was most unhelpful and unpleasant). I asked for a refund due to the kitchen not being fit for purpose (ie it couldn't be built!) and said I'd take them to court if it wasn't dealt with. She said i didn't have a leg to stand on. The audacity of these people is amazing. I think they must be trained to be rude.
I will keep trying, and wonder if the manger will call me back on Monday, but I don't hold any hope.
Going off everyone else's reviews on moneysavingsexpoert, i think they just deliver lots of terrible items, knowing you won't open all the boxes, then avoid you after that knowing they have your money.

Avoid this company and all other companies registered with them. They will leave you high and dry. REPEAT - do not give them your custom.

MONTHS AFTER DELIEVERY STILL NO KITCHEN

Poor quality goods, missing and damaged items. extrememly poor after sales team, poor organisation, very poor customer service and constanly being hung up on. It does not seem like an illegitimate company i dont know how they havent been shut down yet. Its been 2 months since my kitchen arrived and im missing half of it, and in all that time they have sent me one door!! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!! Even by sending them this email will be a waist of time as i am guarenteed no response as once they recieve their money they could care less about their customer.

Not what I ordered!

This company has been a nightmare for me. The planner took £100 from me, when it says there is no deposit. They sent me a lot of wrong items, with poor quality doors and some even missing. The fitters were no good, have chipped several of the carcasses, and have carved up others. When I tried to phone Kitchensuber, the people who answered were either extremely rude, or simply hung up. Also, a letter I sent to their address was simply returned, even though it was sent by registered post.

Useless ignorant Scammers

I purchased 1 from these ripp offs , loads missing , what they sent was cheap unsafe useless crap . I tried to contact them via Phone ,E-Mail, Letter. it turns out that the Address Given on the order Form (UNIT 32 Miles Platting Sawley ROAD Manchester) is not their Address as I contacted the Managing agent for these commercial Propertys and they where "Evicted" (according to the Manager) over 3 Months ago , however the people I spoke to seemed a little apprehensive when i Mentioned Kitchens UBER and would not give a forwarding address or any info on the person that rented this property. I Want to persue Kitchens UBER through the local courts but this is an expensive process when faced with gaining Court orders to obtain information from third Parties like the Property Management company renting property to this Company. May I suggest all the people that have been Robbed of thier money get together to set up an Association (A Group) under 1 Banner to hire a legal represetative to persue Kitchens UBER for all our losses, Mine Are at nearly £1000 and am quite prepared to persue this and Mayby throw £50 into a Pot with other people to persue these Conmen. if anyone out there has any interest or can come together and help, (not just Finacially but also with Time) then please contact me. I suggest that we get off our Backsides and do something about this company who have been trading for several years under different Names but the proprieter has always been the same person. this person is probaly now a millionair through obtaining his fortune through misleading YOU and being allowed to By the so called guardians of the People (our government) who fail to protect our interests.If any interest is shown then I will Post an E-Mail address to contact me on, I will be posting this message on many other foums as there are loads and this will take time as i also work and earn my Money Legally.

Not a good start!

I have placed an order with kitchens Uber and have tried on five occasions to contact them but to no avail. I decided to send an email and guess what NO REPLY! I haven't yet received my kitchen and already problems. I hope this is not the sign of things to come?
