Took my mums money twice their mistake yet we've got to prove they have.
Mum doesn't have Internet yet keep giving get links to go to send proof or she can email
She's called them but they can't help only refer her to online forms for a refund - she doesn't want her ticket refunding she wants the money back you've incorrectly charged
She's a pensioner and cannot afford to be without that money
Do they care? Not at all they'd live to help once she's scanned her bank statement and emailed it to them for proof.
Read again - she's a pensioner, no Internet, no computer and certainly no bloody scanner
Absolute joke company - avoid if you want any decent customer service
Overall KLM do OK, in my opinion better than BA. But that said, their standards are slipping, as is the food they serve on their flights.
I mainly travel in business class, but due to late bookings etc sometimes I end up in economy class, the seats in both classes are exactly the same, the only difference is the legroom. The food is different in both classes, but equally as bad. So aprt from legroom what do you get for the 300-400% price premium....a little ceramic house, a small case with eye shades and travel socks (I have not bothered with them for has long as I can remember, I must have about 50 already), a small video screen to watch and access to better service and drinks.
Business class needs to improve, fares have dropped, but the lower business class fare no longer allows free changes, these cost £150 each.
